I canceled my subscription but never got my refund..

I am about to buy Adobe Acrobat XI Standard Version for a small business (3-4 employees). Do I need to buy a special licence (e.g. some kind of "multiple user license") or does the standard license permit a small number (5<) of the users?

I have the free Adobe Reader XI and in my PDF forms, my clients have to double tap the tablet screen to sign. It becomes difficult for those that lift their fingers off during a signature. Is there a version or trick that would make the signature a more fluid/easy way to sign? Thank you!

How do I reduce the size of my PDF?

The program no longer sends the attached files.When I push the send button it downloads the files and freezes up. When I review "sent files" it doesn't show as being sent, but when I view recent files, I see the files.

I have 3iPads in the field and they are using Acrobat.com Mobile Link (it is turned on and they are signed in). How can I access or can I access the documents from my iMac?

Opened a new account for Export PDF, nothing works.  Using either Reader to export or direct opening in Chrome or IE, both generating errors.//cloud.acrobat.com/    is giving me 404 errors and a blank screenReader (11.0.09) allows me to login, select a PDF file, but pressing Convert button results in "An error occurred while trying to access the service.I don't know how I'm supposed to debug these situations.

Why does a file downloaded from Adobe Send default to requiring a download of Acrobat Reader?  We have the latest version of Acrobat already installed, and the downloaded doc does not auto open...Here's the message " For the best experience, open this PDF portfolio in  Acrobat X or Adobe Reader X, or later. "

I created a pdf form with fields to be completed on our website.  Once the form is completed how do I get the person to print the completed form out as it looks on the website.  Also is there an option to email the completed form as it appears on the website?

Before I purchase ExportPDF product I am hoping someone can answer this for me. Will ExportPDF work locally on a PC or does it require cloud access? The PC I would be using this from will not have internet access.
