Acrobat Reader

I have never bought it and one day it popped up as I was printing a PDF doc. It blocked me for printing. Today tried a new pdf to print hit the printer button and up came the AI circle and it just stays there and I can't print.   David

Seit dem Update am 12.4.2024 tritt beim Schliessen die Fehlermeldung auf:   "Adobe Acrobat Reader funktioniert nicht mehr   Das Programm wird auf Grrund eines Problems nicht richtig ausgeführt. Das Prog. wird geschlossen und Sie werden benachrichtigt, wenn eine Lösung verfügbar ist."   Lässt sich im Eventlog nachvollziehe, dass der Fehler seit dem Update ist. Tritt bei zwei Kunden auf, daher eher System unabhängig. Umgebung jeweils Terminal Serrver 2024, aktuellste Updates. Aktuellste Version Acrobat Reader.    Hat jemand das gleiche Problem bzw. eine Lösung?  

Hello, I would like to inform you that after the latest update of Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat DC, we are experiencing issues opening PDF files on the remote server (Windows server 2016) where we work. This problem occurs intermittently, with files sometimes opening and sometimes not.

Bonjour,Mon disque système est saturé par un grand nombre de fichiers de type ".msi" et ".msp" dans le dossier C:\ProgData\Adobe\ARM\Reader_20.006.20034. Ces fichiers sont probablement issus des mises à jour successives d'adobe reader DC. peut-on supprimer ces fichiers sans risque?

I lose all my highlight and comment although I have ctrl + S every time, but when it accidently close the app, I lost all. How to retrive them? Adobe reader desktop, so unrealiable

It´s really terrible to update Adobe free products (Reader, Flash Player, Shockwave Player) in network with domain. Know somebody what mean "error 111200"? THX

Hello. I have about 250 machines on our domain and starting a few days ago, my users cannot open a PDF within Internet Explorer. Trying to do so gives the following:  "There is a problem with Adobe Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (10:10)" Of course manually killing any Adobe process does not work. I have tried disabling enhanced security as well as Protected Mode at Startup, which has corrected these errors in the past. However, my only solution for now has been to disable the Adobe Reader add-on for Inter Explorer 11. When this is disabled, it prompts the user to either open or save the document, which works fine.  However, the PDF should be able to open in the browser as it's expected. I'm hoping someone can offer some insight because I have tried every solution Google has brought me to.  Thanks, in advance.

Hi there,we made a update in our company to the Adobe Acrobat Reader 2024.001.20604 and now we also have the new GUI. Yes, I know, i can change the GUI to the classic one, but I try to manage the GUI for the users and I have one big problem...I miss all the tools in the "All tools" tab. If I delete the policy "bAcroSuppressUpsell" (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureLockDown), it show me all the tools, but the tools of the Acrobat will show me too, incl. the Acrobat advertising. Is there a good way to disable the Upsell function, but to show the normal tools of the Acrobat Reader only? Thanks a lot for your help!

When opening a PDF file that has empty fields that need to be filled out it will crash and close the program completely when you click on an empty field. See picture from Windows error logs. Have figured out that if you click on a field immediately upon opening the file it will crash, but if you wait a little until the "Convert, edit and e-sign PDF forms & agreements. Free 7-day trial", see picture below, on the bottom left of the screen it will work fine. Have tried uninstalling, deleting all Adobe folders from PC then reinstalling. I have tried turning off protected view, and security. This is now happening on 3 different user machines.

Bonjour, j'ai un souci lorsque j'imprime une "vue active" (je dois souvent imprimer des extraits de grands plans), sur la feuille effectivement imprimée s'ajoute un cadre que je ne veux pas voir. Ce qui est étrange, c'est que parfois je n'ai pas le cadre, et parfois il s'ajoute tout seul sans que je n'ai changé aucun paramètre. Quelqu'un a-t-il le même problème, et existe-t-il une solution pour fair un réglage par défaut (je veux le cadre tout le temps, ou je ne le veux jamais) ? Merci de m'éclairer.

I use fillable PDFs maybe 5x weekly. A few different forms. This morning all of my PDFs are no longer showing the blue fillable boxes. Everything is still fillable, but I don't see the boxes at all. Any ideas on how to get them to return? I already rebooted my computer and did an adobe update. Thanks!

Bonjour, Je n'arrive pas à utiliser les fonctionnallités de modification de pdf sur Acrobat. Je clique sur les fonctionnalités et rien ne se passe. En parallèle de ça j'ai un message d'erreur : "Il se peut que vous ayez un accès limité aux services ou applications Adobe". J'ai appliqué le protocole de réparation conseillé sur internent pr ce problème mais ça ne marche pas. Je ne sais pas si cela est lié à mon soucis de modification de pdf.  Merci, Marion

Hi After e-signing my document, I can not save a certified copy. The button "save a certified copy" is disabled/Greyed out. Requesting e-signatures is also not working. The issue is file-dependent, other PDFs I can perfectly save as a certified copy. Can I change file settings or properties to sign this file? Or is there a workaround? Thank youBest regardsStijn

I don't like the current layout as the bar keep getting in the way of reading pdf, I have tried a number of times to Disable new Adobe reader and tick the box preferences and neither one of these works. I have even tried uninstall the software and reinstalling it a number of times not luck there.I can't even find a copy of the older version, as I find the current one layout makes me end up wasted more time doing them.

All PDF print as completely black pages.  I can read the PDF fine.  This is true on any printer.A google search shows others have had this problem, but I have not seen a solution posted.I have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat, without help.  I'm wondering if this is a registry problem.I saw some post that referred to a stuck switch of print colors as black, but I know nothing about this.Please help!

Após atualização do Acrobar Reader não achei mais a opção "Abrir documentos como novas guias na mesma janela (requer inicialização)" que desmarcada fazia com que cada arquivo fosse aberto em janelas separadas em vez de abertos em guias.

Go to a website with a PDF to download.Click Save as , find place on desktop to downlad it.PDf downloads, and then opens up Acrobat Reader to view. I just want it to download and save and I will look at it later. I have:Looked in Chrome settings and I have "open PDFs in Chrome" selected.I have Acrobat as my default app for PDFs, but It is not set in Internet Settings to be the default for PDFsI even tried changing Chrome to be the default app for PDFs, and it still auto loaunched Acrobat andopened the PDF. Short of removing Acrobat, what elese could stop this behavior from being the default?

I cannot upload a PDF to an online application that I am filling out. When I click "view" on the application, only the background shows up; not the picture.

Initially, we were using AcroRdrDC2300820555_en_US.exe. However, when AcroRdrDC2400120604_en_US.exe was released, our users encountered difficulties opening PDF email attachments by double-clicking the PDF within the email. Despite waiting for the subsequent release, AcroRdrDC2400120643_en_US.exe, the issue persisted. Ultimately, we reverted to AcroRdrDC2300820555_en_US.exe, and the problem no longer occurs.With Reader 24 - Double click the pdf attachment in the email. Acrobat reader opens freezes and then after a while it crashes.With Reader 23 - Double click the pdf attachment in the email. I have a user that's using the Adobe Reader on his system, and when he attempts to open PDF's he gets blocked with a 7 day Free Trial pop up.  Closing the pop up also closes the PDF.  It occurs with PDF scans he created as well as ones he opens as email attachments.  I've uninstalled and reinstall the free download twice with the same issue occuring.  I've suggested moving to Adobe Standard, but his supervisor refuses to pay for a subscriptio Any idea how to disable this?  

How is it possible I can work in Photoshop, Illustrator e Premier at the same time on my computer, but I cant open a PDF file without the Acrobat crash? It literraly any pdf file and literaly all the time.  It's ridiculous that Adobe charges a high price for its products (which are good, no complaints about that) but doesn't offer ANY support when we need it.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, I've run Adobe Acro Clean, I've blocked the new interface, and yes, this crap is updated. Any suggestions on what to do besides sending this to hell?
