I understand why They make it SO hard to cancel. They don't want any one to be able to cancel so they can just get more and more and more and More of your money.

I lost data when converting a PDF file to Excel.  The lost data includes addresses. How do I get all the data to convert?

Why will the search feature in a PDF not work when I use a particular type of font?

When exporting PDF to excel the result comes out in text, not numbers?

I work for a library and am looking to purchase Adobe Export PDF for our public PCs (no staff PCs). Am I able to:1. Make them auto login. We obviously can't be giving out the login information.2. Save no data. When a user finishes, the PC already reboots and wipes all local changes/data. Can I set the Export PDF to save nothing, not even in the cloud?Thanks!

I'm trying to convert a pdf file (arabic language) size 28,000KB to word format but keep getting an error message(Error -An error has occured which stopped the conversion process.. I've converted other files but this one fails)can you please help? I also tried the cloud services but keep getting the same error. Thank you, SB

Is document cloud down for past 24 hours? Because I am trying to access my documents on cloud and also trying to save pdfs on cloud and it is saying this service is temporarily not working... how can I trust document cloud if I cannot access my important documents for one whole day!

I have a 65 page PDF document that I need to get the headings, descriptions and prices into a database... so I am exporting to a Excel workbook or TXT file... but doing either introduces spaces into the entire document - almost between every letter !! This is a nightmare to remove.I believe its something to do with the variable space font used by the doc creator in Indesign... I don't have that document.Any ideas on what I need to do to export the text in a format I can read ?Possibly replace all text with a different font ?? I think i'm going to try that right now...

Hi,I purchased the Adobe acrobat Pro for my windows PC and MAC pc - When i convert a PDF document to Word or Excel on my windows pc - It works great However when I try converting on my MAC it takes me to a blank web page and nothing happens.What am I doing wrong????

I need my PDFs to automatically close when someone tries to open past an expiry date. I set this up in Javascript and it works fine when trying to open with Adobe Reader or another Adobe product, but when opened in Google Chrome with the Adobe PDF plugin, the document remains open (since Chrome no longer supports Javascript) . Is there a way to prevent opening such a document in Chrome? I don't mean to disable the plugin on a certain computer, I need a general solution deployed in the PDF document.

I lost my annotations on two pdf files stored on the cloud. ¿Why my annotations got erased? ¿How do I get them back?The files were for studying so I need to make sure that that never happens again.I was using two android devices to make annotations.

I would like to purchase Adobe ExportPDF to use within Adobe Reader DC at my business however I'm unsure if one account would cover all of my users. How many users are covered for one account when you purchase it? Is it anyone that is signed into the account that is allowed to use the service from Adobe Reader DC?Thanks

good morning.  Right side of conversion from PDF to PPT says not connected to intranet.  I am connected fine & no issues.

I have always been able to convert pdfs to jpgs but now i can't! I have paid for a subscription, checking that it included converting/saving as an image but still i can't do it. Please help!   

In January of 2016 I tried my HARDEST to cancel my account and was left with he impression it was cancelled. They mentioned that I would have a month free. I figured this was an attempt to entice me into RESUBSCRIBING BUT I was way wrong apparently. First of all, you have to figure out how in the world to start the cancellation process (Good Luck), then you have to chat with someone who REFUSES to say "okay we will cancel your account, thank you." NOW I am just now realizing I have been charged $42.75 (total) SINCE I "cancelled" my account. I am LIVID and currently in a stupid chat where, not only are they refusing a refund but want to CHARGE me a cancellation fee. They "politely" suggested I continue paying for a service I have not used since late December for the next THREE months. Adobe you guys are NUTS. I hope no one else has this issue. Hello, I am using OCR in a couple of documents which have tables I want to export to an excel document. The issue is that the letters after using OCR, are hardly legible. Hence, the text is not well detected and I can´t reply it on the excel document.Thank you very much.Kind regards,Hugo Hernández

If I load a pre-filled PDF to send to someone to sign it doesn't seem to retain the form fillable feature?  So, in other words do I have to totally go over the document and re-do each field once I've loaded the PDF to send? (Very time consuming).
