Re  ADOBE Acrobat Xl PRODownloaded  ”Acrobat Xl PRO” on November 12th 2014 – AD00541429293. Cancelled the Subscribtion on November 15th/16th 2014, as I do not have the skills to use the product. ADOBE has withdrawn DKR 137,76 twice from my account in spite of the cancellation. Have tried three times to cancel in my “ADOBE-account”, but it seems to be impossible.On January 16th I called your Phone No. twice. Was put through to your “Cancellation Department and waited for 45 minutes, but the cennection was interrupted.I have asked for an answer – and still do so – to my e-mail adress: thorleif@post.tele.dk. TtHIS NEW PROGRAM ADOBE SEND DOES EVERYTHING BUT "SEND". AN IMPROVEMENT SHOULD BE DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.For days  i never been able to upload completely a small PDF and i`m getting an ERROR MESSAGE

When I tried to convert PDF to word doc to edit upload fails , when I log onto cloud can't find convert option.

I have a 25mb PDF to send by email.  How do I make this file smaller without leaving out the information or making it multiple PDFs?

Copy of support question to Adobe customer support.I use ExportPDF from adobe.nl, order nr. ARSY015762087US. It is due to auto-renew 26-feb-14. I turned that off & credit card is expired anyway.How do I switch from adobe.nl to adobe.au; emails, invoices etc.from Dutch to English;Netherlands address to Australian address and from € euros to $ AUD?Oh yes I updated except Utrecht is hardly a state in Australia etc..Why not make it easy for customers to update details / switch countries? No reply - No problem: my renewal will fail and subscription will cancel.

I have just purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Standard.  I received all the appropriate emails with serial numbers etc.  I go into my Adobe account so I can download the content and I cannot read the page as all the page content is in symbols.  I obviously don't know what they are saying nor which button it is to download the program.  I have a screen shot of my product's page if necessary.  I have tried going through Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.

Tengo un documento en PDF de 50 megas y lo quiero convertir a Word. Utilizo la función "exportar a word" y me da error. El mensaje es que primero tengo que "extraer" el archivo y después convertirlo a word. NO entiendo a lo que se refiere EXTRAER

I cannot download a document converted to word from a pdf. the error message says the internet site is not available. seems odd, given that I am looking at the converted document. Any idea whats wrong?
