How do I cancel the online acrobat pro?  Can't find anywhere to do it.  Bought it and forgot about it and bought the software.  Don't need both

I purchased export pdf.  When I exported the file all of the words have shadows behind them.  Can I edit or do I have to purchase another subscription for edit now?

Hi!How is it possible to highlight and comment in the PDF at my account (acrobat.com) from a PC/Mac? Do I need to subscribe Adobe Export PDF or Adobe Create PDF to make these tools possible in the online reader (acrobat.com)?It is functional to do highlights and comments from the Ipad and Iphone, but it´s not from the PC or Mac.

Just bought PDF pack to convert Powerpoint and Word docs mainly to pdf.My buisness font is cocon, but when I convert any of my powerpoint or word docs, the font is change to Arial or Times Roman or something similar. I've managed to sync a pdf from my Adobe Reader App on my Android tablet, with acrobat.com. I can open the pdf on Acrobat.com, but I cannot make comments, or notes. I can see the highlights and the 'note' symbol that I made on the Adobe Reader App, but I cannot actually open the note symbols to read the notes.No comment tool appears for me on acrobat.com.I use Google chrome and am on the 'free' acrobat.com plan.

trying to export pdf file to convert it to microsoft word and when i push convert it asks me to subscribe I already did today and paid for it!

I have spotted regular unauthorised card payments to this company which I have never authorised I don't use these products and to make things worse I have been charged twice!! Pleaaase stop taking payments! I don't even have these downloaded and pleaase stop taking so much money you have been charging me twice for something I don't use. I believe I asked the wrong question earlier. The PDF actually opens in a 'page width' mode if I open the file from the acrobat.com list. However, if I open from the 'Sent files' list followed by 'open link', the screen format is a box on the left for the document which fills the width of that box, and another box to the right of the document which contains the following info vertically: Sent by, Date sent, Type, Pages, Size, Download (button), and Report abuse.The latter format is the one seen by the emailed recipients of the 'Anonymous link' when the file is 'sent'.  Is it possible to arrange for the recipient to see the document without the box on the right [as in the 'sent file' format]?  This box is not a function of the Acrobat program but of the acrobat.com website which displays the same document from the 'acrobat.com' list without the offending info box.I appreciate your help very much. Thank you.
