Adobe Acrobat Sign

Can someone explain why I have to download either Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat to digitally sign something with a digital certificate via my smart card? Why can't I do the entire process in the web browser and not download Reader/Acrobat? Thanks

Hi all-    I am having the hardest time figuring this out.  I have created a PDF fillable form with drop down menus, signature fields, text boxes, etc. After my customer completes the form with text, I then route it to our management team for signatures via Adobe Sign.  When uploading it to Adobe Sign, the platform states there are multiple errors. To process the document, I need to delete the fields, which I do to get it routed. However, when I get it back the form is locked due to secruity reasons, etc. I cannot make any more edits (I can even use the "comments" tool).  Is there a way that I can route the document through Adobe Sign and, when completed, the fully executed document still possess text fields, drop down menues, etc? 

I have sent same client 4 forms to sign, all have been successful bar one. I have sent it twice and my log in states that its not complete and not signed, however when client tries to sign it, it states it is already completed and signed, any help here is appreciated as I have already sent it twice.

I am using API POST/agreements to send an agreement. Now signer always show Signature and Signer's e-mail address. See the picture.   Can I show only Signature?

Hi, I have a problem since few weeks.When uploading a Excel sheet to Adobe Sign, the date format is automatically change to mm/dd/yyyy.In the Excel, the date format is dd/mm/yyyy and the cell type is "date". It's not a Adobe Sign Tag.You can see the picture 'Date_Excel2.png' the Excel Sheet and in the picture "Date_AdobeSign2.png" the result in Adobe Sign.Do you have a solution for this problem ?Thank you for your help.

We send out a lot of different agreements that we send out to many different recipients. Is there a way to run a report and get a list of all the recipients? We have all of their accounts, just not sure how we can pull a report to list them all

I am filling out an application to be a mentee and it requires 3 signatures - mine, my bosses' and, at some point in the future, if my application is accepted/approved, my mentor.  Since the application has to be approved (by an internal group) before a mentor is assigned, is there a way to make a signature field for the mentor on the document?     Or is there a way my boss and I can sign, then I can make a flat file or something like that, that the mentor, once assigned, will be able to sign the document.    I've attached a blank copy of the application so you can see what I'm talking about.   Thank you! I use PowerAutomate to send agreement. When I use template with not form field to prefill, it sends the email fine. As soon as I add one field to pre-fill in my template, even though I fill it with data, it does not send it. It stays in pre-fill status and I need to open it in Acrobat Sign to confirm and send, which is a real waste of time, considering I use it ot send lots of files. Is there any way to force-send the email and skip this part ?

I want to selectively restrict users from being able to upload an attachment , and have selected the setting in the admin panel for the specific group (using the group settings ) . The option continues to appear on the page.( see attached image) I have managed to restrict deleting the Conga-generated agreement)  so I know at least some of the settings are working.  I know the attachment setting requires at least one selsction , but I specifically want to remove the "local files" option.  No setting seems to remove the Upload file button on the VF Page.   Any thoughts?Tom

I have a document that I must send to 15 recipients +/-.  In spite of the fact that my subscription (for which I spend nearly $900 a year) includes Acrobat PRO, which is supposed to accommodate up to 25 recipients per the Adobe help page here: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/sign/using/transaction-limits.html  I cannot enter more than 10 email addresses.   How do I fix this?  I can't even find a way to "upgrade" the Adobe portion of my Creative Cloud subscription on its own, if that turned out to be the only solution.   Compounding my frustration is the inability to find anywhere on your website a means of contacting a person, whether via phone or chat... it's simply impossible.  At times like this, it's hard to see the value in the extraordinary subscription fee.   Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Our organization has a multi-license account and is currently using the Web Form feature to allow non-organizational users direct access to our forms. If an individual Adobe online account/license is closed/terminated, does this cancel any Web Forms the user created? I created the Web Form that we are currently using, but it won't be a permanent solution if it no longer works when I leave the organization sometime in the future. Thanks!

is there a way to have the form field be highlighted when someone enters text? i have a multipage form and want to make it easier to see what they entered.

My query is how to  download all agreements once signed.I understand I can view signing status in the Activity Report and download a report with the Form Data. However, it is the agreements that I want to easily download to save to a sharepoint folder.Thank you

Is there a way to get a document set up with the signature panels open for everyone but you only need a majority to sign? Doesn't matter who specifically, just whoever signs first.

Is there a way to replace pages in a package that has been previously uploaded and tagged without needing to replace and retag every signature line in a package? If not is this a feature that can be added in the future?

When a document is being delegated a second time, I've noticed that the 1st party's name is pre-populated. How can that be changed so that the 2nd party can fill in the information to sign?

I am new to Adobe Sign for Salesforce. I have set up an agreement template with an additional attachment (File from Salesforce Object). When I generate the agreement, it pulls the correct related file from the Salesforce object but when proceeding to the next step (Preview and Add Signatures) I receive a generic error. After some investigating, I have found that if I change the ownership of the related file to myself instead of the system user I no longer receive the error. I have view access to the related file otherwise and I'd prefer not to have to change the ownership of the file. Is there a permission or change I can make to the Adobe Settings within Salesforce to accomplish this?

Hello, when one of our employees is sent a document to sign by use of Adobe Sign, he goes to sign and it defaults to the wrong name, causing him to have to change the signature by retyping it every time. The typed signature shows as correct but the image is where we find the incorrect name. We have tried to clear and then save the image but after we clear it for the document being signed, it reappears when it is time to sign a new doc. Can you send me directions for removing the incorrect name in the image section so that it quites defaulting to the wrong name?

How do I set up a countersign for all pages in a contract, and not on the page that we do the full signing?

Is there a way to print a report (or list) of all "Completed documents" to a text document, or spreadsheet for a certain timeframe, or all time?  Much needed! Thanks! P.S. Attached a pic of the "Compeleted" Tab - which is basically what I need as output except editable so a screenprint wont work.  

It is very inconvenient that we are unable to go back and add an additional signer after starting a document, but before clicking send.  We have forms that include about 6 signers that each need to sign at 2-3 times on the document.  If we forget one person, we have to start the entire process over.  It is extremely time consuming to place all of the signatures correctly and it happens often that we need to add another signer. I really hope that this can be changed at some point!  If there is someone else I can contact, please let me know.
