J'ai installé Acrobat reader sur un ipad Ios version 7 et je ne peux accéder aux fichiers pdf qui sont sur mon ipad. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi . Je l'ai installé aussi sur un smartphone samsung galaxy S4 et ça marche dans ce cas. Pouvez-vous m'aider et me dire ce qui ne va pas

Hello I've just bought the PDF Pack yesterday; first of all really surprise to have online only, especially for confidential infos... Then i tried to sign a document, doesn't seem to allow you to upload your scanned signature; i tried once to "trace" it (not so easy with a trackpad), then, as not satisfied, attempted to retry, but Big Brother doesn't seem to allow me to trace it again... I'm not super happy... Just missed a dealine... Any clue on this?

I can't believe SEND can't store contacts emails like SendNow did. its frustrating enough to make me go back to the awful dropbox. ugh.

I have been trying for a month.  When I ask to view converted files, it takes me to the subscription page?  When I ask to cancel, it takes me in a loop back to the cancel request page?  Is this a scam?

My computer crash and I lost CS5. I downloaded it in 2012 from the Adobe website. I was attending an online school and believe that is where I had my serial # saved. Well, I no longer have access to that email account. Is there a verification process I can go through to get the serial #? I really don't want to pay for the program again if I don't have to. Please advise. Thanks!

How can I get my image thumbnails to show on folders saved on my PC instead of the icon adobe symbol?I have played with the Folder OPTION section and nothing works.  I used to see the thumbnail but now I only see the Adobe Icon and the saved titled I have.   I miss the thumbnail images that gave me preview of each file.

I was an Adobe SendNow Outlook user until early this morning, when I had to send an important document for a meeting this morning. SendNow for Outlook informed me that it  just retired, and so I was directed to this Adobe Send cloud version.   I was able to go in and send my document. And later I found the new Adobe Send Outlook plug-in.But in the meantime, my recipient has not yet retrieved the document (according to the status). I'm wondering how I can verify/see the email I sent through Send. I don't see anything in the Adobe Send Cloud interface that allows me to see either the recipient email address or the text of the email. This seems to be an important component missing. Or am I missing something?Keithp.s. Can someone from adobe, please email and tell me how I cancel this subscription never effective, it is not doing what I need it too therefore it is not necessary to keep it or pay for it at this point in timeThank you!

Before I downloaded the Adobe InDesign program yesterday I was able to print docs to Adobe pdf instead of printing on paper. Now it prints to Adobe InDesign. I need to change it back to Adobe Acrobat Pro 9. I'm using a PC Windows Vista. Can you help me with this?

it really worries me that they will only retain the files for a few more weeks - what will happen to them then? how do i save them all and convert them over?  HELP!

I am running Adobe Acrobat XI on a Windows 8.1 PC and I cannot view PDFs in IE11. The error message is simply "Cannot access the registry" with the header "Adobe Acrobat". I was on the latest update (11.0.09) and then uninstalled the program to roll back to the original version, but that made no difference.Since I am on Windows 8, I don't have the option to roll back to an older IE version. Since I am in Acrobat XI, I cannot tell Adobe to not open in IE. If I install Adobe Reader I can view PDF files in IE, but we need Acrobat only to be installed to work with some software we are running.Any thoughts as to how to fix this? I had this happen on another PC before and was able to restore to an earlier date when it was working, and the problem has not resurfaced. I tried that on this PC, but rolling back to the earliest date did not help.

Hi!Just changed to windows 8 and encountered the following problem. I have opened the drawing tools but the draw cloud, polygon & connected lines functions could not be selected after hovering the mouse over them.When I am previously on windows 7, these functions are working fine.Any advise will be appreciated.
