Acrobat Reader

Bonjour, Lorsque j'ajoute un commentaire sous forme de texte sur un pdf et que je clique à côté lorsque j'ai terminé, il disparaît. J'ai tenté de supprimer Adobe acrobat reader 2 fois et de le réinstaller. Le problème persiste. J'ai changé les paramètres qui pouvait être impliqués selon moi et j'ai toujours le même problème.Savez-vous comment le régler ?Merci d'avance

When I try to use the fill and sign tool it black out the textt when the mouse is move to add text the document is fillable. see screen shots/  I have uninstaled and reinsated Adobe Reader. I'm running Windows 10 64 bit.  Thanks for any help. vcrdst

Hi Team, I am unable to install Acrobat PDF reader DC on my machine it is throwing an error saying "Newer version is already installed", but in my system there is no "Acrobat reader" installed at all. Don't know why this error is coming up? 

I have an EPSON workforce printer WF 4730. When I scan documents to my laptop as PDF, I am unable to open the documents.I get an adobe reader pop-up window that says "a font package is required to correctly display this page. Click "OK" to direct your browser to download the add-on from adobe.com . After installation, you will need to close and re-open the document to correctly view contents dependent on these newly installed fonts"I have checked this forum - there was a similar question posted in 2015-2016 about this but not yet resolved.I have called EPSON to lodge a complaint BUT I am being told it is an adobe problem.Which one is it? Can anyone help? Very frustrated for now and will appreciate all help I can get - thanks all!

When I open a pdf file on our intranet through a browser (in this case chrome), it opens in the browser without any problem. When I open another pdf file on our intranet through the same browser, it does not open but gives an message: "This PDF package contains multiple files. Adobe recommends Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat version 8 or higher to work with documents from a PDF package."I have Acrobat Reader DC.It happens only with some specific PDF files. When I save the file locally and open it within Adobe Reader DC itself it opens without any problem. Does the browser preview have any limitations?Or can this problem be solved.

Is there any way you can set up a PDF so that the document automatically opens with the Bookmarks pane open? Thank you, A.

Hello Team,I am a developer and trying to integrate Adobe with our Sales Journey. Our requriennt is once the user is on our journey and selects a waiver form as true, we have atemplate and we will be sending the template, sign and  email id through APi to adobe. We are expecting adobe should read the teamplate and create a document and sign it and email the document to the requested email id's. Could you let me know for any api documentation to achive this fuctionality.

How do I get rid of the opaque blue boxes that are covering text in Acrobat Pro on mac? I've attatched an image to show the bizarre boxes in the middle of the page—that is what I need to get rid of. Thanks!   

Hi, Is there any Adobe Reader DC version was actually including Font Pack within the installer package? What does MUI mean on the reader intaller package, does that means the Font Pack, or only the software language? My company do alway keep updating to the newest DC version package. But Font Pack package will also need to be updated to the same when there is new version rolling out. Where usually when user need to Font Pack we have to install the Font Pack separately. It would be much better that Font Pack can be add into the main DC version installer package, then it actually work much better for us to supporting our user, where we don't need to help user to install 2 separate software/plug-in.

Hello! I have absolutely NO experience with JavaScript, but everything I read says I need a script to make my calculated field Round Up. While I understand that, I have not a clue where to put this in, or how I would need to change it to perform the actions I need it to.I have a form that adds 8 fields up for the Subtotal. One of these fields is multiplied by a number with 6 decimal places. So currently, even though it only shows 2 decimal places, I believe the subtotal is rounding down based on that calculation, and I need it to round up.I've attached a screenshot of the calculation that is causing the question. If someone can easily provide step-by-step instructions on how to add a script to achieve the correct calculation to 2 decimal points, including where in Acrobat Pro DC to enter the script and how to write it, I would be so grateful!

I need to change some text on a pdf document sent to me. How do I do this? It is my first time using it. 

Has anyone been able to extract a usable CAD model from a PDF? I need to extract the model for a build and cannot figure it out. It may not even be possible.......Thanks in advance.

Hi,I've recently got a new laptop at work. Installed, as usual, Adobe Reader. But there are several strange behaviors in this new environment.The system is built as:- Lenovo ThinkPad T460, 64-bit (System model: 20FN003JMX). Brand new, bought first quarter of year 2017.- Windows 10 Pro (all updates, Version: 10.0.14393 Build 14393)- Adobe Reader DC (Version 2015.023.20070)- MS Office 2016 Home and Business (Version 1701, build 7766.2060)The issues are:- Not possible to press CTRL + scrolling mouse wheel (this is possible in all other software on PC e.g. MS Office, Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Windows etc.). I have also tried using the ALT, ALT Gr, Shift, CTRL Left, and CTRL Right but with no affect to this feature.- Not possible to mark text. It's possible to double-click at a word and got it marked. It's also possible to place the marker somewhere in text and then use Shift+arrows to mark text. Or if I triple-click at a word, then the whole sentence will be marked. But it is not possible to

Using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Version: 20.12.20048.400142) with Protected Mode Enabled At Statup set to: True...I have a PDF file that has "broad" file permissions - multiple user groups have read/write access to the file.I open the file in PDF Reader and then Save it (same filename).When I review the file permissions in Windows, I see that some user groups have been removed and that my user has been granted specific access to the file.If I turn off Protected Mode, then the Windows file permissions do not get modifed.Why is Protected Mode altering the Windows file permissions?I cannot find any documentation stating that file permissions would be modified.Is this a known issue ?Other than turning off Protected Mode, how do I stop the file permissions from being modified?

Hello, We are using Adobe Acrobat REader DC version 2020.012.20048.6926. Issue: We had Citrix Environment in which we have installed acrobat reader DC software. Users use SAP client for there work. From SAP GUI , users were able to open there PDF document directly from SAP GUI. Recently we migrated Citrix to Fslogix Container . Now when users tries to open there PDF document, they are getting Error Message " There was an error opening this document . The file cannot be found. But when we save the file in users document folder & try to open , the file is getting open. Also if we disable the protected mode View from Acrobet- Preference- Security Enchanced - Protected mode. The file is getting open directly from SAP Gui. We dont want to disalble the protected mode view option. We would like to know in Old environment the file is opening proerly but after migrating to fslogix, there is error opening the file. Please let us know if there is any setting needs to be done if

Ok...I have looked everywhere to find an answer how to fix this problem and can't find anything useful. I have tried about 5 different pdf programs out there and NONE of them have a problem with this font in our pdf. Why is it only Adobe? Anyone have a fix for this??
