I cancelled my subscription in September 11 2020 but an amount of 13.49 was deducted today from my credit card  please advise 

Hello,I had been successfully combining and converting to pdf the jpg files from my photo library. Then, after awhile, I started to get messages that Acrobat could not convert my files. Thanks.

Adobe Acrobat Reader for iOS instantaneously closes file, won't open, but is viewable in iBooks

I can't find a way to change the highlighting colour on my ipad to a custom colour like I can on desktop for Acrobat DC. Obviously you can change the opacity of the default colours but I can't pick my own colours like I can on my computer - the custom colour highlights I did on my computer show up that way when I view the document on my ipad but I can't adopt that highlight color or set any defaults which is annoying.How can I add custom colours? If this isn't available on ipad yet, will it be soon?

Every time I try and draw dots in the acrobat app using the pencil tool, there is a glitch that partially removes them. This was apparent on the latest update and has been persistent ever since. Can no longer use the app due to this issue.

Et je retombe sur la même version : 20.09.01 du 24/09/2020 ...Et ça tourne en rond !Que faire ?

Does the app have a scanner? I can't find that information. If this app can do it then I don't have to download a different app just for scanning/turning documents into PDF. 

How do I place my combing pdf files in order? When I select combine they aren't in order from page 1 to whatever page I want it to end on.

Leaving the app with a doc open:when returning the screen is frozen. My use is with a pattern where I draw or line through instructions. When I return imayor may not lose the notes I've placed on the doc before it freezes. This problem did not exist prior to upgrading to iOS 14.

Trying to upload a document for the bank and it keeps saying that it can't upload as it's password protected. I can't seem to remove it and face losing my house if I can't sort this out...any help? I'm using acrobat on my iPhone

M “recent” folder seems to regularly clear itself, which causes me to lose the list if documents I am working on and the last page I opened in each document. Is there anything that can be done to keep the recent documents where they should be?

Hi iv put in the password that I gave and it still will not let me open my document ? 

I was in the middle of reading chapter 9, highlighting text as I had been for all the preceding chapters in the very same pdf document, when all of a sudden the highlight tool stopped working! My ipencil is working fine, as well as all of the other comment tools, but for some irritating and inexplicable reason I can no longer highlight text....Please help!!!!

Hello,  Am trying to open up pdf files on my iPad however when using the app it comes up with error message stating that I need to download adobe acrobat reader DC for Mac. How would I download this onto my iPad?
