How do I delete a file?

‌ This seems to be impossible within the Adobe Acrobat app on my iPhone 5s with iOS 9

I just purchased the Adobe Cloud PDF pack at $9.99 a month. I am trying to request signatures, but this function is not working for some reason. All other functions are working fine. Every time I try to do anything related to requesting signatures, like clicking "Request Signature" or "Send an Agreement" I immediately get an error message stating " Unable to process request Please contact customer support for help." I contacted customer support and they only recommended i switch browsers and clear history and cache, i did all of this but still get the same error message anytime I do anything related to requesting signatures. 

I have and iPad and iPhone with adobe. My files that I save on either device is not showing up on both devices. Help? 

Hi, sometimes my spanish teacher send me a document as in this case, 13 document pages but when I go to print it is saved as a single page of 3700 mm !! So if I print the document becomes unreadable.How can solve it ? Thank you. Hellen

It is embarrassing that the cloud Adobe has encouraged us to use to share with clients seems to be down so often. I educate my clients to expect a link instead of a file to markup but seem to have to send a file weekly because of Urgent Maintanence, Potential Issue, etc... Please for insane montly cost of Creative Cloud make this feature reliable. https://status.adobe.com6 issues at time of post.

I have used the acrobat on my ipad yesterday and made some comments and notes in the file and saved a copy to the document cloud. Today I opened the file from the document cloud, all comments and notes I have made are gone and cannot be recovered, very disappointed as it took me three hours yesterday to make those notes, support staff saying that they have reached the end of service on this product and didn't help at all. will never use this product again.

Hello Everyone!  Im wondering if anyone has come accross a software that will scan files in a folder/destination, and it will search for specific fields to be filled or blank.  High volume of documents, that need to be checked, computerized scanner auditing them could help a TON! Almost like a plagerism checker.  I appreciate the help! 

I am so embarrased that I have no idea about this, and I know someone here can help me out.  I pay $40 (or so) for Adobe Export PDF, and I am not sure what it does and if I need it. I know what Adobe isI know what Export isI know what a PDF is Why do I want/need this? A million apologizies.  And thank you so much Lainie

I  would like to convert/save documents as PDFs from my desktop without logging into my Adobe account. I have a account with paid Adobe PDF services. When I click on "save as PDF" I get a message telling me my Adobe trial has expired and directing me to "buy now to restore full services". How can I set up this functionality? Thanks. Julie

My organization is using adobe acrobat DC standard and professional as a primary pdf editing and markup tool. We want to find out remotely in user computer that the installed acrobat DC standard or professional is when specifically used for editing the PDF and when it was used for reading the PDF.does it possible to have this kind of data? if then what will be an option any specific tool or some scripts will provide such data?

I'm converting a PDF so it has fillable boxes, but when it auto-completes some of the boxes, it detects it as one large field rather than 4 separate fields. I assume it is because the text in the first box is over two lines, compared to the one below where there is only one line of text?   Does anyone know if there is a fix for this as the document is very long and completing it manually is very time consuming. Thanks

I seem not to be able to delete a document that is listed in the <For Signature> section.I have followed numerous useful like but it appears the new DC does not have the <Adobe Sign Manage> button.The solution posted here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/Document-Cloud-PDF-Services/How-to-delete-a-shared-for-signature-link-when-nothing-is/td-p/10342334#sa_src=web-messaging does not work either.Please help!TIA

When I open the PDF File in SharePoint, then this occurs." You may not have permission to access the SharePoint file being used in this workflow "  How can I fix this one except "right click  > open browser because this way is not user-friendly. Or how to set "open in browser" by default. 

Hi We are planning to use Adobe Document Cloud plugin to edit documents in SharePoint online for a government agency. Please note Adobe DC plugin will be installed on  Agency Office365 tenancy.  Could you please provide more information around how the PDF documents/streams are transferred to/from Adobe DC and Office365. Does the document stream leave Office365 tenancy during document editing. Quick response will be appreciated.  

I have been trying to convert a .pdf file to .doc.On my desktop application, it returned an error message saying 'conversion failure'.My searches on the help forum showed me that I should try using the URL. I did this, and received a 'Conversion Failure' error message (400) again.I have tried using my desktop application to convert other .pdf files to .doc - these complete successfully. The problem seems specific to this one .pdf file.Grateful for any advice/guidance.

In Adobe Reader Pro DC there is an export to JPG function.Is it a way to do this in VBA excel automatically? We are using Excel in group we have all the pdf files in a Dropbox folder so everyone of us can access this pdf files.What I wan to do is for them to have the ability to create a JPG files from a pdf that has multiple pages.All this is going to be used in a program that the group is creating, this program does many things and one of this task is to access those JPG files but before they can we need to do export from PDF to JPGAll the people in the group they may not have Adobe reader pro DC they may have a basic acrobat reader.Can this be done?Thank you,Just heads up I am not an expert on VBA I very amateur, so I need help.Kosta

I can access files from DC on my phone & MacBook. Just not my kindle fire. I can open documents stored directly onto my kindle. I'm using the app from the Amazon app store & it's up to date.

I am litereally trying to reformat war and peace ! (i have been employed to do so and it's all legit - need a dfferent layout for audio book record - but when i export as word doc the settings in word are messed up 'envelope' layout not A4 , and wheni try to make changes it reverts ... similarly when i try and select all it only selects a text box at a tme so i cannot resize the fonts without losing bits and am looking at doing each of the 2063 pages individually... is there  anyone out there with decent knowledge of this programme - I know it's bound to be my failing not the soft ware but am stumped and working to a deadline... I started cutting and pasting and reformatting page by page but it seems there must be a better way! Help please If there is an expert I may be able to pay for some help!

I just purchased a subscription for Adobe Acrobat Reader after using the free version. Can I not use my own fonts with this version? I have scoured these forums for over an hour using all the suggestions to try to get my PowerPoints to convert into a PDF with the same fonts, but no luck. Do I need the more expensive version? I have the box under preferences checked for "Use local fonts"and have restarted, etc. The fonts are saved on my computer and I've been using the Adobe Acrobat application on my computer (a Mac). What am I missing?

My new MS office word tried to open my pdf file (chinese font) smartly saving the need for me to convert into word file for editing. However, the font was also altered. May I know if anyone can help to advise me, how can I have the converted pdf file to word file, maintaining the same original fonts?I tried to do online edit a adobe website and once I click sentences, the fonts change too. Or at least, can anyone help me identify the font type from the original file? Pls advise!Thank you very much!
