Adobe Acrobat Online

Acrobat doesn't recognise the sticky notes and highlights on my document. I can't remove or change the colour of the highlights, nor do my sticky notes appear in the comment section. I cannot open, edit or delete them. How do I restore my sticky notes at least? 

I'd like to purchase Adobe PDF pack but I'd like to know the restrictions. I did go to live chat but I was passed from rep to rep who said "You can only install this on two devices" which I replied explaining its a web app then i'd get sent to another rep. How many machines can I use this on simultaneously (Same account multiple machines)?  Is there any restrictions to this? Is it against policy for it to be used by multiple computers at the same time? Thanks, James

Hello, is there any plans to allow opening a PDF file located in SharePoint Online via Adobe PDF? Currently when I open a PDF file in SharePoint online, it opens in the browser. I would like to be able to open a file located in SharePoint Online with the native Adobe PDF application. Are you guys working on allowing this through a browser plugin?

Hi, I have purchased the $30.99 / year unlimited pdf conversion plan - but it has limited me to 50 downloads of converted files? That doesn't seem very unlimited. There is no point converting files if I can't download them to where I need them, or to be able to work on them in the Excel Desktop App. Online Microsoft apps are very limited and have poor functionality compared to their Desktop version. Is something wrong with my account? What was the point in paying $30.99 if I can't even use the converted files as I wish?  Please respond, thank you, Matt

I've recently noticed payments to Adobe on my debit card account and I have no idea what they are for. I don't recall signing up for anything so how do I stop these payments and get a refund ?

Im a novice , it seems the stuff i want to do is nearly impossible.. Here is what Im after.I have Adobe acrobat DC.I hace a document where a specific word is repeated a few times.I would like to have the user to be able to got to a certain page from each of those words, even if the word is on different page. Essentially have a hyperlink to a page automatically by applying it to the word and have Adobe make the word a Hypelink.Any easy way to do this?. Hello, I only know the basics of Java coding so I am not very good.I have a document I am working with that has cuustom form fields.I need help writing a script that says. If "choice1" is checked then it will discount 5% from the "Grand Total" field. And if "choice2" is checked then the "Grand Total" field will stay the same.I am using radial buttons.the "Grand Total" field is calculating the sum of multiple fields also. so essentially if a customer wants to click yes to pickup they get a 5% discount from their total.

I created a pdf, set up pre-fills, and saved it as a template and named the template "2022 contract template". Now, when i use the template, I can enter all the pre-fill data (client name, order details, etc.) and send it for signature - but when I send it... it goes out named (titled) as "2022 contract template". Where is the "save as" option, so I can call it "John Doe's Contract" instead of my client seeing it as a template?  It also shows in my "Agreement list" titled "2022 contract template" so I assume every one thereafter will have the same title? I have to missing something here! 

Is there a way to tailor pdf metadata in Action Wizard according to document text automatically?I was looking for a way to automate deriving a title from the text of a pdf document, which is text searchable, and then bulk applying each individual title to the document. Would be grateful for any suggestions in how to achieve this, and if it was possible?

I have an 8 pg pdf that I’d like to use on a website. I’m trying by Optimize the file with Acrobat. Problem is, some of the images are too lo res in the resulting optimized file unless I select Maximum quality for the whole file, making the file too large. Is there a way to optimize specific images to be higher res than others within the new pdf? The original was an InDesign doc created for press-quality print, exported to pdf.

Hi, i just downloaded Adobe Reader for MS Teams. I would like to add comments in pdf files together with my work team. But my comments are vanishing. I've to sign it at first, to add a comment. But when i close the app, the comments disapear. No savingIt happens as well with old comments from original adobe acrobat files for desktop. When i sign it. Its like the app is loading a complete new file, without old comments.Maybe i am missing a saving button or something?

I have PDF Export subscription, but can't use it...when I try to export a document, it takes me to the purchase page although I already have an active subscription...suggestions?Any tips on how to get past this?...I really need to export something.

Hi everyone, I have been strugguling to digitaly sign a PDF document using a Cloud Digital Certificate. Everything worked just fine a month ago. I tried signing the doc on two diffrent laptops but eighter nothing happens after I select the signiture and I click on sign or I get a message saying that some features do not work as expected. I would appreaciate your suggestions. Thank you!

We are encountering a bug where fillable PDF fields appear blank to users with View Only permission to a file in OneDrive when opening the document with the Adobe Document Cloud intergration. Users with view only permission to a fillable PDF are able to view the data when previewing the document within OneDrive, the bug only occurs when using the Adobe Document Cloud integration.  Please see the below screenshot as an example. Left, a fillable PDF being previewed in OneDrive (the data entered in fillable fields visable). Right, that same PDF opened in Adobe Dcoument Cloud (the data entered in fillable fields is not visable). The user has view only permission to this file.   

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my home computer and also at work.  I have tried numerous times to export PDF files to Powerpoint using the Export function and I get results that range from a few characters missing or misplaced on the page to a page of complete gibberish.  A page of completely plain text with no special characters or graphics seems to work.  Anything beyond that is not working.  Enclosed are screenshots of a pdf and the resulting pptx that has the parentheses missing in several places.

I paid for Adobe PDF Pack and to convert a PDF to Word but when I click on export I get another prompt to buy it instead of the file converting.

When I comment and try to add a rectangle around text, the rectangle appears but now the text is gone and only the reactangle is present. I used to just add the rectangle around the words but must have changed a setting and I can't figure out what I did. 

I have a subpoena response due that includes emails with attachments.  I'm saving the emails as pdf files but there is confidential info in the email attachments.  Can I make redactions to the email attachments in the pdf files and save it so that the confidential info is redacted?

I just purchased the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC one year plan for $23.88 in hopes I could export a PDF to Word so that I can search for names in the PDF/converted word doc. I export the PDF file and click convert a box comes up cannot convert 100MB try a smaller file. I have a friend doing the same type of work I am in he has no problems with converting large files.

I have been installing Adobe Reader for a very long time now and one of our employees is having an issue with it and the support rep stated that after installing Reader, the user now needs to sign in once Adobe is open. We have not had to do this before. Is this new?
