Windows 10. Reader XI worked fine. Installed Reader DC and it gives "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has stopped working" with "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly." Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same problem. Ran the Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool. Reinstalled. Same problem. Ran as administrator. We are a PC shop and use Smartforms developed with Adobe Acrobat. Our Mac users have problems with the forms using Adobe Reader. Some lines disappear and auto populating doesn't always work. We are stuck.

Hello.  I'm not sure how to word this technically correct.  I am trying to print a document that has areas on it to be filled in.  With just regular Adobe, I used to could print this document out without filling it out on my computer/in Adobe just fine.  Print it, fill it out with pen.  Adobe DC won't let me do that.  It tells me I have to fill out the blanks to print.  I don't know if it's the program or the document.  I did check the settings of the document and it isn't protected or anything.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  It's long, with corresponding documentation & is just something that's easier for me to do by hand then on the computer.  Thank you.

I haven't been able to update to adobe version 23.  It starts off fine but gets to 90% then stops, pauses for a minute and then says failed.  Have been through every stage including clean the existing adobe off which I hope hasn't been a mistake.  I am also having trouble updating other things like Garmin.  The system is Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6.  I am really not a computer expert so will need a step by step guide, if anyone can help?  Thanks!

So... I was just on my phone with Adobe Support team... and they were asking to get a screen capture to link directly to my page.  BUT.... we got cut off and when I log in here on the computer itself it does not offer the chat as an option for support -only the Forums?? This is urgent and I was all ready close to deadline, now I have spent the last few hours trying to sort this out.   I have a fillable PDF downloaded to my computer.  I had saved it with a new file name on my jump drive.  Now, every time I go to save it, says it can not save bad file name.  What I want to know most of all is how can I get back in touch with the Adobe Support team, who were going to access my document through the computer.   I am not very tech savy and no idea how to fix this but my deadline is fast approaching.

I am unable to print double sided using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (for the mac) on my HP Laserjet 500 color M551 printer.  I used to be able to do so, but then I upgraded to a new version, and cannot do so anymore.  I have searched the forums for an answer, but cannot find one.Thanks!Margaret

Hello,A user deleted an entire directory (and all subdirectories) of PDFs.  When they were restored, none of the PDFs can be opened using Acrobat Reader.  I have even tried other PDF readers.  None have worked.  Is there a setting that I am missing or a utility that I can run to fix this?  We are talking about 100s of files that were restored but can not be opened.  We have tried to run PDFFix Toolbox and others.  Nothing seems to work.Thank you!

How do I uninstall a previous version of Adobe Acrobat?

I have purchased several products over the years.  HOw do I know which ones are available and which ones are being used?  Also, when I download software to my desktop it asks me to enter the serial number but when I enter it it doesn't recognize the product.  I downloaded Pro XI, Standard, and a couple other ones.  None of them work.

Trying to print a pdf, sends data to my Brother printer, but then never prints. Brother prints other documents so this is limited to PDF.

When I email a pdf document in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, it enlarges to 192% when received. How can I correct this?!

When I open a pdf on the MS Windows 10, it is so big and I have to reduce the size to 100%.  what can I do to have it open at 100%.  It also is that large when I email it.Please help

Does anyone know an email address for adobe, i need to contact them because their Adobe acrobat reader can't open a downloadI am trying to download software from nikon .co.uk. They say you need Adobe acrobat reader to open the download. All I get is a message from Adobe that says can't open ,maybe not a supported file type or because it has been damaged. Microsoft have checked my computer and made sure all the updates for windows 10 and adobe reader are in place but adobe still cannot open the file. Microsoft recommended contacting Adobe but I cannot find an e-mail address for them to lay out the problem. I have e-mailed Nike and awaiting a response but I cannot believe Nikon.co.uk or Nikon.com, who I also tried to download the same software from, have corrupted software or recommend adobe for an' unsupported file type. If find it very frustrating that I am unable to contact anyone at Adobe to get an answer.HELP!!

I am getting a windows warning when I have an open adobe PDF every time I try to choose send in an email. I can get around this if I start the email and look for my pdf attachment but it has been a real inconvenience to do it this way since I am sending multiple PDF's sometimes. This just started with the latest and greatest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. This is what the windows problem says when I try to pick send an email in an open PDF.Is anybody else having this? Is there a fix?
