Acrobat Reader Mobile

All Android devices running Acrobat version 2.0. 17204 fail to present checkbox ticks. However, on checking another Anroid device not connected to the Internet and running the previous version 10.1 16347 all forms worked perfectly. The forms were produced with Indesign and have been deployed for a number of years. I presume that there will be a fix for this temporary bug. Thanks Peter J

How do I upload PDF documents to another app?

1. The app will not load. It crashes immediately. It will not open so there is no chance to use the app.

I have noticed the “Go-To-Page” function no longer works with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader for the android mobile app.I have tried this with a few different PDF files and none of them work.The Adobe Acrobat DC version works correctly on my laptop but the Adobe Acrobat for android version does not on my android mobile device.I have tried this with several PDF’s that use the Go-To-Page function and none on them work with the recent version of Adobe Acrobat for android.I will include a screenshot of a page and circle the areas that have the Go-To-Page function, that no longer work.I will also attach a small PDF file that uses the Go-To-Page function that will no longer work on my android mobile device.

Hi. I've updated my IOS recently and it caused me to lost all of my data. I was wondering if I could retrieve my documents in Adobe reader in any way. I've never upload it to cloud.. the only thing I've done is to sign in with my account. Kindly assist.

I have some saved docs asking for a password to open them. I don't know the password because I don't recall creating a password for the doc. What can I do to open these pdf docs?

I want to make the refund to last pay. I installed the application, but I uninstalled back because I do not want to pay for it. Can I please get help with a refund? I didn't actually use the app I think one of my kids has and I've need charged almost 55 quid and now can't afford my food shop. Have tried to get a refund through Google play but they can't do it 

 Hi,Im having trouble in using Adobe app for Samsung. I have a purchased PDF book with videos embedded within the booklet. I've had the booklet for a while and the videos worked fine (for over a year)until today.  I clicked on the "find in document" tool to search for the section i required, x'd out of the search tool before clicking on the video (i know video link won't work when search tool is open), however when I now click on the video link nothing happens.It was working fine seconds before I opened the search tool before it stopped working. All other booklets are still working fine.Any help appreciated

Buongiorno,Ho un problema con un documento PDF:Al suo interno ci sono dei collegamenti ipertestualitra il sommario e le pagine corrispondenti,tra l'indice e le pagine e dei rimandi nelle pagine all'indice.Tali collegamenti funzionano sul vecchio tablet con Android 7ma non sul nuovo tablet e smartphone con Android 10Cosa posso fare?Grazie Gabriele

I use a digital PDF version of the Bible that has internal links to other parts of the document.  With this new update they stopped working and I cannot get them back.  Please help with this. 

Hi -- I just downloaded the app. Where it's the text box function? I need to add a text box -- not simply text -- to the PDF. Yet I can't find that function. Why? As a consumer I can't tell you ou how frustrating it is to download an app and learn that some features are not excluded. It makes no sense in this day and age when increasingly consumers are using iPhones and iPads to do work! 

Hello I just got an email from Adobe about a full Subscription I never did and checking on my app it shows I'm a free user.......the email looks genuine so just a mistake or some scam? 

I have been having issues with Adobe Acrobat for android since the last update.I have a PDF that I created that has tabs on the right side of the PDF.These tabs take the user to different pages in the PDF.They used to work before the latest update. Now they no longer work.Here are some things I found when troubleshooting this issue.These tabs work if I have the PDF on my android set to "Page-by-Page" mode.If I put it in "Continuous Pages" mode the tabs will not work. They used to work in this mode but stopped working with the latest update you put out.If I load my PDF with another PDF view the tabs work as they should but not in the android acrobat app.This tells me that it has something to do with the last release you put out of the android app from this month.I don't know if anyone else has experienced this problem.I am hoping Adobe will chime in here and verify this issue.I can send them my PDF if they wanted to verify this issue.
