Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi,I have a user who tries to utilize the signature onto documents in Adobe, it will shut down the whole document. We thought it was a file and drive problem since its not happening to everyone but only two users had the same problem. Hello, I have Adobe Acrobat Pro with an Enterprise license.  When I send documents for e-signatures using the Request E-Signature feature, I would like to be able to configure how the signatures are recorded.  Specifically, when someone signs with the text option, it prints their name as well as a timestamp with the date and time.  If they sign with an image or drawing the signature, it gives only the date (and sometimes not even that, if they have saved the signature). Is there a way to force the e-signature system to print the name and timestamp with every signature?  We have digital signatures (and it would be great to be able to e-signature with them!) but we need to do this with e-signatures so we can keep the audit logs. (Initially I posted this in the Acrobat forum: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/configuring-e-signature-display/m-p/13435991#M391747)

When I export the fields to CSV format, both from the Adobe website and from powerautomate, the string fields that have several lines created by the user of the form, export them as if they were different documents, making it impossible for the information to be collected correctly.That is, for example a string field:"AAAAABBBBCCCC"1st linecompleted,"email","role","first","last","title","company","TEXT"2nd lineYYYY3rd LineBBBB4 LineCCCCIt makes it impossible for the fields to be read in any way.

Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but I have this two page form where inputs are required from several users who apply their electronic signature once they have completed their part. The issue is once the form is submitted for the next person in line after the originator is done the fields that they fill in have associated fields that need a calculation to perform. For example if I have a column for the second person in line to add their inputs and sign that is for the "Quantity" and another column for that same user to complete for the "Size", then the next column is supposed to automatically calculate the "Total QTY" by multipling the first two columns together. This value just stays at zero when the second user in line adds their "Quantity" and "Size". Why wouldn't this automatically update the field next to it that has the calculation set up based on the inputs of this user's 2 columns of entries.  Please advise, SS

One of our user having this error while selecting image from sigature dailog box.Error Message: "Your Image could not be processed. Create Your signature useing another method, or try again later." We have already tested this option with other users and that is working fine, but this error occurs to this user only (till know), he had tried again and again but still same error. Do anyone have solution for this error? here is the screenshot: 

I have created a form with multiple fields. Depending on the need, some fields on the form may be left blank. I add the recipiants (Core Area Teacher 1 & 2 on attached) and their signature boxes to the form, but the blank fields (Core Area Teacher 3 & 4 on attached) are assigned to "Anyone". Is there a way to prevent these fields from being assigned at all? I only want the recipiants to have access to their signature fields and not the blank fields on the form.

From Adobe Sign Admin Console, how can I obtain a CSV file with the details of the transacions of my company account? I need to see which users have sent documents to sign for cost assingment. Thanks

One of the requirements regarding valid digital signatures for the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) is that the digital signature show evidence of authentication, the software provider’s seal/watermark or a code/key identifying the software provider.  Is this something that can be added to the signature field?

Como resellers y administrador de cuentas a nuestros clientes creamos otro perfil, pero asociado al mismo correo de administracion. Eso genero un perfil activo con todas las suscripcciones, pero para el caso de Acrobat Sign no es posible acceder, porque quedo asociado al perfil caducado y no es posible corregirlo. Si me cambio al perfil Personal, no funciona, porque no tiene licencias asignadas.   Quedo atento a su ayuda

Can you use a template to send a document to many email addresses, such that each email recipient gets their own document to complete individually?   When I try to use the "bulk send" feature, I am only able to see my documents, not my templates. And when I start with "using" a template, I don't see how to send the associated document to multiple email recipients individually.   Thank you!

Hello, Is there an option to create a flow to create a lead in Dynamics 365 when an adobe sign document is completed by a participant? We tried creating a flow with the Adobe triggers available, but it gives me a list of documents only that are in my completed list, not in the templates. 

I'm a real estate broker using Adobe Sign for transaction documents.I like Adobe Sign but have one major beef. When we receive an offer to purchase, we have the option to accept, reject or counter. When we counter an offer, our clients only initial the offer. They do not sign with a signature anywhere.Adobe Sign does not allow a document to only be initialed, requiring a full signature somewhere in the document., This is critical for me and other real estate brokers. We need to send out docs that require initials only.Can't you fix this?Thanks,Rick Padden

When I sign into Adobe Sign (https://secure.echosign.com/public/login), I am not routed to the Adobe Sign page, where I Send and Manage documents.  Now, when I sign in, the page is routed to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/, my Adobe Acrobat Home page.  I prefer to use the Adobe Sign site and have found there are same features and functions lacking when sending documents through the Adobe Acrobat Home page. Is there any way to get my account to stop routing to the home page, or does Adobe Sign no longer exist on its own?

Hi, I'm getting an invalid agreement ID error when I press "Send for Signature." What could be the cause of this and how can I fix it?

https://opensource.adobe.com/acrobat-sign/developer_guide/gstarted.html#configure-oauth if we use an oauth token to operate on behalf of a user, and that user changes their password in the Adobe system, does the current access token or the refresh token get invalided? I read https://opensource.adobe.com/acrobat-sign/developer_guide/oauth.html#refresh-token-request which would allow me to continually request valid tokens, but I'm concerned about what happens when a user changes their password in between token usages / requests

Hello,We have been using Microsoft Teams Approvals with Adobe Sign, but recently it has stopped working. I can see all my Adobe Sign activity in Teams, but if I click "Needs action" and then "Review,"  I get a message that says "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue." The Adobe Acrobat Sign Teams app works fine, so I don't think it's a licensing issue. Thank you.

I thought I had posted this already, but it disappeared as soon as I selected the "Post" button at the bottom of my screen. Anyhow, no matter what I attempt to do, I cannot get my form tab order to work. It always only tabs through my form by row and not the defined order I have set up. I even turned off "Automatically adjust tab order when modifying fields" option under the Forms section of the Preferences dialogue box. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, SS

When bulk-sending to multiple people, each form needs a countersigner.Copy of form goes out to multiple recipients via bulk-send (Signer1) and once signed, is sent to a counter-signer (Signer2)Is it possible to have a counter-signer when using the bulk-send tool?   

I recently had to switch my adobe form to landscape view from portrait. Took quite a while, but I got it to work. Now as soon as I go to E-Sign -> Request E-Signatures and enter the e-mail address of the individuals I wan to sign the form every field on my 2 page form will shift about 0.2" to the left. I have no idea what could be causing this. I'm new to creating forms in Adobe. This is the first one I've attempted.   Hopefully I can salvage this form without having to put it back in Portrait mode because it is much easier to understand in landscape. I've attached a screenshot of part of the form to show the shifting.     Thanks, SS

On one post it said to change the address in the Preferences > Email Accounts. Here is a screen shot. I changed the names.Thom Parker told me that isn't where it changed and I can't find where to change it. How can I sign the document in Adobe Sign before I send it to client to sign?

I'm displaying an agreement in an iframe for signing in our web app.  When the UI for signing is displayed, in the top left there's an Options menu which has an item titled "Read Agreement".  If the user clicks it, the iframe reloads with a read-only view of the document. I cannot see a way for them to get back to the signable version, and can't find a way to disable this menu item (though I did find a way to disable the delegate and decline options).  Once the iframe reloads in read-only mode, the Options menu disappears, and all icons are missing tooltips to make it easy to find out what they do, but I really think I tried everything that looked like it might get them back to signing. Our use case requires the participant to sign the agreement, and allowing them to go down other paths where they get stuck will result in frustration for them, lost revenue/participation for us, and a high volume of support calls. How can I disable the read-only menu item?&
