Da
I use Acrobat Pro (64 bit) to create PDF files out of Tiff images. I then have to combine these PDFs into one PDF file. This work fine with small amout of PDF files but when I try the same command (combine files) on larger amount of files it comnines them into a binder but doesn't let me save the binder to my computer. I tried to reduce size of file, but also can't because if you don't save the file (and again- it doesn't let me), you're unable to reduce size. How do I work around this probelm??
How do I deleted unwanted and redundant Adobe files and documents?
I have been displaying PDFs on my webpage creations through Adobe Express for ages now, using the photo option. However for the past few days (and more than one PDF) I have been getting the error message 'unsupported file type' Has anyone had this issue and found a resolution? Thank youRosie
I have just downloaded the paid PDF service to open PDF's, but i cannot find any option to edit my file
no access to the cloud service no matter from website or app
Hello,One of our users in our company has the Creative Cloud version of Adobe Acrobat and is licensed to be able to convert files from pdf to other formats. Up until recently the Convert feature worked fine however now when he attempts to convert from pdf to either Word or Excel, the button turns grey from blue. Has anything changed with the licensing? He gets a message stating his license does not allow him to use that feature. Arvind
After your update some hours ago, all my comments have been deleted. This is hours of work that just "disappeared" into thin air! I am demanding an instant fix to this issue and recovery of my data
We have run into issues opening some PDF files from SharePoint Online when using Chrome (see screenshot). We have the Adobe Document Cloud add in installed in our tenant. The PDFs in question can be opened in the browser without Adobe Document Cloud in Edge and by clicking Open > Open in browser while in the document library using Chrome. The PDFs in question can also be opened by Adobe Reader after downloading the PDF from the document library. Is this a known issue? Is there something we can do to the PDFs to fix the issue? Or is the only work around to open the PDF in the browser or download it and open in Adobe Reader?
Hi, I just signed a pdf and I pressed save or something and it saved to my cloud documents. It is showing up as an agreement (status: archived)I want to delete it but cannot find any way to do so. Some searches I have done led me to clicking on e sign settings on document cloud and they say to type in the email address into the Privacy section. However, when I do so it saysSorry, we could not process your request. Please reload the page and try again. and "your search did not find any results" everytime I recreated the situation by "fill and signing" a blank document and clicking on get shareable link but I do believe all I clicked was save the first time. Imaged attached.

How do I get a refund on a recently charged transaction. My cancelled my account service not needed.
I need itemized reciepts for my reoccuring Adobe Creative Cloud order - stating that I paid for your services. I need the reciepts for each month I have paid for your services (February 2023 through October 2023). Your chat option people are not helpful in the slightest and no one seems to understand that invoices and recipts showing payment are different things. The fact that this isn't already an option is a little ridiculous. My creative cloud order # for each month is AB02202600241EUS
Is there a shortcut command for highlighting text (as opposed to right-click, highlight)?
Hi, We use Adobe Acrobat in the Microsoft online suite. Using PDFs to view in TEAMs, and to edit in SharePoint among multiple users by adding "text comments" on the PDFs. The issue we are encountering is that some of the text comments become "invisible". The edits staff make to the PDF are still there, and are visible if you are just viewing the files in TEAMs, and if you print it they are there. It appears to be random when the error happens, and by opening and closing the file repeatedly until the text is visible again. We are using the Chrome or Edge browser, and the errors has happened on both. As well as multiple machines running Windows 10. Attached are images of invisible text comment boxes that are still there and "selectable", but you cannot see what the text is. The images have a dozen different text comments that are not visible.
When I attempt to open a .pdf attachment, which was created from an excel document, it opens for less than a second, then closes, and then pops up an email compose window. What steps does the creator of the .pdf attachment need to take to resolve this issue? For context, I'm just the frustrated recipient of the email that the .pdf is attached to. I want to be able to tell the creator of the .pdf what he/she needs to do so her/his .pdf attachment can be read. I receive the .pdf attachment every month so I'm constantly reminded about the problem. Any help from the community would be appreciated.
Hello, This afternoon I was advised I can use Adobe's free online tool that converts PDF files to Excel/XLSX fileshttps://www.adobe.com/acrobat/online/pdf-to-excel.html I created a free account, activated it, but receive error in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome when directed to https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ from login page"Something went wrongWe're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later." Per https://status.adobe.com/ there was some maintenance yesterday on Document Cloud and PDF services, but it shows green and no issues today. Isn't this a free tool that doesn't require any licensing?I've tried in numerous browsers and had a colleague try, but experienced the same.
Irony being there is no easy way t9o contact customer support other than phone the USA. Every time I use try and use any functions in Adobe Acrobat Online I get a warning "Unable to Process Request" Please contact customer support for help. This is either using local files, or uploaded ones. The error actually happens on every function before I get a chance to try and use it. It happens when clicking on the links in the home page i.e. COMPREE PDF, COMBINE FILES, it seems agnostic of whatever action I take it just craps out.I have:- Logged Out and Logged Back in online.- Logged out and rebooted the computer. Reloggedin etc- Updated Creative Cloud- Use Chrome, Firefox & Safari (all on OSX)- Disabled my antivirus (Bitdefender). Thisa doesnt matter on the size of any PDF as its before I even get to choose a file?
A number of users (including myself) are having issues posting comments. The following message appears: "We were unable to post your comment, please try again." The commenting toolbar to the left on Adobe Document Cloud website is also missing. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have tried the following: 1.) Uploaded a number of different PDFs (from InDesign, from Word) 2.) Uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro (version 2023.006.20320)3.) Cleared cookies, cache and history4.) Used Google Chrome Incognito mode Nothing seems to be working.
I lost 4 HOURS of my work because of your update since you deleted ALL my comments on my presentation.I gave you a chance instead of going to slides or ppt and you failed so hard I won't ever EVER give you money for this or any acrobat related tool unless you restore them.
After converting to Word, I can't edit in Word. The entire page is one picture. I thought Adobe Export PDF was to convert to docx for editing. What am i missing?
The Send & Track plug-in for Outlook (2016) never really worked to begin with... the add-in would "un-check" itself daily. Whenever I wanted to use Send & Track in for an email attachment, I'd have to go to "File->Option->Add-ins->" and re-check it. At least it would work after manually activating it. With the recent Acrobat DC update, the Add-In is now called "Adobe Document Cloud for Microsoft Outlook - Acrobat" and is completely unusable. It still doesn't stay active as an add-in but now after re-checking it, it crashes Outlook, re-starts it, and either leaves the email in Drafts or deletes it entirely. The attachment, however, does get uploaded to the DC... so I guess "completely unusable" is an exaggeration, it just does not work at all as a plug-in for Outlook.Anybody at Adobe on this? Win 10 Pro, v 1803 build 17134.345MS Office for Business, v 1809 build 10827.20150up-to-date CC
I have bought an adobe export pdf subscription to work on my Mac but cannot find out how to get it started. When I try to convert a pdf file to word the screen sends to to a new subscription page but then tells me I am already a subscriber.Bill
Hello all,Does anyone know if there is a way to change the default "open" option for Acrobat PDF files in a SharePoint Online site? For example when a user clicks on a PDF file by default it will "Open in Adobe Document Cloud" - now this is just fine except sometimes a user wants to print but there isn't a print option - yes they can do a right click and choose the browser print option but shows extra info, etc.Another option is to simply choose the "Open in browser" option - which then gives a proper print option - yes an extra step but works just fine.Nothing urgent but just curious if someone has found a way to change that default open option in SharePoint Online. Thanks so much!
