On 9/27/14 I bought Adobe PDF Pack Annual.  Can not access it now. How to access it and does it serve the same purpose as Acrobat XI Pro?

Hi Adobe-Team,I subscribed for ExportPDF because I wanted to try to convert a Latex-created PDF to Word-file, but it doesn't work.When i subscribed it said within 30 days of cancelling, i will be refunded.I tried already many times but I only managed to cancel the subscribtion for the next year. It always asks for the serial-number and I cannot find any serial number.Please refund my subscribtion.Thank you.

hi! I've been using acrobat pro in order to benefit from the optimization feature which helps reduce the weight of the files in order to mail them. I was wondering if the pdf pack which has a much lower cost offers this feature. Thank you very much. Alfonso

hello,  I made a payment to download ExportPDF I used the product and it does not suit me at all and I do not intend to use it. Based on dobe's requirements, I can get a refund my entire purchase and that's what I want to do but I can not find my serial number. Does anybody know what's necessary in order to contact the costumer services? it's impossible to reach them !!!!!!!!! it's frustrating ! Could someone please help me? Thank you

If I click on the dialogue box that indicates the document is printing, it doesn't respond and I end up having to close it and never get the document printed to pdf.

I scanned pics on a printer and saved to a  flash drive. A friend passed away and I wanted to crop and make a memorial movie. I can open the file in PDF but it will not allow me to open in any other format. How can I change that?? I don't even mind cropping under paint and then saving it in that format
