I purchased the Adobe PDF Package so I could save PDF files as JPEG files. However, I don't see that option under the ExportPDF tab. How can I do this?

I'm trying to convert a Word file to PDF. I select the file and click convert. A screen appears to buy a plan. I already have a paid, confirmed Adobe PDF Pack plan. The conversion function wont work.

Hello,I sent a document to 198 recipients through the Send and track service (under the 200 limit from my understanding). Some recipients received their personalized link to view and download it, but others have not. Is there a typical delay after which I should start worrying (it has been 45 minutes now) and is there a way, aside from the "view date" confirmation, to know to which recipients I should resend the document?Thank you in advance for your help,Daniel

Hi - I've subscribed to the Adobe PDF pack service and found that I cannot combine more than 12 files at one time. I saw the alternative on the community forum to combine 12 files and do it multiple times. This is a lot of extra work despite paying for the service. What are the other alternatives? Also, which other plan would allow combining multiple files at once? Does Adobe Pro DC have that feature?

Yesterday I could not use Adobe Send the way I always have before.  I usually scan in my file, bring up the saved PDF, click "Tools" then "Send Files", add the recipient's email, then click on "Create File".  Once my file uploaded to the Cloud, a pop-up would let me write a message then I clicked to send.  The pop-up would change and I clicked "Close" and I was done.  Yesterday the pop-up was different, showing an Adobe page as though I had never uploaded to the Cloud at all.  I ended up uploading again using the information showing on that pop-up.  It worked but my client had some trouble opening the file.  Is this temporary?  I hope so.

Hello,I try to convert (export to word)  a 15 pages PDF fileMy goal is to copy and past the converted document into an another word document.However, each page of this document has a the same header (Company name, address and logo) and this header is not converted when I launch the export process.Do you have any clue this fix this issue?Many Thanks for your helpBest RegardsJacques

Is there any Subscription Adobe Software that will allow any non-Scanned PDF Pages to be optimized as well? (The Version that I have- Acrobat X Pro does not have that feature included).

I have an Acrobat pdf pack subscription. I would like to edit my pdf, but it seems that I have to buy the "edit" tool. Is the "edit" tool included in the Adobe pdf pack? If so, how can I access it? Thank you.

not able to convert pdf to word

I want to stop my monthly payments and to cancel my subscrption . How to do ? I think it's a shame that Adobe leaves the solution to a Forum instead of answering directly.

When I export my pdf to word I get a document full of nothing but OOOOs.  Any idea how to fix this?

I have about 4 users who use send and track but in the last few months none of the files are reachableIf I inspect the page it shows a 404 on the file.I did have one user log into the website and I noticed that the broken documents don't have weblinks on this page.I've had my users try uploading from different computers and using the web to upload but it hasn't made a difference.

I have a PDF that i need to combine with other documents. The pdf will open in acrobat reader when I open it directly from outlook, but when I save it to try to edit it on my mac, or when I try to upload it to the document cloud to combine it I just get the text "Please wait... if this message is not replaced by the proper content..." I know I have the up to date version of reader but it still wont upload to the cloud properly. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I made a mistake and cleared the recent files in adobe. I did not know that the files on my cloud would get deleted when I cleared the recent files. Is there any way that I can recover these deleted files?

Sending files and the box pops up saying they have sent. Then when I go back in, and go to sent files, it says FAILED in front of the subject line. Help please!

I have two concerns. First i purchased Adobe PDF back on Sept 8 but never used the service. I tried to create a PDF and export one only to see a subscribe now page. Without realizing that i had already paid for the service previously, i went ahead and paid for it again today using iTunes. So, after payment was confirmed I tried to create and export again, only to have the subscribe now page appear again. My question is what is the problem with me paying and not getting what i paid for? Second, cu you please go ahead and reimburse me the $9.99 i paid for the service since i already have it?
