All my Cloud files disappeared. How can I recover them? Please 

I use Adobe Reader on my Ipad. Everything is up to date but today my app crashed and when it opened the file again it had no comments or highlights, anything! I had been working on that file for at least 2 days and everything disappeared.  Does anyone know what can I do? I restarted my iPad, logged in again, went to recent and nothing.

When are we going to get tabs on the app for iphone and ipad? It would make using Adobe Reader so much better and would be soooo helpful. 

Can anyone confirm that Reader is fully compatible with iPadOS 14. We need confirmation prior to releasing iPadOS to our pilots for the EFBs. Thanks in Advance.

Hi, I'm using both the desktop as well as the iPad app for Acrobat DC. When highlighting on the desktop version , the highlights are copied as comment text. This is not the case for the iPad app. How can I enable text selection for highlights, underline and strike through in the iPad app ?

Hi:)  I'm paying for my Premium account through my Apple account - which my Gmail is connected to - but if I look on to the Adobe Acrobat app with the Gmail it won't let me use the services? It says I only have a Free account, but if I try to buy it also says I'm already Premium - and that is because it is connected to the Apple - so I'm kind of stuck here? what to do?  

Renaming a file is gone.  Makes app useless on iPadPlease bring this feature back.  Creating pdf’s on iPad did not and does not allow for naming the file in the first place.  The assigned name is practically meaningless, so being able to rename the file after it is created is essential.Acrobat Reader iPad v. 18.09.13

I download a PDF in Safari on iPadOS 13. Then I take two different routes to make it accessible in Adobe Reader Mobile. Route 1:Using the Share button in Safari, I use the 'Copy to Reader' option to copy the file to Reader. Now, in Reader, I am unable to rename or delete the file. Also, I notice that the file does not have the tablet icon (mobile device icon) in the file's entry in the list of files available in Reader. I use Adobe PDF reader on my iPad to mark up PDFs. The PDFs are stored on my Google Drive. I generally stay connected via WiFi throughout. However Adobe frequently created a "recovered" version of my files even though they have saved onto Google drive. Is there anything I can do to stop this happening? Thanks.

Hello All, I started class with two big PDFs - Workbook and Lab Manual.  I would open the books into the Acrobat Pro (with Premium) on the iPad to take notes, highlight, draw, in the workbooks.  No problem.  I would get an answer key PDF and I would go to Preview on my Mac and insert the answer key PDF pages into the big workbook, arrange as needed.  Since I'm doing it on the Cloud, bam, it's ready on the iPad in Acrobat.  Can see the workbook and the new pages added in.  All good.  This has been working since class started. Then suddenly, when I did this (adding new pages in)  this week, I opened up the workbook to find the entire thing (200+ pages) blank with only the new couple of pages added showing.   The workbook opens normally in Preview on different devices.  The workbook opens as blank with the couple of pages showing on the Acrobat DC on the computer.  So, it seems it's Acrobat having some issue with t

I have a problem with opening PDF files in Adobe Reader on my Android device(Nexus 5 with Marshmallow). After clicking on link with PDF I used to see file being downloaded and then opened in Adobe Reader app. Now I'm only prompted with an error message that states: The file could not be downloaded. Please save the file to your local storage and then try to open it. Have you experienced similar issue? Have you any idea what may cause such probem?

Hello everyone, Kindly I would like to tell you something, that the main reason push me to subscribe in adobe reader premium is to export pdf book to word file, and most of my books in Arabic language and suddenly I found that the application doesn't support Arabic language. I have a cover letter that I am trying to edit. The letter is in Word format and has several portions where I can enter and replace information for the specific job I am applying for. I paid for the subscription to Premium so that I could edit Word documents and save to PDF format. However, despite numerous attempts, I can not edit the cover letter. I keep getting a message that sends me back to the subscribe to premium acrobat page and tells me that I am already a subscriber. Can somebody please offer some guidance? I have saved the file on my iPad but does not allow me to make any changes. Thank you in advance, Kevin
