Adobe Acrobat Online

I have chatted with support 3 times and wasted about an hour simply trying to access a payment receipt. The support has been abysmal and this request should be able to be resolved quickly. I know how to access the invoices in my account, but I need access to RECEIPTS to submit them to the billing team at our company. Receipts show the payment date and the card used. Receipts for my account charges used to be emailed to me monthly, and they stopped - nothing in my spam folders from Adobe either. This is a very simple best practice for any online business to provide payment receipts to customers, and it seems absurd that this request cannot be fulfilled in a timely manner by a company as large as Adobe. 

I need a step by step instructions on how to convert a PDF file to Microsoft Word so I can edit it.

I am unable to convert a PDF file to .doc or .docx format, it shows conversion error.

I cannot seem to add attachments using the Adobe Document Cloud integration in SharePoint. Do I need an advanced license installed on my PC in order to use this functionality in the cloud? Or should the capability to add attachments be included in the core functions in Adobe Document Cloud. Thanks for any help you can provide. See screenshot provided. 

My company uses Kofax and they advised that the Page Extraction setting in the PDFs being scanned into the system (Kofax) is causing page orientation failures. The recommended fix was to change the Page Extraction setting to "Allowed". When viewing the PDF in Reader, the setting shows as "Not Allowed".When viewing the same PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, the setting shows as "Allowed". Why is this happening? How can I make it so that Reader shows "Allowed"?

How can I share documents from my laptop to my pc at home?

I have paid for the Adobe PDF Pack for a year and I can't down load the program. I am told to upgrade !

Why does Adobe Export say that I don't have access when I try to convert a document from PDF to Word when that is exactly what the product does?  I have an annual subscription that is current and fully paid.

On my PDF files, I'm able to highlight text, but cannot figure out how to change the color of the highlight.  I've got Adobe Reader, and also paid to upgrade - but honestly, I'm not sure which program I have.  This is the most confusing application I've ever used!

I need to make a document which contains multiple instances of the same form with different data along with some non form pdf files. I have the form layout perfectly but cannot seem to combine these forms without the data merging. I thought I had the solution with a portfolio but how can I create one merged document and keep the data intact? Thanks   

When I try to create a PDF file from any jpg file (or when I try to combine multiple jpg files into a pdf) I get an error message telling me that the file type is not supported. The Adobe version is the latest.

I have highlighted some text in a book on the Adobe Acrobat Online Web Version. Is it possible to export the highlighted text in a file? If not, which version of the Acrobat (Mobile or Desktop) can do this?

I scanned some files this morning through Acrobat DC and went to save them to my computer and the save button was gone.  The only button showing is the cloud button.  Where do I find those files and how do I save them to my local drive?

Buenas! Acabo de entrar a Adobe Acrobat Online, y cuando veía mis archivos compartidos, se me ocurrió dejar de compartir el vínculo o anular el uso compartido. El archivo por supuesto desapareció de la sección "Compartido por usted", pero ahora no lo encuentro por ningún lado... Y no recuerdo haberlo guardado localmente en algún dispositivo, ni lo encuentro en mis archivos personales dentro del mismo Adobe Acrobat Online ("Sus archivos"). No sé qué hacer, porque yo estoy 100% seguro de que no lo eliminé. Lo único que hice fue dejar de compartirlo, pero no lo encuentro...  Agradecería si alguien me puede ayudar, era un formulario que hice en Adobe versión escritorio.

Is it possible to sync reading position across devices with Document Cloud? I read PDF books stored in Document Cloud on my laptop using Acrobat Reader DC, and Acrobat Reader on my Android phone and tablet, and I would like the reading position to sync across all devices for PDFs stored in Document Cloud. If I open a document in my tablet, I would like to pick up where I left off on my laptop, much like how Kindle and Google Play books keep reading positions synced across devices. This does not happen with Acrobat Reader and Document Cloud. Am I missing something?

I have added Adobe Acrobat app for MS Teams to Teams. I can use the ellipsis beneath the comment line in private chats and public channels but most of my channels are private and I can't see any way at all to use it there. I also can't find anything about this restriction in any of the limited documentation on the app. How can I collaborate on PDFs using all my channels? Thanks!

I used reader DC. Both on the computer. I stored the document in the cloud, and when I try to read it in another computer, I couldn't find where it is.

Both phone number and email cannot be found.

When using any of the Adobe Document Cloud functions within sharepoint, after it open a new window and forwards through a few URLs, it the screen gets stuck at a spinning circle and does not complete the function. This occurs in both Edge and Chrome, and from various network locations. The issue is not affecting ALL users, only some in our tenancy. The issue started occuring when we moved our licensing from Teams to Enterprise, for certain users. The users have Adobe Acrobat Standard DC licenses.  We've tried clearing browser cache, logging in and out of the accounts, rebooting the machines. None of these changes have had any affect. For at least one user it works, for others, it does not. Same licensing on those users. Not sure how to troubleshoot this issue further..

Tengo Adobe Acrobat PRO DC y con este programa abre los *.pdf pero tratandose de facturas en Mexico no los abre, dice que no tengo permisos. Ayuda por favor. No se que hacer. tal vez deberia poner como programa predeterminado Adobe reader o no se. Alguien puede ayudarme? una disculpa no se nada de esto.

I purchased the Adobe Acrobat Export PDF and I was under the impression that I could get E-signatures based on one of the advertised pop ups I attached below. After my purchase, the program is pushing me to upgrade to use that tool. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I am trying to comine approx 60+ single page forms (that were PDF Fillable) into one file and normally I just press the Combine Files and they all merge into 1 File with out any problem. However when I add these particular group together and save the binder all the pages mimic the first pages information. I can not seem to figure out why.
