I convert a PDF file that prints on letter size paper as a PDF file but not as a xls file.  The converted file requires legal size paper.  It's a government form and I'm not sure they will accept legal size.

I have a user who is using Acrobat XI Pro 11.0.09 and he can't add a watermark to a pdf he created. There seems to be way to add this. What does he need?

With a pdf document open, I select the option to export to ppt format.  Rather than proceeding with the conversion, I get prompted to "Sign Up" for the service.  I've already purchased the Exportpdf service.  When I go to the Adobe site to try and convert, Powerpoint is not an option on the site.  What gives?

if anyone  knows how to get a conversion of this type to work, please tell me.  Lots of times before I've converted similar files without problems.

You've been charging me every month.  The chat feature is a joke.  I want a phone number to call where I can speak to someone who speaks and understands English and can stop the charges on my account and cancel whatever you have listed as a product or service for me.  What phone number can I use?

I will try to print from word to the Adobe printer.  Sometimes it just freezes.  I cannot select another printer.  It’s like all my printers are gone.  Sometimes I get an “Unable to Connect” error and sometimes I get “1 document in printer queue”.  No matter what printer I choose after I try to go to Adobe, I cannot connect to a printer.  The only solution I have come up with is a clean reboot which I can't afford to do 4-5 times a day.Currently on Acrobat XI Pro 11.0.09

When using Export PDF to convert a PDF to word I am only getting the first page of a six page document. Any Ideas?

How do I delete an account with adobe?

I have been getting errors for about a week when trying to convert a PDF to a word document. In Acrobat I get the error "File failed to be converted using Adobe ExportPDF Online" and when online using ExportPDF I get a conversion failure.Please help.

Has anyone taken out the Adobe Export PDF program that converts PDF to word or excel and had the same experience of it failing in certain circumstances?
