Adobe Acrobat Online

Hi! Is there any way in which I can download a file shared by me from the documentcloud? I have a file which appears under "Shared by me", but the only options are deleting it or clicking on it, which makes it open but again, no download option appears. 

I am facing problem in uploading the document cloud. File is not converting in pdf file very soon. It's all time buffering. Please resolve this problem at earliest.

I keep getting this error when trying to upload outlook attachments to adobe document cloud. I have two email addresses in Outlook and am always logged in to Adobe on one. I have tried disabling and enabling the add in and restarting outlook/computer. 

How do you "share" or copy a pdf file to social media?

Hello, I am having an issue with the Online Adobe acrobat combine tool.I have signed in to my account and tried to upload files to combine, and since yesterday I am getting an Unsupported File error. I receive this error weather I am on my laptop or my work computer. One is running windows 10 the other is running Windows 8. I think this is a server side issue.  I have spoken to adobe support and they have asked me to relogin, change location of the pdf file before uploading, following the instructions of "helpx.adobe.com/in/document-cloud/help/using-pdfpack.html". Nothing is working. I have used this service for the past 2 years with no issue.

I am current using Final Draft 7 for screenwriting. Every time I try saving my script in Final draft it keeps on telling me that the printer name is invalid & when I go into Adobe acrobat reader DC it clearly shows that the script in there but when I click on it to try to open it I keep getting this message - File not found check file name and try againg.  And why can't I delete the several so called files listed as the script every time I try to delete them nothing happens. I am at my wits end. Is there any one who can help me please. 

I need help please.   I keep getting an error when also trying to convert from PDF to WORD.   All it says is "conversion failed".  I have tried all the troubleshooting recommended on this site, and currently paying to "export" files.

I will end my subscription at Adobe. This is a hard way to do this. Totally ridiculous. Quit my profile immediately.

I recently created a presentation with an imported MP4 video in Adobe Presenter 11.5.  Under Settings I attached a PDF file.  When previewing, it show the attachment.  When I publish and upload to our LMS, it does not appear.Secondly, going forward, in any new presentations I create, it shows this same PDF file in preview, even though there is no attachment/file under Settings - in other words, it's automatically pulling it in. What would cause this?Thanks! 

We are using Adobe Document Cloud for sending PDFs for commenting and viewing and as of this week are no longer receiving Adobe Document Cloud email notifications when people comment or mark up a PDF. The email notifications have been working previously. The email address has been added to our email settings and is not being blocked. We do get the notifications in the bell symbol while signed into our Adobe Document Cloud accounts, although this is all. Is there currently an issue with Adobe email notifications? Can any provide some support or troubleshot so we can resolve this issue. Thank you.

Is there any way to use my own Synology NAS for a Storage Account in Adobe Reader DC?So when I click on "Add an Account", then I can use my Synology NAS network credentials and access PDF books & documents stored on my Synology NAS -- instead of Dropbox or Google Drive etc.

I have been using the online vs with my chromebook for atleast 3 weeks.  Up unitl yesterday, I have been able to use all available services.  Today I am not.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I bough Acrobat pro for my iPad and wanted to edit text on my pdf page . There is no tools to edit text on pdf or erase text on pdf. May I know how to erase text that is on PDF?

Hi Can anyone help me? I have a PPT that has been exported as a PDF. When you click on an object/link it flashes up a colour around it to show its been clicked. Does anyone know how to remove this? Its like a mouse down state. Basically I do not want anything to flash when you click on it. Thanks

I am having trouble signing in to a pdf document.  The first two fields in the pdf are username and password which are required to look up information from a particular source.  When I click the login button I get the following error: Warning: JavaScript Window -The form is currently unable to connect to the internet, please check your internet connection settings and try again. If problems persist, contact your System Administrator. (142) Can anyone help please?  I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2020.009.20063 on a Macbook. 

Hi there. Quite desperate. A crucial workbook that I had completed on my phone did not seem to want to be re-sent (the option to send was not available to me). The option to send would not appear. I figured I would un-share the file and then be given the portion to re-share, whereupon I could select who I could/would share my completed pdf workbook. After I clicked unshare and clicked back on the pdf file it says "Unable to open file" and "Unshared files can't be opened on the mobile device. Please open the file on the web or in your desktop app." I cannot access the pdf file on the phone so I have come onto the laptop to access the file. I have Adobe Reader on my laptop. Please can you layou exactly how I can get access to the file I unshared around half an hour ago. I have saved the file and sent it from my email account. When I tried to log into adobe my email address was not recognised so I have just set up an account to be able to submit this que

I am able to convert small documents but when I tried to convert a big one 56MB, after upload it (cloud or desktop), I am receiving an error message "Conversion Failured". Conversion for .rtf shows the same.Any suggestion ?

How can I Sync My Creative Cloud to My Document Cloud PDF Services?

Is there a way to resolve multiple comments at one time in the document cloud service. I have tried to select a bunch (which is allowed) but whenever I right click and resolve it only resolves the one comment. Not sure why we have the function to select a bunch of comments if we can't resolve or take action on multiple comments at one time.

When I try to convert documents, the result is a mainly blank document with only the graphics showing and most text missing and the rest just unreadable  -eeeeee.........---------eeeeee etc!help!
