I have purchased a subscription to the ExportPDF service through the Adobe web site. I have checked and the subscription is current with the latest payment taken from me on January 9th of this year. I cannot sign in to the ExportPDF function through my Adobe Reader XI Tools ribbon at the top right hand side of the screen. I get an error message which reads, "A network error occurred while attempting to sign in".What can I do?

I have created a form in LiveCycle then made it savable through Adobe Acrobat X.  Once they fill in information they save it.  They will then go back in, add information, and then try to save it again.  When they hit "Save As" (Save is grayed out) it gives them an error advising they need to either change the name or the location to save the form.  It will also change the default "Save As" name from the original name to a temp number.  If they then click "Save As" again, then click on the original file name it will then save the file.  Not renaming or changing the location.  We are using Acrobat Reader XI.  We have one computer still on Acrobat Reader X and they do not get the error and it saves the first time.Any ideas?

It seems like once connected to adobesend.com, every pdf file on my computer has been turned into a fake link that will not open unless I am on the Internet. So, if I save a Microsoft Word file as a pdf, it isn’t really there anymore. If I scan a document on an HP all-in-one, it is saved only as a link to adobesend.com. Something is really off. Am I the only one having this problem?
