I am trying to get info on which Adobe product to buy, have been on hold for almost 2 hours, don't know what to do.This is the 3d time this website has made me type in my question.I can't unselect In A Community but the Adobe search facility tells me Canada has no community.I think Adobe is wrong, but that's another issue altogether.My question is very simple.  I can now do anything Adobe lets me do free of charge on my Windows 8.1 computer.I will not repeat not ever upgrade to Windows 10.I need to highlight & make corrections in an Adobe doc using Adobe tracked comments/corrections.Can I do this free of charge?  If not, what do I need to buy and what does it cost how to I learn how to use it?Thank you, whoever you are.

Acrobat pro 9 suddenly won't print pdf except for print image.  Started within last 45 days after Adobe update.  Have installed updated drivers for Canon and restarted, but no change.

Does the Adobe product allow me to print a large 11x22 pdf document into 4 smaller 8.5x11 size documents on my printer?thanks,Scott.

I have a large collection of PDF reference materials loaded locally to a business continuity PC to use during a downtime.  Not all users are sophisticated enough to navigate advanced search capabilities in order to find their documents.  Double clicking on a .pdx file opens advanced search and queues things up nicely.  I would like to take the next step and also present a start page along with the advanced search window which explains a bit about using the advanced search capabilities.  Looking for something like this that works:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe" /A "search=startpage" "C:\Users\Downtime\ProductPDFs.pdx"The idea being to whip the user right into advanced search and queue up a help page.  Of course I can create a separate icon to open the help page by itself, but I was asked to provide a single icon given that use of this tool will always occur in very stressful situations.  I am by no means an expert, perhaps othe

Problem ist allerdings, dass sich nach den Verknüpfungen die Seitengrößen unterschiedlich verändern. Die erste Seite hat immer die Größe der Einstellung (im Einstellung-Pop-Menü-Fenster) und der Rest wird je nach auswählen, kleiner...z.B.: Einstellung der PDF auf 85% -> Ergebnis:Seite 1= 85%, Verknüpfung auswählen > weitergeleitet auf Seite 2= Seite 2= 80%, Verknüpfung auswählen > weitergeleitet auf Seite 8= Seite 8= 71%)                                                                          &

Hej..I have a editing PDF that i want to go non editing on a tablet. when i editing on the tablet an i am finish an´t would to share The pdf on a tablet android..the share person can open the pdf an´t editing the pdf  it´s not working when you lock the PDF, an´t if you wonted too open the pdf on the tablet you can NOT editing the pdf on the tablet..? I need to combine signed documents and am getting an error that says I will lose my signatures if I continue.  It also says to go to settings and choose PDF portfolio option.  However I do not see "settings" anywhere in my interface.  Any suggestions?

For some reason the "Prepare a Form" function will not allow me to select and edit object properties anymore.  I have been creating and editing form objects, but now Adobe Acrobat Pro DC has "locked out" my ability to edit form objects - regardless of the form that is opened.  Not sure what I did, but want to get "Prepare a Form" functioning properly again.         

Hi.  I know this question has already been asked.  But I have tried the solutions provided and they haven't worked for me.I am working with Adobe Creative Suite 4, Design Standard, for Mac OS.  My OS is 10.6.8.  The specific program is Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro, version 9.0.0.I edited my document with redaction tools.  When I tried to save it, it says: "The document could not be saved. The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder."  I have tried saving with a different name and different folder and it still doesn't save.I also get a Mac error message that says: "The document could not be saved. There was a Macintosh system error (-51)."  Now that I've tried saving so many times, I only get this Mac error, and not the Adobe error.For some users, the problem was solved by turning off "protected mode," but this feature was introduced with Acrobat X.Thank you.

Got a new Dell laptop, running Windows 10, and needed to install Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. Getting Error 16 message and have uninstalled and reinstalled three times. With startup of computer in between each install. Still getting error 16 message. Have tried install from disc I had and also did download of XI from adobe.com. Neither method works. I also tried the AcrobatUpd11016 update. That did nothing. Really trying to find a fix for this. Any suggestions?

I already have an annual subscription for Adobe Export and Adobe Track, but it is not working on my new computer (Windows 10). Please help.

We are using Adobe Acrobat 11 for small surveys now and then. It's been working alright most of the times, however on a select few users/computers we have experienced some issues now. The problem surfaces when these users wnats to export the answers into a csv file. Acrobat then ignores our system region settings regarding the list delimiter. All PCs are running x64 Windows 10 Professional. We are based in Switzerland, running our systems on German(Switzerland) region settings, which means the delimiter should be semicolon. Acrobat ignores this, exporting the survey answers comma separated.This creates problems when the users want to open the csv in Excel, and convert it to an Excel sheet. The funny (or not so fun) part though is, this only happens on about a third of our users, or more accurate, on their PCs. I have signed on with different users on these machines, and the issue remains.On the same time, if I sign on to a different PC with the same user, one that indeed exports correc

Is there any way to keep the 3D preferences settings same when mailed to someone.......so that the other person doesn't have to change those setting on his/her machine to view the file?

I've just gotten the Redemption Code for Acrobat Pro DC, followed the links to enter the code and downloaded the installer - but Norton doesn't want me to install it because it's too new (less than 5 people have downloaded it) and its recommended action is to delete the download altogether. Is this a new patch, or something else going on? And what do I do to fix it?? (Note: very non-technical, so plain step-by-step instructions much appreciated...)

I cannot print PDF document in colour greyscale box is ticked and greyed out so I cannot change it. Advised to go to advanced settings but colour management is also greyed out on this. There is nothing wrong with printer

i just installed adobe acrobat 7.0 standard and everything seems to be fine except it doesn't have the typewriter option in the tool section like my previous installation. this is a very important feature to me how to get that to function?

I have an MS Word document with images and text. In the Word document, the image is sent to back, and assigned as behind text. However when converting using Acrobat 11, the text is hidden behind the image. As the text is the page number in the header, fixing this will require rearranging in every instance.Is there a way to get Acrobat to follow the Word layout correctly - or, failing that, to multiple/batch rearrange?Thanksbruce

I'm getting pissed off that several pages of documents are suddenly being deleted by adobe - right in the middle of the scan.  We are paying good money for this product only to have this baloney happen - wtf is going on?!
