Hello Does any know how to go about getting a permission password?

Hello, How do I know that a PDF has been opened after I have shared it? I subscribe to Acrobat PDF pack and according to this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/document-cloud/faq/adobe-send-faq.html#:~:text=Send%20%26%20Track%20is%20an%20Adobe,email%20clients%20rejecting%20large%20files. and the "My subscription page", where Send & Track is listed in my plan, I should be able to track when a PDF I have shared has been opened (I'm talking here about sharing with a single person, by entering their email address, not creating a shared link). However, I get no email notification, nor any "bell notification".

hi, today I resigned from paying every month but today you made two payments you were supposed to return the money at the same time I wonder why you made two payments? I really need a quick answer because I was thinking  I will file a complaint

My windows password just changed as you kow it has to be changed every three month. Now, my Acrobat DC/Pro does not work with windows. Acrobat does not allow me to use my tools at al. Any help from any one?

I have a number of files out for review, everyone is getting a "Something went wrong. Please try again later"How long will this take to be fixed?

This is killing me no answers out there and I see only one post related and they downgraded, anyone have any idea what setting this could be, I just reformatted a machine to eliminate the problem and no results...same thing all other macs running the same software and system update images perfectly, this machine will make the image larger and cover up text or other images after I hit save in Photoshop...Please LMK if anyone has had similar issues, we generally are lightening pics etc, but just one machine in our shop does this....Thanks hope I hear from someone!MattPS 13.0  x64ACROBAT 10.1.12x3 GHz Quad Core Intel Xeon8 GB RAM 667 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM

how do I password protect a pdf?

I uploaded a PDF file to Acrobat so that I could open it in a URL. However, when I opened the file (on both Acrobat and in the URL format) the font had changed on the majority of it.  How can I fix this back to the original font?

In creating a form, adding a button, and making the action of the button to Import from data" in clicking "add", the application will not allow me so select any other file type than pdf, but even then i cannot select a file to use for data.

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I pay a monthly charge for it. I just tried to edit a PDF like always & I'm not able to because I'm being told I have to upgrade to PRO (which I already have) & trying to charge more than I'm currently paying! What's up with that?Steve 

I have a PDF loaded on the Adobe Cloud for sharing.  If I open it from the Your Files selection under Abode Cloud Storage, it fails as it's loading the comments.  However, if I open the same file from Recent, it opens just fine. Everything is up to date, and I have re-installed DC.  I can repeat this over and over.  Lookign for solutions. Thanks,B

Hello! I am working on a PDF document with a client of ours. The client has windows and we have a Mac for reference,We sent over a document, their Adobe seemed to read the PDF differently (New Font, size, etc) from the one we sent. Keep in mind, that they do have the correct fonts installed. but when the client converts to edit it changes to something different. We also saw that when they moved the text box, a weird muddy outline of text is underneath and can't be removed... This doesn't happen on our documents only on theirs. We aren't sure what caused this.

I have subscribed to adobe acrobat with my phone with the email on my account, however I am unable to access my subscription on my laptop even using the same email - it's almost like a completely different account has been created with the same email.How can I access my subscription through my laptop? 

I have started getting a no permissions message when I try to download a pdf. I have looked at help pages and it says to go into properties and alter there but my properties tab is greyed out 

I am using the document cloud app in sharepoint.  When I go to combine files into a single PDF it gets stuck on the spinning circle.  Anyone else having this issue? How can I fix?  This step triggers a flow for us and I really need to get it working.

In Acrobat Pro DC (Build: 22.2.20212.0) I have begun receiving the error message "The font 'YYTJEV+Arial-BoldMT' contains bad /Widths" when I open a specific pdf form. The error does not in my experience repeat during use of this form; it only appears once, immediately after opening the document. I read other posts about "contains bad /Widhts" errors and unsuccessfully attempted to resolve this error following posted suggestions. I've used File> Properties> Fonts to display "Fonts Used in This Document" and I see 3 occurences of the font "Arial-BoldMT (Embedded Subset) Type: TrueType (CID) Encoding: identity-H in that list. In the event it may be relevant, there is one font in the document properties font list that does not appear to be embedded: Arial, Type: TrueType, Encoding: Ansi, Actual Font: ArialMT, Actual Font Type: TrueType. My document properties font list offers no means to "go to" a specific font in the list. My question is this: is there a means to loc

everytime I try to change a PDF to word its ask me to pay for it , ie pay fro a package to do this , I already have a Current Paid , Active paid for membership accout that is up to daye paiad for anfd current

I continue to get the following error message when converting some Word docs to pdf. It seems random. I checked and this was an identified issue 6 minths ago but I cannot find a workaround. Help please? "the path of document being processed is too long. Please save the file to a path shorter than 255 characters and retry"

I have to apply password protection for user's to access editing and printing, but user can view the content in the pdf  this process can be done manually but Is there a way to do this with one click because i have multiple files needed to do the same task multiple times. So this will ensure that I have denied access for user not to edit.
