I paid .... TWICE.... for Adobe Export and it STILL WON'T WORK!It worked for a few months then stopped.  I paid again, not willing to go through the HUGE HASSLE it is to solve ADOBE related problems. It STILL WONT WORK!I waited staring at the chat screen, having written out the description, the date of purchase, etc.  in the chat box.  I waited 15 min.  Left the screen for 3 min. and found a message saying since I wasn't there they would close the chat.... including losing my screen with the problem description.   This is just a badly designed chat software.It gets worse.  They asked me in advance to take a survey.  I thought they'd want feedback on their services but NO.  They just want to know what they can sell me.But wait, there's more!  My problem today is with Adobe Export.  I was clear about that.  Their incompetent robots sent me to "cloud storage".   GEEZ folks.If ADOBE ever did pay attention to userx, it co

Hello,The website has been redesigned, and now I can't figure out how to convert a PDF document to word. I looked in the FAQs, but it says to click an option in a right-hand column menu that isn't there. I checked my account, and still have time left on my one-year subscription, but I'm only finding options to buy it again. Can someone help me with this?

I normally do not have any issues exporting (English) files from adobe reader. However, I have this file in Turkish and whenever I try exporting it to word, some characters are replaced by weird symbols. I think I know the problem but don't know how to fix it; before I export the document, adobe asks me what language its in ("Document Language (for Text Recognition)). It gives me a number of languages so I can select, but Turkish is not there....is it possible to somehow add Turkish over there? Or is there some other solution? (Note: I did install Turkish to word.The strange thing is that there are some pages in the exported pdf with no problems. But most pages have the issues I mentioned.)

I currently have the Adobe free app with 2 GB of cloud storage but have used all that up.  I am really only interested in getting more storage. Will an upgrade to the Adobe PDF pack for $5.83/month give me more storage? And if so, how much more?

When I try to convert a file to word, it tells me there was an error, also it wants some V3 adobe password, that I am unsure of, I am showing logged in and my account is active so I am confused, please advise

I received a form to sign and opened Fill & Sign (iOS 11.2.1). The form appears but the fields are empty. The content appears normally when I open the forms on my computer. There hasn't been an update for the app in a while.

My export/conversion from within reader automatically sends me to "pricing options" online, despite me being logged in and owning the export pdf. It does work in the browser, but this is significantly less convenient.

I cannot seem to use the online converter to convert a .pdf to .xlsx.  In reader, it says "An error occurred while signing in."  When I try to use the online app, it only converts pg1 of 227.  Help![Moved from the non-technical Lounge to the Cloud PDF forum... Hi I subscribed to and downloaded adobe export pdf to my computer as an annual licence subscription :-Unfortunately my computer was damaged by lightning strike and I have been trying to contact Adobe to find how to download this programme again.Their help pages only seem to allow me to access a forum and not direct chat !   can anyone help me with this please ?

When I converted my first document,  Russian was given as an option. Now that I need to convert a second document, The Russian language option disappeared from the menu.  How can I get it back in the list?

I recently subscribed to the Adobe PDF Pack because I needed to convert PDFs to picture files like JPEGs.  However, though I can convert to Word files, the option to convert to picture files is simply not there.  When I bought the pack, I made sure that functionality was included (it is checked off in the screenshot), so I'd like to know how I can do this.  Thank you.

Hello,I just started paying for and using Adobe Export a few weeks ago, and at first it worked perfectly. But now, I keep trying to convert PDF's that are already text into Word documents and the converter won't do it. Every time I scan one document it turns the pages black, and the other document has some pages turn out as images instead of text while the other pages are fine. I tried both Chrome and Safari and neither browse works properly. What is the issue here?Thank you,Kara
