Adobe Acrobat Online

We're using Document Cloud via SharePoint to authorise PDF invoices across our teams. We're finding that sometimes after digitally signing a PDF document, the original PDF under the signature gets corrupt. We've had:- original text, with mirrored text overlaid- all text removed, just the signature remaining- all text removed, signature remaining, gobbledegook text overlaid on page It happens with two users and several PCs. Always via SharePoint online. Document Cloud is a plugin for O365, so any requests for support from Adobe are met with "you don't have an Adobe paid account" - I know, this software is free to use. Anyone had this issue, and managed to solve it? Cheers all. (Identifying data in screenshot blanked out - not a bug)

I’m trying to convert some PDFs to Word format using Acrobat Pro DC 2015 (Build 15.7.20033.133275) on macOS 10.13.6, and all too often it simply refuses to do it. Most of the time it will claim that it can’t save the file because it’s in use, even though it can’t be in use because it doesn’t exist yet. Other times it will give that error and save a file, but you can't actually open that file unless you have some Text Recovery application which Microsoft provides no link for. Doesn’t matter what I name the file, it just usually refuses to create one. Sometimes, without warning it will actually do it, but there’s no pattern or common theme to those occurrences. What’s the problem, and how can it be resolved? I can’t upgrade to a newer version, and this one used to work just fine, but now it doesn’t, so there must be some bugs that haven’t been disclosed or fixed. If so, then Adobe needs to issue a patch for those bugs.

This has only been happening since the interface update. I open a PDF in Acrobat and attempt to convert it, but clicking the convert button doesn't do anything, almost like the button itself is inactive. It doesn't convert, it doesn't start the upload process, it just clicks and then nothing happens. Any ideas?

Hello, I'm having trouble w/ Adobe Pro's browser version. My department wont allow me to download the adobe pro app, so I'm stuck using the browser version.  Adobe is only showing the 'draw freehand' tool, and not any of the other tools such as text callout. There's no pulldown mean with other options.. Really weird! Any info would be very helpful ty!       

Cannot get documents sent for signature.  I keep receiving a message saying there is a problem and I can sit around and wait on the problem to resolve itself or reach out to Adobe for help.  Here I am.  I need help.

Have been trying to upload to the cloud for an agreement to sign since 9am and system status says there were problems but there isn't now.1 document went through but it's working now.

I have tried several ways to get rid of this. I have uninstalled the add-in within a week it is back. I have tried disabling it and it also re enables itself. I tried turning off automatic updates on both Adobe and Outlook then removing but it comes back. Tried leaving updates off and disabling but it still re-enables it self. Uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe and Outlook. Then disabled and you guessed it, it was back on within the week. I contacted support and they made changes but now two weeks later.....its back. Anyone have any idea how to get rid of this malware add-in?

When the Acrobat extension is enabled (tested in chrome and edge), whenever someone clicks a link that points to a specific page in a pdf document, the page does not open to the page intended, but instead opens to the first page in the pdf.  The only way around this is to disable the extension in the browser.  Adobe needs to fix this... I'm having an issue in that when I try to combine PDFs i get a message that is saying page cant be extracted or something like that. I'm not extracting.. i'm combining.

I'm on the browser.  I've tried chrome and edge. I've tried jpg and PNG. Drag and drop won't work nor will manualy pointing it to the folder.please help.

Ich probiers auch nochmal in diesem Forum mit meinem Problem.. vielleicht kann mir ja irgendjemand helfen 🙂 Ich habe ein interaktives PDF exportiert, welches als Formular intern verwendet werden soll.Das Problem hierbei ist, das es auf den internen Server gespeichert wird und wenn ich es bearbeite und neu im selben Ordner mit neuem Namen abspeichern möchte liegt nach Acrobat ein Schreibschutz vor.Im InDesign wird mir die Verschlüsselungsstufe (unter Sicherheit) als Hoc (128 Bit AES) angezeigt und es ist mit meinem Acrobat auch kompativel. Die anderen beiden Felder unter Sicherheit wähle ich gar nicht an.Wieso kann die Datei nicht überschrieben werden, bzw. im selben Ordner als andersnamige Datei abgelegt? Das ist aber ein grosses Problem, weil das soll firmenintern als formular genutzt werden. Wie krieg ich den hintergründigen Schreibschutz weg?Hatte jemand schonmal dieses Problem? Liegt es an den Laufwerken oder ist das ein Problem was bei InDesign/ Acrobat liegt? Da

 I use Acrobat Pro (64 bit) to create PDF files out of Tiff images. I then have to combine these PDFs into one PDF file. This work fine with small amout of PDF files but when I try the same command (combine files) on larger amount of files it comnines them into a binder but doesn't let me save the binder to my computer. I tried to reduce size of file, but also can't because if you don't save the file (and again- it doesn't let me), you're unable to reduce size. How do I work around this probelm??

How do I deleted unwanted and redundant Adobe files and documents?

Buenos días, le saluda Esther.  Le escribo para informarle que no puedo Combinar varios archivos en un solo PDF, cuando le doy click me sale "No se puede procesar la solicitud" y eso me preocupa ya que suele usar solo la aplicación Acrobat, no tuve ningún problema con el servicio hasta casi 2 semanas atrás. Me gusta la aplicación por que me sirve mucho. Incluso no puedo entrar a otras apicaciones y eso me apena mucho por que es de gran ayuda para mis estudios. Hace un momento un asesor me estuvo explicando que, como tengo el servicio gratuito me comunicara con ustedes lo antes posible. Espero me puedan ayudar y dar una respuesta lo antes posible por favor, gracias. 

I have been displaying PDFs on my webpage creations through Adobe Express for ages now, using the photo option. However for the past few days (and more than one PDF) I have been getting the error message 'unsupported file type' Has anyone had this issue and found a resolution? Thank youRosie

Hello,One of our users in our company has the Creative Cloud version of Adobe Acrobat and is licensed to be able to convert files from pdf to other formats. Up until recently the Convert feature worked fine however now when he attempts to convert from pdf to either Word or Excel, the button turns grey from blue. Has anything changed with the licensing? He gets a message stating his license does not allow him to use that feature. Arvind
