I created a fillable PDF from a form I was sent. I began filling it out, but could not complete it in one sitting. I re-opened the same PDF and now I can no longer add text to any of the fields that I created for filling. What gives? How can I continue to edit and fill the text boxes after saving a document? This seems like it should be pretty standard practice. Also, is it possible to store more than two signatures or is that the max? Thanks!
Reference: Adobe Export PDFQuestion: How do I download Adobe Export PDF to my new Dell computer given the fact I paid for a subscription November 2017 which expires November 2018, and my Adobe Export PDF on my old Samsung computer (now scrapped and no longer working) was not transferred to my new Dell computer when a 3rd party made file & data transfers to my new computer last week?Thank you,Lewis Crawford
Muy buenas noches saludos cordiales.. como podria resolver un problema que me presenta en esto de la suscripción para poder comvertir documentos o como podria ponerme en contacto con el servicio al cliente de esta empresas... muchas gracias.
Hi AandSri, Grateful if you could also reply to my similar issue as below:I am having the same issue with Adobe track and send, it will send smaller files but my larger files which include video (but are still under the size limits) will not send. The track and send seems to crash my outlook when I try to send these larger files. I have tried uploading my file to the Adobe document cloud and creating a link to share using https://cloud.acrobat.com/send but both come up with error messages last minute. It would be great if you could help with this asap as I only have Adobe creative suite so that I am able to send and track these large files. Many thanks,Morgan
Once I fill in a form, it will print the filled in fields, but as soon as I click fill and sign and add signatures, the signatures are the only thing that prints, none of the other typed info prints. I can't type info in after it's signed. Please help. This is INSANELY frustrating, as I use these forms, daily. Downloading fresh copies of the forms doesn't help. The only workaround I've found is to take a snapshot and save it to word as a word doc, and print it that way, but that is very time consuming and ridiculous, and one form I use doesn't even work that way, so I have to take a screen shot and paste it into word, and that gets blurry. This is so frustrating!! Thank you.
I do my formatting in Word 2010, saving my work as a .docx file. Then I convert to .pdf to send the result to the professional printers who send out my newsletter. I could use Word to save the pages as a .pdf, but I have found that the resolution of .jpgs and .pngs is much improved if I convert the file using the Adobe PDF Pack online app instead of the built-in Word conversion process, so I paid for a year-long subscription to Adobe PDF online services. In December 2019 I converted a page with a textbox that contained alot of text in Adobe Hebrew font. It converted accurately, as the PDF Pack has always done for me. However, today (February 18, 2020) when I tried the same file, using the same account and conversion option, the result was that the font was changed (to what font I do not know) to a somewhat similar font style, which changed the spacing, which cut off the last line in the textbox. Same file - different month and different result. When I used the "save as" command in Word
I have same issue as this one:Hebrew (or any RTL) Text in form field disappears unless you click on itI created a formI changed everywhere to RTL languages (in Adobe, and in Document and also in Fields. If I type english letters the text is vissibleIf I type hebrew letters, I can see the letters while I am typing, but when the field lose focus (clicking on the next field) the text I just typed disappears. If I click again on the same field to gain focus, the text I just typed is there. Can someone help on this? I saw the thread I mentioned above, and I did all suggestions there, but no solutionHelp Please. Moshe
Says “go to email app and open the pdf or image of attachment and then hit share and then choose open in adobe sign and fill” but when I do that the option for adobe doesn’t even pop up and I’ve tried reinstalling the app This app that was successful with being able to sign documents after I sent them or shared them but then all of a sudden when I went to send or share the document the bubble for the app I’ve successfully used in the past doesn’t show up
I knew how to do this on the old interface but I have no idea how to do it now. I've looked everywhere for tutorials and advice but I'm getting no where. Need to have forms on my website that can be filled in and then signed by two seperate people and then emailed to me. Any help? Please!!
Hello,We subscribe to the Adobe Send & Track service, which is no longer available for new subscriptions. We use it to send and track files, but are now meeting the following error message: You have reached the maximum number of recipients. This was not an issue before. Please advise on whether this is a bug or if a new limit has been placed on our paid subscription.
Is there a default folder that I maybe deleted, by accident? When I try to save something to libraries, I get an error that says there was a problem with saving to libraries.
We are running O365 ProPlus C2R 1902.11328.20512 in Citrix. We also have Adobe Acrobat DC running in Citrix. When users are launching Outlook, and they have the "SendAsLink" add-in enabled, Outlook is locking up right away. Are there any updates we can run for Adobe that would relieve this issue? Currently, we are denying the plug-in dll using Ivanti. There has to be a better long-term solution. Especially if we would consider using this capability.
The links I have sent the past few days will not open, they just keep loading... anything I can do??
Help, it seems that after converting a PDF to word the O's and G's have disappeared. Is there an easy fix to this ???
Can we share .zip files using Document Cloud? I am able to upload the file, but unable to share it.Returns with Error: Sharing is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.
Two questions. 1. Where do I delete files from to free up space? 2. What do I use now to send multiple files since this feature was removed?
I'm on a Mac using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC v2019.021.20061. Since this update, "Sharing" a Portfolio only sends the first pdf. How can I share entire Portfolio with all the documents intact?
Who can see/search my files? How can I make files private? Why does my phone tell me that I have to agree to make my files public in order to upload them on Adobe.com?Thanks in advance
Hi: I need to scan thousands of documents and upload them to a site for easy reference with 10 employees of my company. Can I do that with Adobe Document Cloud?
Hello! Within the in-browser Acrobat (Adobe Document Cloud), there is currently no way to validate digital signatures. Users still have to download the PDF and open the PDF in Adobe Reader/Acrobat in order to validate digital signatures. Is there a way to validate digital signatures in the web browser? Or can this capability be added to the roadmap? For years I entrusted my most important pdf files to the free document cloud pdf services through my Adobe account. Worked great. However, this month I bought a subscription to creative cloud. As a result it seems all my earlier saved pdf documents have disappeared. Now the document cloud PDF services simply says: "There aren't any files in Document Cloud yet". Does this means all my saved files have gone? Is there any way to get access to my previously saved files? I entrusted these documents to Adobe given their claim that this service is reliable.
So when I open Creative Cloud on my desktop, I have a link to "cloud documents" that takes me to where my supposed documents in the cloud are. However, nothing shows up there. I even have some files that are in a "Creative Cloud Files" folder on my PC that was automatically added when I installed creative cloud. However, when I scan documents, they don't show up in either of these places. So is there a THIRD place I should be looking for my documents in? All of this cloud stuff is extremely confusing, from libraries to documents, to more. I'm skeptical of the new Photoshop save to cloud feature because of this as well. I just don't know how to get to my own stuff.
https://documentcloud.adobe.com Thank you,
I have just spent an hour with technical support who seem not to understand this basic question. If you have Document Cloud, is there a local folder where you can place your files so that you have them in two places—locally in a folder, and in the cloud. It doesn't seem like a difficult thing to ask, yet they've taken me around the block and back again talking about mobile apps and other services!Does Document Cloud work like DropBox or OneDrive, or GoogleDrive, where you have a dedicated folder on your desktop where the files reside and they sync with Document Cloud. Because if that is the service, I don't have that folder.
I keep attempting to compress a pdf file but a error screen pops up saying it cannot complete this request and that I should contact support. I did that and they sent me here.
