I am trying to convert a pdf file to word. when I hit the convert button the wheel spins for a short while and then i get the message that there was an error logging in.

the cloud will not let me export any files, it says failure. I have exported dozens before this

I bought this service to convert a file. I tried to convert the file twice. Both times it failed. How do i get my file converted?

How can I get a clear PDF scan that Export PDF can use to make a usable Word Doc?

I'm trying to buy Adobe Export PDF, but it shows that it is not exist in my country. Is that a logic? I signed up for Adobe Export PDF and rarely used it. Now I can't find it and don't know how to use it.  Has it been morphed into Document Cloud PDF?  Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have been trying to upload a file to Adobe Send & Track.  I am receiving and error message.  Error uploading files.  One or more files could not be uploaded.  Please try again.  It is also saying Windows does not have enough information to very this certificate *.files.acrobat.com.

After logging in to Adobe, I constantly receive the message that my "free trial has expired"" when I try to use it, even though I have a paid subscription. Usually, after logging in and out quite a few times, the website will allow me to access and use the Export PDF function. I am wasting a lot of time to do something that should be quick and easy. Can anyone tell me what the problem is with my account? Thanks!

File failed to convert using Adobe CreatePDF online. What do I do?

I want to convert a PDF to Word. When I click on the convert button it ask me to sign in. Then it wont let me enter anything in the boxes on the sign in form.  I can enter into Membership services with My e.mail and Password.any ideas

I have an Online Export subscription and have used it to convert PDFs containing tabular data into excel previously with great success.  I am now finding that the formatting is lost and that where the tables were once differentiated between and shown in separate cells in excel they now appear in strings of data in one cell.  What would be causing this?  The version of acrobat which produced these reports hasn't been changed and neither has my version of excel either.

I signed up to adobe pdf pack, with a monthly fee. Unfortunately, I did it quickly and the email address I gave was incorrect, but I don't know exactly how. This means I can't log on to the account to cancel it. I spoke with someone who was very helpful and the issue is resolved.

PDF services/cloud account won't open just has the loading screen

I am having the same problem.  With every pdf file I convert to Word, there are spelling, spacing, and font errors.  I have Adobe PDF pack.  Is there a solution to this problem.  I spend a long time trying to correct all the errors in the converted document and sometimes, when there is "computer language" I am unable to correct the errors at all.Thanks.

I have tried the cloud based version of Abobe convert and it NEVER works everytime I try to convert a PDF to Word it always give me nonsense characters in Word that is entirely unusable.  Should I just go buy the desktop version and forget all the this cloud based stuff?

Recently had a complete crash.  Had bought Adobe PDF File Convert.  Can't seem to download to my new hard drive.

HI, I Was at work doing work stuff and was accidentally signed into my personal account.  Now, my work related info is in my personal account and should be in my work account (send and track) and if it is subpoenaed then they will now have all my personal info.  If I could just move what I did from work on my personal to my work I would be all set.  ADobe has not way to contact them for help I keep getting put here for help. 

How many users do i have with this account?

Every time I try to convert a PDF to a word document it says it is forbidden regardless of what the document is? Why am I paying to be able to convert documents if it is now forbidden?

As stated in the title, the conversion has too many errors in it to be useful for me. I would like a refund
