Acrobat Reader

Existe uma maneira para acrescentar linhas em documento que é tipo uma planilha de calculo em PDF ?Temos um arquivo em PDF com linhas formatadas para inserção de dados numéricos. Seria possívelna edição deste tipo de  documento para inserir ou criar linhas?Alguém teria essa informação?Obrigado!

I can't seem to get Adobe to fill the page when it prints.  Does onybody know how I can do it with my HP Printer?

Hola! Acabo de Instalar el Reader XI en Windows 10 y siempre que abro un documento me aparece un cartel del Ayudante de Configuracion que es molesto. Cuando le doy que no aparezca más vuelve a aparecer. I just installed Reader XI in Windows 10 and whenever I open a document I get a message of the Configuration Assistant that is annoying. When I give it no more to appear, it reappears. Later, when I close the program, it appears running in the background and consuming a lot as seen in the image. Any solution? Thank you  

Hi,The pdf file which requires me to fill in the blanks won't allow me to do so on the Adobe Acrobat Reader app, so I've been editing it on Chrome (Adobe extension) but the content that I filled it won't be saved. The file can be saved but when I open it either through Adobe Acrobat Reader or Chrome after saving it, the content no longer exists. Does this have to do with the error notice keep popping up saying "use of extended features is no longer available"? Reader  DC v2020.012.20048Windows 10 10.0.19042 Build 19042, IE 11.572.19041 PDFs embeddd in IE 11, or using the "Preview PDF" tab in Livecycle designer, no longer show user dialogs triggered using "xha.host.messageBox" or "app.alert".  Other "xfa.host" functions still return data.  When opening the PDF 'stand alone' everything works as expected.Here's an simple example form.  The button should show two message dialogs as well as information in a text box.    Interestingly the code continues to execute after the calls to xfa.host.messageBox and app.alert, and the text box is correctly populated.Test page:  https://www.aduk.net/pdfTest/ I have used the Acrobat DC removal tool and re-installed Acrobat. These builds of Windows and IE 11 work:10.0.17763 Build 17763, IE 11.1518.1776310.0.18362 Build 18362, IE 11.1139.18362These ones fail:10.0.19041 Build 19041, IE 11.572.1904110.0.19042 Build 19042, IE 11.572.19041

I have a PDF file that I originally modified and added text to and sent to a co-worker to add additional text into a field.  When my co-worker returned the file after modifications, the text did not appear to be modified when I opened the file in Adobe Acrobat DC, however when I opened the PDF within my Google Chrome browser, all changes made by said co-worker were visible. I've never experienced this before, so wondering if anyone has any potential reasonings as to why this may happen or any fixes to ensure my software is reading the files correctly?  To reiterate, I cannot get the PDF to show as the latest version within Adobe Acrobat DC whereas the Google Chrome browser is reading it correctly and as the latest version. To also note as well, the form does not appear broken and there is no errors occuring when opening the files in either.

Sometimes I close the upper toolbars in the Acrobat reader in order to maximize the document part of the window. When I do that, however, I often regret it: I cannot find a way to restore the closed toolbars. I expect to see the little black toolbar at the bottom, in which there is a tool for shrinking back the page, but it doesn't always show. And I couldn't figure out the riddle of what makes it show. (A really friendly UI have Adobe geniuses devised for us---for genius users only.)

Hello, I have been looking through the support community but I haven't been able to find any answers regarding my question. To explain the situation:We just purchased a signature for one of our users in the company and for some reason, when we send it out to someone (outside or inside the company), Adobe detects the certificate as INVALID and it needs to be validated by the receiver. When we send another document with the same signature, it is automatically VALID since it's been validated by the user once (from my understanding). If the certificate is part of the AATL, isn't it supposed to be automatically validated without any further user interaction ? It's just also scary that the term INVALID comes up when someone receives a certificate, when we know that the cert has been issued by Sectigo and is part of the trust list. Please correct me if there's something I don't understand here. Thanks!

Hey Guys, When I build computers for users we normally install some default software to make it easier for them.For example, I install Edge/Chrome/Adobe Reader. I have been able to find the static download links for Edge and Chrome.So I have been able to script the install of these applications. I would also like to include Adobe Reader (free version) into my script.At the moment I have to go to this website:https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/enterprise/And download the MSI from there.Do you have a static link to download the latest version of this installer?  I can find the .EXE version of Adobe Reader (https://admdownload.adobe.com/bin/live/readerdc_en_xa_crd_install.exe) The only issue is though that version doesn't allow silent install with command-line arguments.Thats why I need the .MSI version. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,I am using Reader to link to a Sharepoint folder with hundreds of work order folders in here, that currently our team are having to manually trawl through to find and check out the correct work order. This is because the search bar in the top right corner doesn't seem to be able to search linked Sharepoint folder locations. Is there any way to make these Sharepoint files identifiable by the search bar? It seems like an oversight to only have this function work for local files. Cheers,Jacob

Hi,I just signed a PDF with a V1 and a V3 certificat.The V1's certificate is successfully recognized and all informations appear, but with the V3, it say that the signature have been made by unknown.When I try to valide the signature, I got this error: Erreur d'authentification de la signature. Erreur lors de la validation : Erreur de chiffrement interne de la bibliothèque. Code d'erreur: 0x2726 Sorry but it's in french, so this is a translation: Error of signature authentification. Hi,  I got the box checked but not sure why it doesn't seem to be working. Seems to be buggy/glitchy. Tried going through some fix such as repair but doesnt seem to work. Are there anyone experiencing the same or knows how to get around this? Appreciate it! 

Hi,I have 2 forms both created on LiveCycle designer. When i open one of them on the Adobe Acrobat Reader app on my phone the fields are enabled. When i go to open the other form the fields are disabled and what shows up is that 'This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for MAc or Windows' Not sure what this means. They were both created with LiveCycle. Can someone give me some insight? I need to be able to fill out all the forms on my organizations website on the phone app and i'm getting this error from some of the forms. Thanks in advance!

I'm having trouble opening pdf files. Some open normally and others only a black square appears. Reinstallation did not help. 

I noticed an issue that cuases Outlook to freeze when using the send mail feature in Adobe. It set to send a mail throuh my defualt mail application which is outlook. The sends but when I try switch folders in outlook it freezes untill exit the Adobe application. I have tried Updating, Repairing and unistalling /Reinstalling the application. Does anyone know what can cuase this issue and if it is fixable.

I've re-install it twice  but it still freezes.The Task manager shows very high power usage by the readerpls hlpthe machine is fine, runnung heavier apps with no problems

Only difference, I don't see any dependency with admin rights or not. It doens't help ...- repair installation- disable Enhanced Security- activate the preview functionality in the settings (at DC only available)- Acrobat cleaner tool , reboot and new install the newest Adobe Reader DC What works:- using Sumatra PDF Viewer- using Tracker Software PDF Tools If I take a detail view with the Process Monitor, I can see the execution of two AcroRD32.exe processes and they stop after 2 seconds. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance and kind regardsKai

Good evening everyoneI have a question about FileOpen Plugin. I received an encrypted document from a friend of mine which can be read with the FileOpen software because it had some problems installing. I downloaded and installed this program on my pc (windows) and now I can read the pdf correctly. With a little patience I installed the same program on my friend PC (max) because he needed to read the pdf on his pc. Unfortunately there is some problem with the user. When I tried to open it, a window pops up saying the file has been admitted to another user or something similar. Is it possible to solve this type of problem? If possible, I would like to remove my privileges on this file and let a friend of mine open and read this document without any problems.Thanks in advance and look forward to your kind reply. Alessandro

hey,my PDF files disconnect after few seconds i open them.what could be the problem?

I have searched the forum and did not find where a solution was provided for this error so I am going for it again.I have a fresh machine running win 10, 8GB of RAM, and a new install of acrobat DC.the first PDF I am needing to open is 29 pages, it gets to page 4 before it says "out of memory" and does not show any more of the content, it will continue to scroll through the blank pages. it will open smaller files ok, it seems to be related to size but my machine has plenty of memory and HD space.thank you in advance, I am held up on a project due to this.
