Adobe Acrobat Sign

Please help with this ASAP. I understand this feature used to be available in Enterprise edition.   I have a PDF document. It is a booking form. I have inserted URL links into the PDF taking people to privacy policy and a payment link page. When I upload the document to Adobe Sign and take it through the process to be ready for signature the document looses the clickable link. The text remains but the link itself is no longer recognised and Adobe Sign only directs the user to the signature fields.   How can I solve this issue where I would like the customers to be able to click on a link within the Adobe Sign document before they sign.   Please let me know ASAP and I will be very grateful.   Thank you, David   Moving from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the correct forum... Hello, I am trying to use the Adobe Sign Extention with Zoho CRM. I have signed up for the Adobe Sign Enterprise Trial account, and have attempted to sign into the extension but received an error "Unable to authenticate because the client configuration is Invalid: Invalid_Request". I have verified that using other browsers, or using incognito mode does not resolve the issue. I have also verified that my credentials are correct. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

I am successfully able to send an externalId as both an agreement level and documentCreationInfo level value. However, I cannot successfully query by either value using (for example) either:https://api.na2.echosign.com/api/rest/v5/agreements?externalId="CPQ-Agreement-GUID-DocumentLevel"norhttps://api.na2.echosign.com/api/rest/v5/agreements?externalId=CPQ-Agreement-GUID-DocumentLevelAlso, it appears that both externalId and callbackUrl are not visible via the API. Is there a way to force these values to be returned?

I keep receiving (sometimes upto 5 a day) the below email from echosign@echosign.com. I upgraded to the paid plan a month ago. I don't know why these started last week. I cannot unsubcribe from them! My adobe sign app "Save" button is always disabled when trying to add to TEAMS channel tab. Any solution?

When we send out efile authorizations to our clients directly, they come back with the clients name (from their email address and our form name, which is ideal. However, we have a New Client Questionnaire on our webpage and when prospective clients fill that out, the Document Title just has the account holders email address in it, which is not helpful. How can I change this?

Hello, we keep having this formatting issue when uploading a word document into adobe sign where part of the content will produce an error message. (see footer) The only way we have been able to get around it, has been duplicating the file in a Word document.   Does anyone know how to solve/avoid this issue?  

I am routing some documents through Adobe Sign. I am unable to sign them in Adobe Sign, though - the signature field is greyed out and tells me "Sign with Acrobat", and it walks me through the workflow of doing so. The problem with this workflow is that all of the Form Fields get locked down as soon as I proceed with the Sign with Acrobat workflow - I do not want this, as I need to allow edits to certain form fields after I sign the document. Other documents that I receive for signature allow me to sign directly in Adobe Sign, so I am curious why this workflow is different? Is there any way to change this behavior? Ultimately, my goal is for the Form Fields to not be locked after my signature. Thanks,I. Kinal

Issue: the URL parameters from the webform embed code do not auto-fill on the first load of the form immediately following KBA auth. They only auto-fill after KBA auth AND a subsequent page reload. My company has three Adobe Pro DC web accounts. On two of the accounts the "request signature" option is suddenly no longer available.  We haven't changed anything in the preferences so are unsure why this would drop off. All three accounts have the same Adobe Pro DC with edocs sign account subscription.   

I have a template with few form fields. I want to send document to sign using this document. with prefill values which I send with my API call but I could not found  a way to send form field details with key/value pair. Also I have 3 signature fields on the template, one of them is conditional but when i added the third recipient, it created a new placeholder on the form for it.

Hi there,I have set up a flow in power automate that when a file is put into a folder it sends it off to Power Automate and notifies the participant.The problem is I set up the connection with my Sign account details so every request comes from me, but there are 6 people who will be putting documents into this folder at any point in time as it is for purchasing approvals.Does anyone know how I can change this behaviour?Thanks

Have been experiencing tons of issues with Adobe Sign, and just noticed something that might be a clue.In Microsoft 365, we've added Adobe Sign to our "Integrated Apps" - but when we do, it shows up in the list as "This is a test do not install" - and that's nothing that we have set of control ourselves. It's as if somehow Adobe is deploying a bogus/test version of the add-in. WTF?

I'm not able to create a sample project in adobe sign in developer consile. I'm gettinb an error like  "contact your system administrator to request access to this service"

I am able to sign into Adobe no problem, but when I go to sign into Adobe Sign I receive a login error and cannot proceed to any of my files. This is preventing me from moving forward with multiple hires, and is very concerning. Does anyone have some advice or plan of action?  Thanks, 

Hi all, I would like to ask with the transaction-based license in Business account (i think the assistant said around AUD $4.5/transaction), we can use Bulk sign feature right?  What's the minimum limit we can buy? 50 or 100?  Also how much is the discount level for this license?  Thank you. 

I have a template that requires 5+ signatures on including myself throughout. When I fill in the participants and want myself to be the signee I have used both the "add myself" option and typed in my phsycial address and no matter which way I enter my account after my appearance the first two times it no longer recognizes my account and syncs the form to show up under the "waiting for you" status under the Manage tab in my adobe sign account, even though I am the next person who needs to sign. I still get the email notification that I need to sign it but it just isn't as handy as logging into my Adobe account and viewing the "waiting for you" status. Is there anyway to fix this or am I entering something wrong? Thanks for any help

That would require login to the Adobe sign to authorize access. Which then generates the code needed for the token service. https://api.adobesign.com/oauth/token Our solution would like to invoke APIs without the process via browser and that requires login to the Adobe sign. Is there a way to acquire that code programatically. That can be send to the token service without the browser interaction and approval process.
