Created a form in Adobe DC but when entering data in form have to tab to next field.  Want to be able to hit the enter button after data enterd and tab to next field. 

Hi everyone, I'm using a simple script with a button to spawn a new page from a hidden template; however, is there a way to limit the number of times that page is spawned? I need to limit it to only one time / one page spawn per button. Despite being code-illiterate, I have managed to coble together a simple Javascript routine to autofill textboxes based upon a drop down. I have acrobat 9 pro on a windows 8 system. As of last week I was able to fill and sign any pdf. Not sure why, but this option is no longer available to me. I have tried a number of the solutions listed and none of them have worked or were not available. What happened to the fill and sign option and how do I fix it?

Hello I am using a laptop that is running Windows 10.For some reason (I am not sure why and cannot recall what may have been the exact trigger), I was unable to continue using Acrobat Reader DC for viewing course readings. This happened late on Sunday/early yesterday. I attempted to uninstall Adobe via the Settings panel, which I eventually succeeded in doing. There is no trace of any Adobe products in there. However there is still a 'corrupted' file in my C://Program Files(x86) and I cannot delete or remove it. I assume that this is why I cannot download a replacement version of the reader? I have followed the troubleshooting instructions as best as I can (downloading and using the Adobe Cleaner). I then tried to re-download the software. However, if I try to download a new version from Adobe's own site, then the installation fails, with an error message saying that there is already a newer version on the machine. How do I remove the dash added on a long hyperlink that's added when exporting from InDesign to Adobe? I'm not putting a hyphen in the Destination, but because of the long text, one is added because it's on two lines, and upon export Adobe carries that version of the hyperlink.

Hi All,I was previously a PDF Docs user.A key functionality I rely on is the ability to print multiple documents/web pages etc into my PDF software.....then remove pages and reorder as necessary.... then save the final PDF.This was simple in PDF Docs. I cant believe that its not possible to do this in Adobe DC - I'm hoping there is an option I need to configure to make it work the way I need it to.I cannot seem to get Adobe DC to operate in the same way.When I print documents to Adobe DC, it wants me to save each document separately. The combine tool seems to be separate to the organise tool, so its not easy to add, remove and reorganise pages before saving a final PDF.This is what I'm looking for:- Print several pages to Adobe DC from a variety of sources- These pages appear in a Adobe DC window- From here i can select or unselect pages to be included in the final document- I can also reorder the pages etc- Once I am happy with the document I can save the final set of pages as a PDFHe

I have a pdf viewer in a C# windows  project which for the sake of the example, displays selected filename from a listbox. It is a simple form with a listbox an axAcroPDF and textbox to confirm correct filepath. The code is as follows and the files have been placed in a folder pdfs in the Debug folder:It all works correctly with a few issues:the first time you cycle through the files it displays correctly in the window but if you go back to an entry, the second time it shows the toolbar at the right despite this being disabled in the code. The toolbar takes up the bulk of the window.When you close the window, it takes and inordinately long time to close, indicating to me there is a lot of housekeeping going on. Any clues on why this would be happening.In addition to this:do I need both .LoadFile and .src statements in the code as both work in isolation but is one preferable to the other. I've been tasked with locating software that allows us to digital sign documents to submit to various agencies.  I've been unable to determine if Adobe's product meets the FIPS 180-4 standard that we need to comply with.  I did see in the standards information it meets the 186-4.  Can anyone provide any references on the 180-4 standard in regards to Adobe's software complying?  I apologize if this is a stupid question.  However, I am not very familiar with either standard and want to make sure I can provide a recommendation based information I can cite.  Thanks.

I had surgery and had not used my Acrobat DC Pro for about a month. When I tried using it today, I can no longer enter text into form fields. I even uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. Still can't enter text. I'm very frustrated because I love the program and have been using it for a year with no problems. I have Windows 7 Professional on my computer.

Cannot get orretrieve Adobe Pro which I purchased. Downloaded fine, used it, then next time I turned on the computer only Adobe Acroat and DC are shown and I cannot again retrieve Adobe Pro. Kind of wasting my money here??? Thank you for any assistance.

I work on a Surface Book with a small screen.  When I try to sign a pdf doc the dialog box is huge and extends well past the bottom of my screen.  When I try to scroll down to the click the OK button after I enter my signature or initials I cannot scroll down far enough.  Also, the dialog box does not respond to dragging it up on my screen. End result is that I cannot sign or initial pdf docs.  Help!

I would like to add a button to the toolbar to switch to the two page view.  I have tried to do this via the customize toolbar feature but can't find this particular function in the list of items that can be added to the toolbar.I am usin gAdobe Acrobat XI, version 11.0.18.21Thanks.

Pages are portrait orientation.  Only happens when printing the PDF (Acrobat XI Pro) and never from Word.  Not always the same pages.  Have opened document on another computer with the same version of XI Pro and it printed correctly.  Went back to the original computer and it printed correctly.  Other documents will have the problem as well and seems to be getting increasingly worse.  Could there be a fix to this?  I keep searching and don't see any other problems like this.Thanks.

I had to reinstall Acrobat X.  It launches but doesn't stay open.  It closes after 5 to 7 seconds.  What is causing this?

When combining word docs Acrobat Launches Word for every doc converted to PDF. This is very annoying especially when you are combining several word docs. How do I disable this?

I have installed Acrobat DC on my master image in my 7.7 Citrix farm. When I clone it to my TS's it asks them to sign in. I made some progress when I read the forums earlier it referenced the Adobe_prtk tool, My vendor had to rebuilt our Citrix farm so I think the tool already thinks my servers have the .xml but I cant find it anywhere.Here is what I have done so far:C:\vsto\Adobe>dir Volume in drive C has no label. A few mornings ago, I started to sign into my HP laptop and a message: "HI" "We've made changes to your account, don't shut off your PC" Since then (after discovering this mysterious "someone" was Microsoft Edge, I have not been able to override Internet Explorer and Windows PDF. I need a fix for this. Nothing I found on Internet works for me. Please can someone help? I don't want to disconnect my service-but may be forced to if this continues.

We purchased 5 perpetual Acrobat licenses with electronic delivery.  I received an email with about 7 different links to access my new software. The first two were "Page not available" and the third one worked - Very unprofessional, but okay so far. I was able to logon and download my software; however, for whatever reason, Adobe decided to post their files with no file extension.  So I downloaded a generic file with no idea how to open it.  I called their customer support and was transferred FOUR times, arguing with each rep along the way.  Finally, the 4th rep said that "ADOBE ONLY SUPPORTS CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PURCHASED SUBSCRIPTION LICENSES!"  I could not believe it!  Then, that person said that the only way I can get help is to go online and do a chat session.  Finally, an hour later, I started a chat session.  The person that I was chatting with had to transfer me to another chat person. After a computer crash I lost my installation of Acrobat X (PC installation).  Adobe registered my original purchase and I have retrieved my serial number. After downloading and reinstalling Acrobat X on the same PC, the programme will not accept the serial number, so I am running as a trial version. I suspect the problem arises because I was not able to deactivate the previous installation. No telephone support from Adobe for Acrobat X (v. disappointing) so can anyone help - thanks?

Good Moorning,I want to change my reports to a dynamic form in Acrobat, but I have no doubt of the following functions: - I have pictures in my report. I can put fields to be clicked and added photos? If so, I can limit size? - I have fields that can have one line or more than 50 lines, the text field can adjust the size in your impression? Or I have to have a form thinking of the greater length (50 lines). - I have fields that are to accretion of new fault items. There is the possibility of adding new fields of blocks to be filled or need to limit this number of fields.Rgs,Douglas
