Adobe Acrobat Online

After converting a file to word the cloud page will not load- it just spins and spins and spins. How do I get the option back to simply store on my computer? OR why will the page not load?I just REALLY need to view my converted files and I can not- this is so frustrating!

I have Export pdf.  It does indeed allow me to upload a pdf, convert to .docx, and download. However, my document has many graphics, which are messed up in the conversion.  I want them to be treated as objects rather than converted by OCR.  I also want to make sure that the .docx document has the same pagination as my pdf.  Where are the controls for such things? If there are none, I'll have to cancel out and go a different route.

Trying to open docs but message pops up an says can't raise without handler

We would like to have a hard copy resource in office for our Document Cloud information.  There's multiple files within files so I would like to transfer a large amount of information as once.  Is there a quick way to do this?  Please HELP!!

In September 2019 I subscribed to Adobeexportpdf and downloaded to me computer.  My computer was stolen from my home in March 2017 and I have purchased another one. How do I delete it from my old computer so I can download to my new computer? When I pay my subscription in September I want to have access on my new computer not my old one. Help please.

How do I download existing ExportPDF app that I have purchased onto new Toshiba laptop?

I am attempting to do that for a document in Bulgarian (that uses Cyrillic alphabet), but when it converts to word all I see is messed up symbols. Is there a way I can fix this? Please help me. Or if not, let me know if I can have a refund as I wouldn't need an annual subscription for something that doesn't work in my language.

I just purchased ability to convert files to Word.  One PDF worked (1 page).  I am trying to convert another PDF to word and it is saying conversion failure.  I have tried using Send to Word and Adobe Document Cloud.  Any advice?

I have a subscription to Adobe PDF Pack.Because the programme kept freezing, I uninstalled it and now wish to reinstal it.!When I log in to my account even though I am subscribed to the product until April 2018, it does not give me an option of reinstalling it. It simply tries to get me to take out other contracts.I just want to re-instal it.Why can't Adobe make this simple?Please advise, or cancel my subscription and refund me.Thanks

I saved an Excel document in the computer and cannot find it. I have scanned the hard copy and tried to convert it to either Excel or Word. Both come out jumbled and unalterable. I am trying to restore the doc, preferably to Excel, so I can edit and add to it.

Why can't I convert a PDF with Adobe Export PDF?

I subscribed to the adobe pdf mo plan and Ive waited all day for it to load in my reader, refreshing caling support etc.. and the functions still say "ADD". COMBINE IS the function Ive needed all day and it doesn't work

Since Adobe has gone 100% subscription based, the cost of using Adobe Acrobat has become prohibitive to us as a small business. We now have to pay over $250 a year to make around 5 - 10 pdf files a month maximum. That means the cost of converting a single file to pdf is between $2.00- 4.00 a file. That is a lousy value proposition for a small business owner. Why can't you offer a package that enables us to use it at a realistic cost and limits the number of conversions? I now use an alternative software package that is a fraction of the cost of Adobe. From what I read online, Adobe seems to have alienated a substantial number of users by moving to a model that is exploitative and frankly, for SME businesses, unsustainable. But Adobe probably couldn't care less about their customers - only the corporate bottom line.

What is the problem, I am doing the same thing I have for the past couple of years and it keep telling that I must upgrade
