Adobe Acrobat Online

Hi. Just starting looking at document cloud as a possible way of proofing artwork to clients without having to email the actual pdfs.I can't seem to find out how to disable the ability to download the pdf file when they receive the link to it.Any thoughts anyone?regards

I've had this incorrect spreadsheet data issue with both conversion from Word to fillable PDF and recreating a new pdf form from scratch (took a huge amount of time) in case there were issues with the original Word doc.   When merging to csv spreadsheet, some of the checkboxes in the report are not matching what was checked in the pdf form.  Some of the data fields are either showing "Yes" when a box was not checked or "Off" when it had been checked on the form.  Also, the last checkbox field on the spreadsheet is blank.  I checked all the properties for the form fields and removed all commas, dashes, etc. in case those would cause issues.  I've been working on this for two weeks now -- so frustrating.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Working in an organization that uses its PDF forms mutilple times.  I am looking for a way for the fillable infomration, from a previous user, does not show upon reopening the PDF.

I see forms of this being addressed in other posts but not one that has been answered as far as I can see. I use Acrobat Pro DC to compile a series of screenshots into PDF format.  I then try and fail to open the file in Acrobat Pro DC...I get the error message "Adobe Acrobat could not open...because it is either not a supported file type or because etc"... But the file opens fine in Mac Preview! What's up? I did notice that in the process of creating the pdf, there's a progress bar at the bottom that never goes past "checking security" or something like that...but then the file's created.   

I am having difficulty sharing Export PDF once I have converted it to Word. Any advice?

Since purchasing Adobe converter, all my files are defaulting to Microsoft Word and I need to right click and then 'Open With Excel (or whatever document) I need to open.  How do I get back to my original settings where the format the documents have been sent in or saved in opens automatically?Thanks

Problem: After the installation of 'Microsoft + Adobe Document Cloud integration', SharePoint Online continues to open PDF's in a preview window instead of the Adobe viewer.To deploy the ADC integration I used the following guide provided by Adobe: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/office365-configuring-sharepoint-onedrive.html.For the installation I choose to deploy the application for 3 different Admin users. Once the deployment was done I waited 48+ hours to eventually test the integration with no succes.- Tried different webbrowsers.- Cleared cache.- Allowed cookies, etc.I couldn't find any settings in SharePoint-online (on site-, library & document level) to open files in Adobe Document Cloud. Nor in the SharePoint Admin center.In Azure AD Adobe Document Cloud is registered as an 'Enterprise registration'.In the settings of the app registration there were no addiotional setting which could let you open PDF's in ADC.When I check https://myapplications.microsoft.c

Everytime my laptop crashes, when I open Adobe to go back to the last file I was working on, it says click yes to save unsaved changes or else changes will be lost, and even tho I click yes, it still does not save. Why is this happening? And why cant I find the most recent version even though it says its auto saves every 5 mins?!

I have the Adobe Pro Acrobat for Mac and everytime I make comments/highlight/etc. and save it back to my computer it doesn't show up once I reopen the document. This is happening to all my files and it's extremely frustrating!

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro because in Adobe Reader it said I would be able to Easily Edit Text and Images in PDF Documents" by clicking the link and buying the subscription.  I can figure out how to do it from there...I downloaded the .exe file.  It didn't seem to launch.So I log into the Acrobat Cloud thinking I can edit my text and images there, but other than uploading my PDF I've not found a way to edit.Am I over looking something so obvious?  Just need to edit a PDF...

I am unable to open pdf documents and fill and sign and also I get "failed to fetch" errors when I try to save a file. I get "Error: We cannot process this file because it is an unsupported format or is password protected."

Hello! I am having a problem combining files in Adobe - none are password protected and I'm just combining six pdf files none of which are large files. I have a paid subscription, and this is puzzling me as I have never had an issue like this in the past.

Hello,  I cannot access the "request signature" tool, I get an error message saying "unable to process  -  contact customer upport for help".   I am trying to do this through the website, not through the app.   After 2 hours with 2 different incompetent customer service agents, I am still unable to access this tool, whih is included in my plan (and they confirmed the plan is active). Also, this is just a renewal of an existing plan, so nothing should have changed.    

Hi, I'm having an issue with Acrobat cloud based PDF review. One of the collaborators interstate posts comments and often some of the comments don't come through. I can see that they have posted a note as it says "Typed a note" but the comment is empty.Today a person sitting 10 feet away posted a note and the same thing happened. They sent me a screen grab of what they see, which has a written comment and it's completely different to both the web version and the downloaded Acrobat version which I see and just says Person's Name "Typed a note". They're using Acrobat Reader and I'm on Acrobat Pro DC, Version 2021.005.20058 which is up to date. I'm on iMac, they're on PC.The collaborator has posted 16 comments and 15 have come through, only one has not.

How do i down load adobe acrobat XI pro into another computer?

I am converting power point documents to pdf and in ppt they have  black background. When they convert, they become a white background and unreadable.

If I change the name of a main folder, do the links in illustrator, break?I mean, I have a whole project in 1 folder and now in the end of the process, I want to change the name of it. Will it ruin all the links on the files I have inside the folder?

Hello Adobe Community, I have recently received an Email from Adobe Document Cloud that there will be changes in 19th of August 2021. My question is will Adobe automatically update my program? Do I need to manually update or install the program? Best Regards,Michael

Hallo zusammen, folgende Info von Adobe für Änderungen ab dem 19.08. an der Funktionalität für freigegebene Dokumente Online:"Wenn Sie einen Link zu einem Dokument freigeben, wird die Originaldatei anstelle einer Kopie für die Empfänger freigegeben. Um Änderungen an der freigegebenen Originaldatei vorzunehmen, müssen Sie eine Kopie speichern." Ich interpretiere es so, das es nicht mehr möglich ist, das mehrere User parallel an einem pdf arbeiten (Kommentieren, unterstreichen etc. als Korrekturlesung) und alle Änderungen in diesem einen pdf gesichert sind, um dieses dann an die Datenpflege/PIM zu übergeben.Kennt jemand eine Alternative hierzu?

WHY IS MY ADOBE READER IS DECODING EVERY DOCUMENT I OPEN IT IS VERY BAD I CAN'T OPEN ANY DOCUMENT IN ADOBE I CAN'T VIEW IT IS SAYING THAT "I CAN'T DECODE THIS FILE PLEASE TAKE ANOTHER DOCUMENT"
