Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me with an issue I've only just started having with adobe acrobat. I've been creating documents (8x15cm) then combining 4 and printing to one sheet with no issues or shrinkage to the document size. I have recently updated my phone to IOS 17 and not have the issue that when I set to print to one page (same size of documents) there shrinking to half the size. I have tried e writhing and can't get this to stop. I'm using the IOS app and have logged in online to try and fix it with no success. Please help!

When I want to download a pdf file my Galaxy phone says that there is no printer selected. Never had this before. Can you help?

I have a document that is shared to reviewers for commenting on iPads using the draw tool with Apple Pencil however the comments are disappearing in the main sharer's iPad but not the reviewer's iPad. Is there a way to resolve this urgently?

I know in this day and age it cannot be so effing stupid to not be able to. I've been working on something for the last 4 1/2  hours. I hit a little U button up top and then erased it all at once and now it is gone. How do I retrieve? What I've been working on all morning!

A few days ago, I purchased my suscription from the Adobe Acrobat app (please, don't send me to their technicians or Google Play Store, they just ignore me and close my case over and over). My suscription doesn't appear on Google Play, ONLY on the Adobe Acrobat app. If I try to cancel it, it sends me to Google Play, where I don't have any suscription. How can I cancel it? It can't be this difficult!

When edit in the app it makes me purchase it again before I can use all the features.  When I purchase it says that I am already subscribed until 2024.  It has been like this for time. 

Why has ADOBE ACROBAT READER made it impossible for me to remove highly sensitive documents from my Android Adobe Account? I have tried, to no AVAIL. 

hi, just wondering if I can search for a word within a doc on my iphone/ipad app. I used to be able to but can't anymore??‌

I have a 2 page form that I fill out in acrobat on my iPad. Normally I fill out the form, hit menu>send a copy> save to files. From there I can rename the form with the clients name and date and save to files on my iPad. This no longer seems to be an option and I'm trying to figure out what's goin on. When I get to the 'save to files screen', in the bar where I'd rename the file it says "2files" and there is no way to change it, it's just greyed out. If I hit save as it is then when I go to files, it just gives me an error when I try to open it. I can't find any other way to contact Adobe or any information about what could be going on. This wasn't an issue two days ago last I used it. Any ideas here? Or does anyone know how to contact Adobe?
