Hello, 772.80 rubles were debited from my card. , I didn’t fill out a question, I didn’t leave my card details anywhere, I don’t even know on which profile of this adobe.com site I subscribed to adobe pro, please help me how to get the money back

Hi,I purchased a subscription from Google Play. It was purchased to edit or revise certain files for submission. The application wouldn't let me fill in any blanks in either file or download to convert. I cancelled my subscription within the time period and have had no luck in getting a refund.   

When I fill and sign my document all numbers and everything is there. As soon as I go to print my right side numbers get cut off. I go back to the PDF and all is ok. Why is it cutting my numbers off when I go to print? I'm doing this from my phone to printer. Please help.

Hello I'm trying to upload my signature in Jpg format but it is impossible. I received this message:  An error was encountered while processing this image. The image size is 90 kB. This problem is in the App version of Adobe DC. Help please. Kind Regards

How can I perform OCR (optical character recognition) on an existing PDF using an iPad? I have an Adobe subscription, but I can't figure this out. It appears that the Adobe Scan app will do this if I use the device to take a picture of a page, but I don't know how to do this to an existing PDF. I have a PDF of a 20-page document that was scanned using an office copier/printer. I know the text will not be highlight-able or editable without OCR. I can't figure out how to perform the OCR on an existing document. Thanks in advance!

Leider werden meine Text-Markierungen in dee Kommentaliste nicht angezeigt, sondern nur die Seiten aufgelistet mit Tag und Uhrzeit.....Wenn ich die Datei in Windows acrobat öffne, sind die Markierungen sichtbar, aber auch hier werden die Textpassagen nicht angezeigt. Danke für Tipps und HinweiseHopkin

I try to open Acrobat docs using I pad Acrobat app but cannot because error message: Cannont connect to Dropbox 

I gave adobe permission to access my emails and gmail account. How to remove this permission. 

Adobe Acrobat has been the best fill and sign app practically since its inception but a glaring oversight still exists. The JetSign app permits mobile users these options for selecting how to create your signature and initials: finger draw, upload an image, and use the keyboard to type your signature and initial as the keyboard automatically displays cursive writing in expert signature format. I have always loved and been in love with Adobe Acrobat but that JetSign signature feature is everything. Additionally, JetSign converts to and from PDF from over 20 different apps.

I purchased Adobe premium for my iPhone today. It allowed me to edit document. Once I saved & went back to document it wouldn't allow me to edit. Promted me to purchase subscription (which I already have). I uninstalled & reinstalled the app now my document is gone and it's still prompting me to purchase subscription. Please advise.

I was using Adobe Reader on my Android phone to highlight several passages of a book in PDF format. The book is in the Document Cloud and I was able to access it and continue to where I was on the computer last night. This morning I opened the file, highlighted some more and closed the app.Now, end of the evening, I opened the file and ALL my highlights and underlines are GONE.I have done nothing to app nor the cloud. The file is there, I am opening the same file (I've tried both on Android, computer, etc). All my work of the past two days are gone. Can anyone help me please?

Please I need urgent attention. I already subscribed for the monthly premium quality and not working keep loading and when I restarted the app I was asked to subscribe again and I tried and it keep saying error message I have already subscribed then why is it not working

Topic: install update & subscribe   I've subscribed for the in-app purchase of the App named "Adobe PDF Converter & Editor" (Automatic Renewal Monthly: Renew next on 19 Sep 2020). But I cannot fix any typo of the plain texts on my original pdf. document. I've already read & followed the how-to instruction for editing pdf but still I have not been able to make it so far. Note that I'm using this purchased in-app on my ipad device. But when I was trying to locate the same in-app purchase from App store to try to use the app om another of my device, Macbook, I could not find the app on my Macbook. I'm willing to use the app in either ipad or Macbook but just to enable the app fix typo of my pdf. document, which is a my main purpose to buy the app.  Would be appreciate for your advice.    [PI Removed by Moderator]

Good day, I downloaded the app on iPad and subscribed to the Premium features in order to combine files. I am selecting 2 files and try to combine them but a message appears saying "cannot combine files". Can you help? Thanks.

Hi, I accidently signed up for the full product and didn't cancel after the trial, Samsung Store. I thought I had cancelled subscription but I only uninstalled the product rather then cancelling the subscription. I have now cancelled the subscription. Am I able to get a refund because I don't need the full product on my mobile.

I subscribed through my Apple account but can't access premium features. Even when I attemp to re-subscribe, the app says I'm already a subscriber but still won't let me use premium features. 

Does Adobe pro for iPhone / iPad (os 15) really not have an alternative for OCR of documents? (please don't answer if you're not able to answer with either a yes or a no. I already know of all the scanner apps out there with OCR, but I am surprised if Adobe Pro doesn't have it on thir iPhone/iPadPro apps...)

When using the "Open with" function from Dropbox, then clicking Adobe Acrobat, takes you to Adobe Acrobat, but the Acrobat always prompts "Unable to connect to Dropbox". But always works on the 2nd run.

I am trying to view PDF files on my iPad through acrobat and once the PDF is open, the majority of the details are not shown. This is the same problem for pretty much all PDFs that I've tried opening through acrobat. There are no issues viewing this through other apps on this iPad or on a desktop. details:- Brand new IPad Pro 11 with IPad os 15 ( was the same issue before I updated)-installed the latest acrobat app on sept 23- PDFs are mostly created from CAD drawings An example is attached.thanks 

Hello,I am trying to lock pdfs after signing them on the Adobe Acrobat Reader iOS app. When I sign and save the pdf, I get the following message: Forms with a signature or initials will not be editable once saved. This is not the case, once I send via email, our customers can still fill all the fields intended for our coworkers only. How do I lock the pdfs after signing them on an iPad? Is this possible? I know I can do it via the desktop app.Thank you for your help,SM

Hello, I recently purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro but it didn't work on my phone so I wanted to receive my money back, but when I looked at "manage subscriptions" there was nothing and my money wasn't taken so I assumed that it won't work and they won't take my money. Today I saw the money was taken from my account but I don't (and didn't) see the subscription on my phone so I could delete it. What can I do to receive my money back?
