I just purchased Export PDF tool, how do I access it?

Can I cancel a monthly subscription on the play store of Adobe PDF Services?

Every time I try to convert a file from pdf to Word I get this message "error occurred while trying to access the service."  Can anyone help??

I am an existing member and haven't been able to convert from Adobe to Word in over a month.  The documents I needed to convert were short, so I didn't worry about it.  Now I have a more lengthy document I need to convert.  I have tried several files.  Files that I was able to convert previously will not convert now.  Please help.

Hello I recently started receiving a "conversion failure" message when attempting to convert a pdf to an excel spreadsheet. This first started occuring after attempting to convert a rather large file. I have tried converting using both Adobe Reader and the online version. Please Help!

When exporting form adobe acrobat DC to word I get a "Conversion failure" during the upload phase of the process.This works in document cloud, just not online with adobe acrobat.All current updates are installed.

When I open a .pdf file in Adobe DC it only lists: comment, fill & sign, and more tools on the right side now.  My export link has disappeared.  I checked and my subscription is still up to date so where did my link go?  I need to edit a pdf.--Liz

I use Image Capture to scan lots of individual expenses invoices as pdfs (B&W, 200dpi), some files end up huge even at this point. I combine these all with a word document covering letter and time sheet and expenses summary excel documents, that I have converted to pdfs, in to one big document which is always huge! How do I compress this combined file to send the final invoices to clients?? Any advice on this, or even how to reduce size of individual pdfs - gratefully received. Thank you!

HiI recently purchased the conversion tool to convert pdf to Microsoft doc. My first attempt failed as all it produced was the tile of the document and a series of lines with no text. The conversion process appeared fairly straightforward and I don't think I did anything wrong. Are there certain pdf files that can't be converted?Bob
