Adobe Acrobat Online

Hi,  I was working on a PDF file, basically just adding notes and highlighting on the Document cloud web app through a web browser. However, the document became corrupted after refreshing the page. Is there any way to recover previous versions of PDF files in the DocumentCloud?Otherwise, can anyone suggest ways of synchronizing files between devices so the added coments are updated in all of them? Thanks!

We recently started using Adobe Document Cloud with SharePoint Online.  Regular PDF files open fine but if any user uploads a PDF Portfolio file they see the error/warning message below.  The users have Acrobat DC licenses and can login to Document Cloud, but the Portfolios still don't open. Can anyone confirm if Portfolio's are supported or not?  Thanks

I am unable to convert my pdf to a word document for editing.................please help

Recently, when I try to download a file from my Document Cloud online (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/) the file automatically ends up in my Windows Downloads folder. How can I set things so that instead, it prompts me to choose where to save the downloaded file, which is what it used to do?(Note: I'm not sure when or how the behavior I'm used to changed)  

Hi there,I am using Acrobat Pro to prepare a form and subsequently send for signature. I'm self employed and work on a number of projects but depending on the form I'm sending, I'd like to be able to send for a signature from the appropriate email account (4 accounts in use).Can you please advise how to send the document from a different email address and receive the signed document to that account as well? I don't want to use my personal email address for this.Many thanks,Grant

I recently purchased the combine tool, and it does not show up although my other tools do (like fill & sign)

I am using Adobe Cloud Reader (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/spodintegration/) with the SHarePoint Integration. When I add a comment, every other user can delete or modify th comment. So I lock the Comment by using the Adobe PDF Client App.  But after saving and closing the client App, in the CLoud reader the COmment can be deleted Is this a bug or is this by design?Beste reagards Peter

At final step in Turbotax, go to print, Adobe comes up, shows return and it looks good, go to the print tab and click to print and when I do this the document reduces in size? Why? When I print it it still is reduced in size. I look at all the settings and assure they look right, but cannot stop the file from being reduced. Been using TT for 15 years, never  had this problem? What is reducing the file size?

Hi there, I'm encountering an issue when I try to import PDFs to InDesign and Photoshop. I'm an architecture student and I regularly need to transfer PDF files of my drawings to Photoshop or InDesign for further editing and collating. When I attempt to import a self-made PDF into one of these programs I am hit with a request for a permissions password. Although I am the author of these PDFs and I have never set a permissions password for my PDF files, I still encounter this issue all the same. It doesn't seem to be a password specific to a particular file for access but rather a general password for all of my PDF files that prevents me from editing or using them in Photoshop or InDesign (and presumably other applications). I've seen this same issue described across several discussions online but have yet to find an answer. If anyone can offer some help or understanding of the issue I'd greatly apprecite it. Thanks in advance! Ethan

I am trying to combine two PDF files, but it says that they are not supported? I scanned them from my printer and can open them with Adobe Reader??? Not sure how I'm not able to combine two PDF files.

Ich drehe mich jetzt seit vielen Stunden im Kreis, weil ich eigentlich mein versehentlich erworbenes Abo kündigen möchte.Abwechselnd erhalte ich diese Meldung:You don't have permission to access "http://www.stage.adobe.com/de/legal/terms.html" on this server. Oder ich bekomme die Meldung: Danke, dass du bleiben möchtest. Dies. nachdem ich nach einer verzweifelten Möglichkeit suche, einer harten Bestrafung , die einer Kündigung folgen würde, zu entkommen.. Ich kann nur jedem den Rat geben, genau zu prüfen, bevor er/ sie sich auf eine Bestellung einlässt.

Hi,I want to ask if it is possible to set the opening of pdf files on SharePoint automatically without check out  

I want to cancel my subscription. I follwoed th normal steps (Manage your plan -> cancel your plan), but when I select Cancel your Plan I get this page: When I select continue, I am asked to verify my account with a code sent to my registered email, which I did. Then on the next page I am asked to change my password (!) which I did, then I selected again Continue and then the system takes me back to the abov page! It is an endless loop! I disconnected my Google account from the Adobe account as I am not sure if that is what they say is the issue (althoug it should not as they offered the sign in via Google in the first place)! Now what? I treid their chat but that tells me I do not have an accoutn with them. Can anyone help! It is ridicuous that they don't have a proper customer service contact. 

How to cancel my subscription on app Acrobat reader of 77 euros I didn't request a yers subscription i was checking if the app did what it should be doing.   Please help me out     Chris

Good Morning - We are in the middle of a migration to SharePoint Online. Some of the PDFs we are migrating are not functioning correctly. These PDFs contain buttons to do things like resetting the form, emailing the form, and printing the form. When users attempt to open these they are getting the following error...We added (not fully licensed) Adobe Acrobat for Sharepoint and One Drive installed to our o365 tenant. and the issue still persists. These PDF's seem to be XFA? I'm not sure on that but I cannot edit them with my full license of Adobe Acrobat on my local machine. Looking for any assistance on...- can these XFA pdfs be used in SharePoint Online? Or should they me changed or updated?- do we need a fully licensed version of an Adobe product in our tenant for this to work? - Or is this type of functionality not supported in SPOL?   any feedback is greatly appreciated! Hi I've just had a monthly cost going out of £26.06. I then went on to reduce my package to a £10/m one. & it said it would give me a £23 refund? How long will this take to come into my account? I haven't had an email about it or anything so I want to double check it will arrive.

El inconveniente que tengo es que necesito copiar el nombre del archivo que estoy visualizando con la extensión de acrobat Al nombre del archivo puedo copiarlo de la barra de direcciones (está en gris en la barra de direciones) pero la información del sitio no me deja visualizarlo directamente y debo perder tiempo en correrme en la barra de direcciones y es algo que hago muchas veces por día. La otra opción sería poder copiar el nombre del archivo pero no me lo permite. La consulta en sí, es si se puede sacar la información del sitio o si hay alguna forma de habilitar poder copia el nombre del archivo.
