PDF convert does not export data just the blank form into word

Why can't I cut and paste email addresses when sending files? I have to type them in each time...And it doesn't remember them for the future, as SendNow did.Also, it seems that the message I type in is not kept, as it was with SendNow?Thanks!

I received a msg that SendNow had reached end of life. I removed it from outlook and want to replace it with Adobe Send... how do I install Adobe Send in my outlook?  I can access it on-line with my current account just fine, but I really liked the ease of access with having it right in Outlook when needing to send large files.

Happens nearly every time.  Previous version was great.  Why??????

I have Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard Version 9.5.5. I’m tasked with combining Excel, Word and Scanned Documents into a single pdf.  These are provided to me by multiple individuals.  We have started having problems with fonts (Arial), Adobe is putting spaces in between letters in a single word, for example the word “main” appears as “ma in”.  The pdf I create will look okay at first and then seemingly on its own Adobe will change it, so the spacing problem appears.  Are there certain fonts that should be used so this problem won’t happen or is there a fix for what we are currently doing.

In order to delete my files I need to first select the one I want. But there is no box for me to select. Why is that?

When I covert my pdf into a word document it does not allow me to edit the actual text. I can add random text to the document, not following the format of the document (not aligned, not the same font, etc.). I can add text, but I cannot what is already in a sentence or paragraph. How can I receive sent receipts from Adobe Send to my email? SendNow had this function, but Send doesn't appear to do this.

So after conversion can anyone go through my work.. I'd rather they didn't and I want to download them but retain the copyright from the time of upload and conversion. Is this a problem? I agreed haphazardly without fully thinking it through. I don't fully understand what they mean when in terms and conditions they make it available for editing by their people and or the improvement of for others. Is this joint ownership in this regard. I really like that I have this service for copyrighting my work. Other means seemed awkward.Secondly, are artworks and designs safe also, might they be protected by just having them in my organiser. I generally save them to my PC hard-drive elsewhere. Just wondering is it advised for copyright protection means!
