I scanned documents into the cloud, I have to have them visible to download toa company from there website. They won't accept anything from cloud. can you please help me.jj 

I run into a problem when I do it fוll and signed, What do I need to do to solve the problem?

You receive a "file conversion" error when you try to convert a PDF file using the Export PDF service. Click here to know more about the error.

We installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2018.009.20044, and setup a PDF printer to convert printing jobs to PDF files. We found some printing jobs are missed and aren't converted into PDF files if there are many printing jobs are sent to PDF printer at the same time. We tried to pause the PDF printer, and found all printing jobs were in the printer queue. But some PDF files were generated in the file folder that we configured in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC even though the PDF printer is paused. And after we started the PDF printer, not all printing jobs in the PDF printer queue are converted into PDF files in the file folder. There are only those PDF files that were generated during the PDF printer was paused. For example, there are 332 printing jobs in print queue when the PDF printer is paused, and 232 PDF files are generated in the folder that we configured in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC even though the PDF printer is paused. After we restart the PDF printer. there are only these 232 PDF files.

Hello, I subscribed to the annual PDF Pack (changed from monthly plan in App store), and cannot since covert any files to pdf etc. I tried cancelling the subscription option but was not successful. This is going on for two moths now. How can I restore the full paid for features?

Is there any way to download a document from Adobe Cloud to Pixel phone?  I can't find "download" function anywhere.

I have a very clean and easy to read 2,500 page PDF file that I want to convert to Excel so I can edit and use just several pages out of the document.  The 8MB document seems to upload fine and starts to convert but after a full day running in the background it does not seem to ever finish the export - it just keeps spinning on it and indicating it is working on the conversion.Is there a maximum file size?  How long should this export take? 

Why does convert return thin horizontal lines instead of text?

It says " We were unable to create your agreement ( File # document .pdf) because we had a problem processing your document ( File# document Pdf).This may only be a temporary problem, However, If you have tried more than once to create this agreement with the same document, Please visit our online support system...... Now what?

why conversion to word give no text?

Hi,I have searched a solution to something that seems so simple but I have been unable to find a way to delete templates in the Document Library, can anyone help with this? It was simple in the old layout but cannot find a way since the update.

I am unable to convert PDF files to JPG files in Adobe Export PDF, Adobe plan I have had for several years.  Recently renewed, and have the latest update.  The option to convert to Image simply does not come up.  I have done this in the past, in fact, as I recall, I did this as recently as 2 months ago. I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed, v. 2019.012.20035, and the OS is Windows 7.

Will Adobe Export PDF convert hand-written information to Excel?

i need to create a template for our t&c as i need my collueagues to fill some parts before sending and also asking the signee to give some information like bank details, home address and choose some options. How do i do that as a template so everyone can just fill the prefilled sections and send it.[Title changed by moderator]

unable to sign last page of document under the fill and sign feature. please advise how to fix this issue. it has been this way since I signed up for the adobe document cloud service. thank you, stacey

I am unable to combine files, keeps giving conversion failure error

When I am on my adobe pdf on the right hand side of the pdf its says convert Adobe Export PDF. I am trying to convert an adobe pdf to a microsoft (*.docx). When I press on convert a popup comes up and says "An error occurred while sighing in ." Im not sure why this is happening because it clearly states my name above export pdf .Note: Personal Phone number removed by moderator[Title edited by moderator]

just purchased not a product, as I was corrected by Adobe help, the service... per advertising it said it would be able to split a pdf into multiple pdf's. now it doesn't look like it. was advised there is no help supported with the service I purchased, but they're more then happy to sign me up for the more expensive version! I don't have the time or money to play around. All I want to do is split larger pdf's into several pdf's. anyone that can guide me??? I'm ready to cancel the service!!!
