Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi, Today, when I want to change to step 'specify where to sign', Adobe show me a pop-up where says 'Unable to process request' 'Please contact customer support for help'. I need this system for my job. Help me please. Best regards

If you send a form for someone to sign via Adobe Sign, and they indicated some changes, can they send it back without signing it?  I have a form that needs a signature that the person approves it, or a signature that they need some changes, which there are comments boxes to do that, and another signature box to indicate they understand that a final version will be sent to them after completing those changes.  If I send it via Adobe Sign and indicate two signature areas, if they only apply one signature to say they need changes, will the document come back to me, or it will stall as they only applied one and not both.

Dear all, I have tried to upload a fully executed version for a document that was approved but not signed, as the version sent for signature had been approved by all signors but lacked the fields for name and title of the signor. I submitted the document for signature only via Adobe Sign so the fields could be added, without having to request the approvals again. When I try to upload the executed version, however, the system says I do not have permission to complete this step:How do I fix this?

We have not seen this requirement previously, is this a new thing for Adobe? The signer is being required to acknowledge the T&Cs for each and every document. Shouldn't this be for one instance? This is for a signer who is receiving multiple signature requests, each document opened requires the acknowledgement - shouldn't this be set up for the intial request and not show up on each one - time consuming for the signer.

Does adobe sign provide any better way to send a response when the Agreement is signed ?postSignOption has only the redirecturl. But we want to add some query parameters (like externalId, signedtime) in the url or  receive a response json when the agreement is signedRight now the only option i can see is keep polling for every 1 hour using the agreeementid/externalid and fetch the status. But this will not be a good design. 

I have several users with Adobe Pro DC subscription. Randomly one wil report that when they are trying to setup a form to get multiple signatures that the screen for Adobe sign is just blank.  I tried looking through the support docs for a solution to no avail.  Any help here would be great.

Hello - I opened a support case in mid July due to issues being unable to integration AdobeSign with Salesforce. The case is still unresolved and our project ia very delayed. I attempted to message Adobe on social media. Someone told me they would assist and now my messages are being ignored. Hoping someone from Adobe will contact me.  

It is safe to use adobe sign to sign an employment contract according to GDPR?

Can anyone tell me how to do this and if it is available with Pro DC with advanced e-sign? I have old templates that allow me to save and reuse form fields. Now when I try to create a new template, I only have the option to save it as a reusable document. I understand there typically is an option in the top right hand corner to edit "Template Properties".. however, the only thing it allows me to do is change the name of the file. My subscription is virtually worthless without this feature. Wish Adobe would clearly state what features are available with each plan.

We are using adobe sign with ur Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement app.I understand that Adeobe sign plugins  will send out the email with link to document to capture the digital signatures.We have a requirement that we do not want the link to document sent by email instead, display the link in our portal and customer to login to our portal to sign the document.Is it possible  to get the link of the document instead of sending it through email ? 

We phased issue with declining to sign a document."When there is a mistake to the document and we want to decline the agreement, for some reason when we press decline nothing happens and we cannot decline the agreement. "Is there something we can check to fix it? 

I have 2 computers, they are both running Adobe Reader DC 2021.007.20095One computer has the "Sign" button, the other has the "Sign yourself "button. Both buttons do the same thing.My problem is that I have a "software robot" programmed to click the "Sign" button, and for some obscure reason, on one of the computers the button is now called "Sign yourself", and the robot cant see this button. Can anyone help me either have both buttons be "Sign" or both be "Sign yourself" ? Cheers!

Hi I have been trying to change the Agreement Name on AdobeSign as I do not want the agreement (especially when it pulls through to the Audit report at the top) to be the name of the documents within. I have attached an example - where I've highlighted it says "I want to change this" (this is now be the name of the agreement) - how do I change this?!

Good Day How can I fix this issue where one of the users accounts in my organisation is being assigned a free Adobe account even afters assigning the Licenced Enterprise account to that particular user. I have tried to delete that account and re-add the user but it keeps saying you have 5 signatures left. 

We have a requirement where a document could be signed twice by the same person (email recipient) - acting for two different roles.The agreement is initiated via API using hybrid routing and two Recipeint Sets with sequential signing Order.This works fine, however if the recipeint tries to delegate to another person , the second delegation sometimes fails with the error:"You can't delegate your signature to xxxx who is already party to this agreement"How can we allow signatories to relaibly delegate to the same person, twice?

We are creating agreements via API using Hybrid Routing. If a recipient attempts to delegate and accidentally mistypes an email they do not recieve any notification of their error ? (the email bounce.) An undeliverable notification does go to the email for the creator of the agreement - but not to the recipient. Is there anything we can add to the payload to ensure the original signer/recipient is notified as soon as the email bounces without having to go back to the agreement creator? (esp as in our case the agreement was created via API) 

While customer facing, we use adobe acrobat APP for IPAD to create our contracts and adobe sign APP for IPAD to have them signed. As of last week, the APPs have stopped consistently communicating. We have been using the apps for the last few years without issue so something has changed. We have deleted all apps reinstalled. signed out and signed in and updated the iPad IOS and apps. nothing has resolved the issue. We are able to fill in the document in acrobat, and then send a copy to sign, however when sign is attempting to render/build the contract it fails and notes " unable to send document, Operation Failed"

I am using DELEGATE_TO_SIGNER role to allow participant to assign someone else to sign the agreement. After the agreement has been delegated, I am using the GET /agreements/{agreementId}/signingUrls to retrieve the signing URL for the current signer. The problem is that get signingUrls API method is still returning the URL for the delegator instead of the URL for the current signer (which is delegated by the delegator). Is this a bug in adobe sign?  If I call the get agreement or get agreement members, I can see that the new delegated member has been added to the agreement and the email also being sent to that member. Is there a way to get the current signing URL using the API after it has been delegated?

Does anyone else have problems with webhook callbacks in adobe sign region EU1 ? I have create multiple developer accounts in other regions, NA1, SG1, EU2 and the callbacks works fine.Have also created an additional EU1 account to confirm the problem, and it persists. The webhook we are testing for this is AGREEMENT_CREATED. The same code on the same machine is used to test the webhooks. The only change is the account credentials / urls. We noticed this problem on Monday the 27th of September. Can someone else confirm this? ThanksMartin
