Adobe Acrobat Online

Help me cancel Adobe Account and all installed software, it's not effective.  Note, I've tried all tutorials to cancel subscription and uninstall software, thanks.

I asked previously... "how do I access my document cloud on two separate computers."  The follow-up questions is ... when I use the same login information, I am not permitted to use the same email address associated with my acct.  but have to use my secondary email address.  So my problem still exists.  Do I have to logout of DC on the one computer before I can login from the second with the same login?

I own Acrobat professional, version 11.0.  I recently purchased a new laptop with windows 10.  I deactivated my account on the old laptop and downloaded and install Acrobat professional on the new laptop.  When using pdf files, I typically need to use the Comment tools to markup the documents.  Today I noticed that the Drawing Markups that I use won't allow me to use the "draw cloud", "draw ploygon" and "draw connected lines" options.  I use the draw polygon option very frequently.  These 3 options are the only ones that are Grayed out and not available to use.  All the other tools appear to be available.  Why all of a sudden are these 3 not available?  S

When I receive a PDF in a email, why do I have save it before I can open it?

HiI need help with the fill and sign app. Having issue lately unable to do as message prompted "plug in detected, adobe reader will quit". Any one out there able to help me with this 

Does this not allow that? If so How do I do it and if not what does?

Hi I am having trouble saving pdfs to the cloud. I get a message saying:"A document is being processed by an Adobe online service. Try again later."I have a subscription to Adobe and all was working fine up until about three weeks ago. I've checked on the forums and this problem was raise a couple of years ago, but there was no mention of a solution. I've also had issues exporting pdfs and opening recents recently.Any ideas???

I had trouble installing the package. Customer Service did not respond until the next day. After learning I had to close out of my Microsoft products to download, I successfully installed the product. (This significantly decreased my productivity.)  This is not why I’m cancelling my subscription.The main reason I wanted the Pro package was to combine PDF files. Adobe does this but the files are all mixed up. I had 13 files (one for each month) that I had opened in order and when the files were combined the order seems to be totally random. The files were in chronological order (both with the placement in the tabs and by date created) before hitting the combining button. The combined file changed the order (not alphabetically). This was supposed to be a time saver. I ended up manually scanning the paper sheets (25 pages) to have the 13 individual files combined into one PDF file. I had to do this with several series of files so I could upload to a grant proposal.If I decide to try

After logging into https://documentcloud.adobe.com the home page doesn’t have the menu options Home, Documents, Convert, Eidt, Share, etc. The top menu only has the Adobe Acrobat link on the far left and four symbols on the right (Search, Help, Messages, Account). This is on Firefox 84, haven’t checked other browsers.  

I had to get adobe acrobat on new Gmail ,but I have important documents on previous Gmail can I add to existing one now???

I will buying DC Pro. Question: Can I add a fillable form to Google Docs and link it to my blogspot?  Also, can I add a submit button to the document so it will send to my Gmail?  TIA

I keep getting billed for Acrobat Pro but my usual email login does not have a subscription.  I can't cancel the subscription because I can't find the login that was used to purchase it in the first place.  I've tried every email I've ever used.  Nothing.  I'm not sure what else to do but it's driving me insane paying $15 every month for something I'm not using and can't cancel.

Where can I see my receipts for my payment to Adobe?

I have a PDF document that I need to complete, sign and then send off for signature to another person, what is the best way of doing this? Also is there a way of perventing the other person signing from changing the information inputted?

i have windows 10 on an intel core 17 Acer laptop with 8 gb internal memory. I install adobe dc for free and enable thumbnail view via edit Shortly afterwards i get an update from adobe and have to restart my pc But then the problems start the image flickers and if i try long enough i get to task manager and see adobe 2 times . But when I click on finish it disappears but comes back right after. So I get nothing done and have to set windows to factory settings via buttons on my laptop so that adobe goes off. But after reinstalling Adobe I keep getting the same problem. I got this for the 1st time while I was just working on laptop after an update but before reboot. I would like to advise you to see my thumbnails normally without all those problems. 

I created a document in InDesign, added fillin fields, including Digital ID field, in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Reader extended when saving it and loaded it to the web. When clients open the form online, all the fillin fields show up EXCEPT the digital signature field. Why can they not sign the document when it's open in a web browser? I'm dealing with all levels of tech-users so am trying to make this as easy as possible for them. Requiring every customer to download Reader and set up a digital ID is not feasible. Does Adobe suggest any other options for easily adding electronic signatures to documents online? Thanks very much for your help. -Kathy

Can anyone help with how to make a complaint please? This issue has been running since June 2020. I was asked to private message Adobe regarding the above Pro DC problem I posted previously, this is below. Hi Can you help please? I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and the connected lines function has stopped working properly. I can draw lines however, if i need to delete them i cant now. Before i used to be able to highlight the line and simply press delete or backspace and they would go. Now i get lots of comment boxes come up and cant delete at all. I also cant change the lines once drawn. I used to be able to drag the little boxes at the line intersections and move them. What is the problem please? Our user's put confidential name or information on adobe DC title and send to the end user. End user when they opened up in chrome or DC at their end Title shows up on the pop up.Is there a way to block title from view or redact the title when it is send to end user?
