Adobe Acrobat Online

I am litereally trying to reformat war and peace ! (i have been employed to do so and it's all legit - need a dfferent layout for audio book record - but when i export as word doc the settings in word are messed up 'envelope' layout not A4 , and wheni try to make changes it reverts ... similarly when i try and select all it only selects a text box at a tme so i cannot resize the fonts without losing bits and am looking at doing each of the 2063 pages individually... is there  anyone out there with decent knowledge of this programme - I know it's bound to be my failing not the soft ware but am stumped and working to a deadline... I started cutting and pasting and reformatting page by page but it seems there must be a better way! Help please If there is an expert I may be able to pay for some help!

I just purchased a subscription for Adobe Acrobat Reader after using the free version. Can I not use my own fonts with this version? I have scoured these forums for over an hour using all the suggestions to try to get my PowerPoints to convert into a PDF with the same fonts, but no luck. Do I need the more expensive version? I have the box under preferences checked for "Use local fonts"and have restarted, etc. The fonts are saved on my computer and I've been using the Adobe Acrobat application on my computer (a Mac). What am I missing?

My new MS office word tried to open my pdf file (chinese font) smartly saving the need for me to convert into word file for editing. However, the font was also altered. May I know if anyone can help to advise me, how can I have the converted pdf file to word file, maintaining the same original fonts?I tried to do online edit a adobe website and once I click sentences, the fonts change too. Or at least, can anyone help me identify the font type from the original file? Pls advise!Thank you very much!

I am trying to contact Adobe to cancel multiple personal accounts.  I did not know that I had additional accounts.  I need to use Adobe sign for my company and it won't allow me to do that until I cancel my personal accounts.  How do I do this?

Hi - I am looking for a solution that will name my incoming post and e-mail the item automatically to a recipient. For example, I receive a letter for a client, say ABC Ltd. I scan the letter along with all of the other letters received in the day. Then I appy some magic and file gets named say ABC Ltd 10-9-20(1) and emailed to the address that some how I have associated with ABC Ltd. Any ideas would be welcome

Hello. Every time I open a PDF document it opens in half screen mode. Is there a way to set the default to open in full screen mode? Thanks for any info/suggestions.

I download PDF files from a website onto my MacBook several times per week to print off. suddenly yesterday the downloaded files wouldn't print, the print preview showed a blank white page, and on one file a box popped up that said "password required". I can view the files in safari and when I saved one file to my desktop, it was blank. I have never password-protected any PDF on my computer. Does anyone know what could have happened and how can I fix it?  thanks

Hello!  I use a particular form that I create a fillable PDF for.  I have to change and delete many of the fields and want to save that as a template so I don't have to make those changes everytime I make this form fillable.  Can that be done?  Thanks in advance!

Don't know if I am in the right place, It has been proven that using document cloud integration in Sharepoint to open pdfs will  absolutely not work if the file/folder/link character limit is over ~248. I've put a PDF in the Cloud section, so that everything I did would be synchronized everywhere. I have read 40 pages and highlighted everything I wanted, only to discover later that some highlights were saved and others did not. I have to read 20+ pages all over again.Why?!If I am in the cloud section and I highlight something, it takes ages for the "saving of x.pdf file completed" message to appear, even for highlighting one single word, and sometimes it doesn't appear at all! Instead when you use a PDF that you shared with yourself there is ALWAYS this bar showing the synchronization status (the cloud with the green dot). When I am in this mode (using a shared file), the syncronization is istantaneous and you see it so that you are sure that everything is saved, as it should be! Why isn't that the case for all documents in the "Cloud" section? Why? I wasted hours for nothing.  This bar should be always present in all the documents in the cloud section. &

How can I delete my recent files without removing them from my Document Cloud?

Hi  I have an issue regarding opening my pdf files from a sharepoint document library in Adobe Document Cloud. This issue is only a problem in Chrome. It works fine in Microsoft Edge and IE. I have cleared cache and cookies, allowed all cookies and restarted both browser and computer several times. Is there a problem with Chrome and Adobe Document Cloud?  Best Regards, Esben 

I have been unable to print from Adobe since the last upgrade using DC10. Printing from the top icon or printing from the file drop down does not work and it does not go to the spool file. I have to print from Outlook file, right click and Quickprint. The file cannot be open. I am wasting tons of time and paper this way. Help please

Hello.  We use Adobe scan and I just realized that it's saving already in the free adobe document cloud.  (Finally understanding the clouds.)  I'm a business owner and I'd like to be linked to my manager so she can scan and send docs to my adobe cloud.  When using Adobe scan, does it automatically send to a free adobe document cloud?  How do I invite her to share with mine?  How do I make it only parts of mine that she's linked to?  Basically, looking for privacy that she only has access to certain parts and also that she doesn't have to pay for extra cloud for herself.  I think she'd need to delete her scans eventually if it saved in her document cloud after scanning.  (I've used dropbox and google drive, but can't seem to find an invite for adobe.)  Thank you for your help, in advance.  Deb
