How do I become a distributor?
Bonjour, Impossible d'imprimer un .pdf , sur MAC OS, système et Adobe à jour. Image en PJ, quelqu'un aurait-il une proposition pour moi ?
I have a subsciption for Adobe Acrobat Export PDF to convert pdf files to Word or Excel. Today, when I try to edit a pdf file, the screen leads me to this 7-day trial for Acrobat Pro DC. Is is this going to be the new rate or is added to my $23.88 that I always pay for Export PDF? I use the Export PDF to edit files from PDF to MSWord and MSExcel
In this post on the Adobe Blog, there is a dead link in the third paragraph. The "research" mentioned in this sentence redirects to a webpage that cannot be found: "In fact, new Adobe research shows that 65 percent of Americans find it frustrating; 45 percent stopped reading or didn’t even try; and 72 percent say they would work on their mobile device more if it were easier to read documents." As I could not find a way to report a dead link anywhere, I decided to post it here. If this is not the correct method of reporting dead links, please direct me accordingly. Thank you,Tyler Neher.
I am having issues opening PDF files in microsoft edge.I was viewing pdf on edge with no problem at all until about an hour ago.I was trying to use google translate to upload a pdf file to see if it will translate. After uploading the file I got the following message: "If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document."Ever since I got that message I am not able to open pdf files on edge or chrome, even with adobe pdf extension installed, which I didn't need prior to this. Like I said I had no issues opening pdf files.I have tried clearing history/cookies/cache with no luck. I have also reinstalled adobe acrobat. Google chrome was also cleared and reinstalled. I keep getting the same message every time I try to open pdf file.Downloading them to my computer works no problem, the only reason this is bothering me now is because I know it worked before. And also, these are regular pdf file
So my mac crashed and restarted, and it triggered Adobe update. At the time I was working on a file but the update deleted Ai 2021 which I assume is where restored files are saved. And now all my unsaved files are gone even tho I had autosave on. Does anyone know anyway for me to retrieve the lost files?
We've installed DCS for MSO365 into our Sharepoint Online tenant, and it seems to be working. If I'm in Sharepoint Online I can click Open > Open in Adobe Document Cloud, and the web based PDF editor opens the document. It also does so when I simply click on the link. However, if I send somebody a link to the PDF, or put a link to the PDF on a webpage and the user clicks that link, the PDF does not open in Document Cloud -- it just opens in the regular browser PDF reader, despite being hosted in SPO. Is there a way to format the link such that it opens in Document Cloud? In particular, I have an Angular app that reads the SPO library and produces a list of links to documents in that library. Links to Word/Excel files are returned from SPO and formatted such that when the user clicks them, the documents get opened in Office 365, but any link to a PDF doesn't seem to invoke the Document Cloud viewer. Alternatively, is there a way my app can
Have to export a PDF to excel in order to run a macro. Been successfully doing this for a couple of years now and only after updating to Acrobat DC does it suddenly decide that all of the data in the PDF should be put within the same cell.Cannot share any screenshots due to senstive information but if the fault lies with the PDF file then something about DC is what broke it.
I uploaded a document to the Document cloud and within that process sent a link to my brother (decades of IT support experience). When he took the link via the OPEN button, and before he could enter the password, what he got was the identifying passport page of someone from another country. When I and another relative later tested our links, all was OK. Has anyone else had this weird and worrying experience? Kenny
I've shared a large PDF via documentcloud.adobe.com with my team. The Mac users (firefox, chrome) can all access the PDF online and leave comments just fine, but the PC users (chrome, edge) just see a spinning wheel forever and the PDF never loads? We're all in the same building using the same wifi so it's not a speed issue. Tested on 2 PCs and 3 Macs, only PCs having issues.
Hello. I have created a form in Acrobat Pro DC. I woud like to be able to share the form with a client and collaborate with the client in completing the form. Ideally, the client would be able to enter information on the form and save it, then I could review and edit the form responses, and we could collaborate until we are both satisfied with all the responses. While it seems comments can be added to a PDF in the cloud, it does not appear that the form fields of a single PDF at a single link location can be completed and edited. So, is it possible to collaborate on the completion of a form and form fields in the cloud, or is emailing the form back-and-forth still the most efficient way to complete a form? Thank you. I subscribe to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
Dear All, This Adobe DC is a great solution to handle pdf files directly on SharePoint and OneDrive. But we face some issue with shared files. If someone in my organisation send me a pdf (as a OneDrive Share link like https://tenantname-my.sharepoint.com/:b:/g/personal/username_domain_com/EepUEywil6NOiZh3_uDmx7YBlkMN2bQcRomvb9Qu-MO2vA?e=4%3aTKr2qC&at=9) the link opens the pdf preview in browser and on the top-left corner there is only Open in Browser option and Open in Adobe Document Cloud oprion is missing. Is it a configurabe problem or is it the normal behavior? What shoud I do to solve it? Thank you!
I am trying to convert simple word documents into pdf documents - possibly the most basic task this software has to do. But recently I keep getting an error message saying the document fails to convert, and this occurs with every single document. Occasionally I can get it to work if I resave the original word document, but to be blunt, I expect it to work first time, every time. What is the problem here?

I use Word to layout text with images and I convert my Word files to PDF with Adobe, using Optimal quality. But in the final PDF document, in the pages with images, the text appears bolder than in the pages without images. How can I solve this problem? Thank you for your help.

I have already ticked the box for "use single key accelerator to access tool".What is the keyboard shortcut for adobe for highlighting.

I have 2 Adobe accounts and neither one of them have any active plans or payments, I also have no direct debit showing and yet I have a charge for Adobe pdf pack subs that keeps happening .. how the hell do I find out what this is linked to and cancel it from taking My money!
Why can't I compress my PDFs any more? I could - and did - do it last week, but today I can't: unless I pay heaps of money for this 'free' service! Why? Has this already gone through? It just keeps telling me to 'Post' without saying if it has gone through or not! Nuisance.
When I try to protect my document using a password, the dialogue box that pops up where I input the password I want to use is blank. It is completely white and there is no option to put in a password or even "x" out of the box. I have to hit escape to make it disappear. I have looked and there are no updates that I need to install.
I have a pdf I'm working on and I put it in the document cloud to keep it constantly updated. When I booted up my PC this morning all my work has disappeared. I can't seem to access previous versions, nor is there any local saves on my PC. Can I still access this lost work?
