I have a group of users who generate PDFs in a variety of ways and they move pages around from one to another to create specific reports. I have a particular file, let's call it Report A - created on 7-13-16 with Acrobat X Pro. It is a combination of JD Edwards created PDF, with pages from a few different files added into it. As PDF NOT Portfolio. The day it was last modified - 7-13-16 - all pages were visible and printable, no problem.As of today , 9-12-16 when I try to open Report A, my X Pro shows me 6 blanks pages zoomed in to 4811%. When I try to put it to 100% - it gets minuscule on the screen. When I try to save as a Word document, I get the error "Save As failed to process this document. No file was created."  Sometimes trying to open it other users have been prompted with "This file is corrupt". Hi All, We are working on a solution to merge files into one PDF.There are some alternative available to fulfill the requirement such as Merge PDF files in ABAP | SCN But unfortunately other solutions are not very good optimized solution , as per observation there is high utilization of Hardware resources.It seem Adobe Acrobat also provide feasibility to merge multiple pdf files. Does anyone have experience what would be command line needs to consider if solution triggered by SAP ECC ABAP end.Regards,Santosh

Hi,I attempted to reduce the file size of my pdf by using the advanced optimization menu this morning. When I did, I received a "cannot extract the embedded font..." error. Through some searching, I found that Acrobat has released a hot patch for this error. I updated my Acrobat DC, but I'm still having the error pop up.Note, I did check the font family in Font Book and received no errors. I need your help please.I have created a 'Email us'  button on my PDF.  When people click on this I want them to be redirected to their email with my email address already in the 'To' area.I am using the latest Acrobat DC Pro version (free trial) and there is no option to create an email link.  I do not want to write my full email address on the page as I want them to simply click the 'Email us' button. Hello. I am using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro (version 11.0.7) to build forms for a web site. One of the things I am trying to do is add a text field to the form that would allow for text to be a certain font size forced, but to be "narrow" instead of the full width. I am able to do this when adding text via content editing as seen below:The above example is size 66 Helvetica text with 50% horizontal scaling.When I try to do the same for a text input field I am unable to find an option to do this. I've looked through all of the available options in the properties popup menu for the text field, but I cannot find any option for horizontal scaling of the font. Is this possible to do in Adobe Acrobat? Using the above method of adding text by content editing isn't a feasible option due to the values needing to be flexible to changes based on the user.Thanks in advance for any help!

I just used a digital signature on a reputable website and it seems to have made changes in the appearance of my documents.  Is there a setting to go back to the way my documents appeared when adobe was first installed?  The reports I use for work have a different font now when they pull up and the copies I used for research have a more scanned in look to them.

Is there a way to print specific tiles (NOT specific pages) when using the poster option?I am working on a large display map that will consist of 3 individual panels, 76" long and 36" wide (our plotter size).  I would like to print just the top portion of each tile for testing, to see how the borders, etc align.I would prefer not to print the entire length of each tile for this purpose. However, when set to "Poster", while the scaling note indicates it knows there are 3 pages (i.e. tiles), the print selections only see the entire document (see image below).  Any suggestions would be appreciated!klf

In need of changing a text box color in several large PDFs. I bought the Adobe product to convert a PDF to Word. When I go into open the PDF file on the right hand side it gives me an option to convert. I click on that button and it takes me to the screen where I should buy the software. I've already bought the software I have an account and so now I'm waiting for it to work. It's been about 20 minutes and I go back out to the document click on convert it still takes me to the page to buy the software. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

We have created a document and added comments within Adobe Acrobat Standard DC and submitted those to a client, who has added some additional comments by copying the original comments made by us.Doing so the author is not changed to the person who copied the comment, but actually the original author is kept.Is this behaviour expected like this?
