How in the world can I reset the password or get access to my PDF that is locked? HELPPPP!

I have prepared a form in Acrobat and distributed it but when it is opened in adobe Acrobat Reader on Android with Fill & Sign, it says, "Restricted document is not allowed because it is a read only file. But on a computer the same document. I need forms to be filled and signed on both Android and IOS. The fill and sign Adobe app apears to work for unprepared forms only.  

What does pdf cannot be displayed mean?

Hello!  I wanted a refund because the purchase was not made by me, but by my younger sister. Earlier, I tried to send a request through Google but was refused, then I contacted Adobe support, they said that we can not help you need to ask Google for a refund. Then he wrote in support of Google, they said that the funds had already been transferred to Adobe and it was boring to write to you (they gave you mail: acrobat-android-support@adobe.com) wrote, but there is no answer yet. Can you please tell me if you can help me and issue a return?

Adobe reader crashes on invoking search function. Problem continues even after deleting and re-installing app.

Hi, I have a premium account but have been told by Adobe Live Chat they cannot help as they are not experts on this account. They would not take details of the issue just referred me to this community.  I am hoping someone can help.  For the last 3 days the following message has appeared when I have attempted to open a document in Acrobat from MS OneDrive 'Something went wrong. Your file or folder could not be copied because an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.' Prior to this week I had no issued and it worked well.  Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Thanks  

Hello everytime I hit the organize pages and I go to delete some pages the system crashes and it knocks me out. I then have to go back to the app. Can you please help me with this issue.

Yesterday I updated Adobe app to version 20.10.1 and right after that notice that documents are not autosaving right after signed on Dropbox.You see, before update, I could open Dropbox, opened a pdf document, sign it, and close it and document automatically got saved. After yesterday update, document does not autosave after closing Adobe or app. I also have, test this on IOS and option of autosave is currently working

What does it mean when it says I am unable to fill and sign because it says it is password protected?

Hey guys I signed in to Acrobat years before but I had entered a different username then I need to change it how do I do it without signing out ?My email address is the same Please help

Cancel Adobe Acrobat Premium free trial. Tried to use chat ,unable to send response 

Paid for the premium features but it still won't let me use them. It says I need to subscribe, so I do, then it says I'm already a subscriber, but the features (ie PDF converter) still won't work. Annoyed that I spent money on this for nothing. 

whenever I tried to open a large file (36mb) it show always a cloudness in the PDF file and take a lot of time to clear it and always show adobe not responding 

Whenever I open pdf file from my mobile's file manager deafaultly that opens horizontal than i must rotate to other horizontal side and than i can open that vertically. From app that works properly.

I am neither able to compress my PDF file which is 87 MB by my Android phone neither I am able to sent the file using the link on email. Please help me out as I need to send the same on priority.

I receive the error "This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for Mac or Windows",  when I try to open a PDF form on my Android device (one plus 3).  I can open the same PDF form on my windows PC just fine. I have downloaded the newest Adobe Acrobat reader version for the play store. I have also tried downloading Adobe fill and sign to see if that would help.

It's not allowing me to sign because it's saying the owner password needs to be put in? I'm confused
