Adobe Acrobat Sign

I need a form that has fillable fields and allows multiple signatures. I have the form completed and 3 digital signatures required. I do not know the names or emails of the people who need to sign the form. This will change for each organization that I work with.  Additionally I want to be able to export and track the data from each form that is submitted to me through the submit button on the form - I can do that, but the form will not allow multiple signatures.I can either post the form on a website or send it to one recipient via email.Please let me know of ideas to get this to work.

we want to use adobe sign form fill app on an ipad in the office to fill out an intake form. the form works fine.  the only problem is, when the patient is done, they have access to all the other forms that were filled out which is not an option.  is there a way around this?

Curious if any other users are finding the typical selection on the homepage (https://secure.adobesign.com/public/login) to be missing and instead a blank-white page being displayed? Even from our administrative account I cannot add a tempelate to library or initate a Mega Sign transaction as these UI buttons are non-present.

Hello All, Anyone come accross this before? This is occuring on Bulk sign and Self Sign, its affecting a number of people but not all.   

I have to sign the same document 400 times, but it always goes to someone else for a second signature. Can I somehow sign the 400 documents only once and all 400 documents are then signed, or does each document always have to be signed individually?Thank you very much.

Send in Bulk allows us to send a unique agreement to unique recipients using fields from a csv. However, the version recipients see in "Review and Sign" has one field replicated in every field. This means the particulars they need to make a decision are not viewable where they need to sign.  They can see the correct details when they select "Read Agreement" from the "Options" drop-down. The problem with this is they lose the signing capability. Review and Sign: Read Agreement: I have tried creating these unique "Send in Bulk" agreements a number of different ways, and recieving through 3 different browsers with no success. Any thoughts or fixes are appreciated. -Jonathan

Hi there,I have been trying around with a demo acount and I came across a strange behaviour when using a template containing several documents to be signed.These are merged and treated as a single file during the agreement process and I haven't found a way to retrieve them individually. The "Keep document separated" option in the account configuration does only have an effect on the attached documents. In the web interface as well, I can find only a single merged document.Sending basically the same agreement directly and not via a template, I have no issue to get the files individually though. That's why I suppose this is related to the fact that I am using a template.Does anyone know whether there is a way to avoid this behaviour? Did I miss something when creating the template or in the configuration?Laurent

Hi, We're on an Adobe for Teams plan. I've created a document template in Adobe Sign that I would like to share with a teammate. All of the support documentation says I should be able to share by editing permissions in the template properties. However the only field that shows up in template properties is "template name". Why don't I see the option to share option? Thanks,KO

Hello, I apologize if this has been answered already - I couldn't find this question on the forum. Is it possible to have a form posted online (say my website) and anyone can access it and sign it?  I have a group of vendors who I would like to be able to sign a document with our company, but don't want to necessarily put in their emails, etc. ahead of time as I don't know who will be signing it.  It could be hundreds of signers individually signing this form.   Is there a way to do this?  

Hi All,We are working on Adaptive forms integration with Adobe esign.We are using adaptive form action as "Forms Portal Submit Action " and we are able to send adaptive form data as PDF for review and sign.But we are getting PDF with out-of-the-box styles, we would like to use custom branding for generated PDF before sending to customer. Please let me know if anyone worked on this use case. Thanks in advance.

Dear,We have a requirement that whenever approver/client rejects the agreement, the agreement should go back to the filler so that the filler can make correction in the existing agreement. Currently whenever the agreement is rejected by any of the party the whole process needs to be re-initated. After some due diligence i found there is some these sort of features available in the enterprise version, if anyone could share some insights on how the above requirements can be met will be helpful for us. Our organization has recently purchased licenses for Adobe Sign and I have setup the account with the proper send settings and Biophrama settings to comply with CFR Part 11. With that said, I do not get the same verification requirements when self signing, nor do users.  How do I ensure that the self signing (Fill and Sign) are compliant too?  I've searched everywhere and my settings are per instructions, but nothing is triggering additional verification, nor stamps after signing.

Kindly advise the implications of starting a new VIp agreement instead of renewing the existing Sign transaction account on the current VIP?

I am working on an integration with CRM, where a PDF stored in our system can be uploaded to AdobeSign and sent out for signature. I bought an Adobe Sign subscription yesterday, and haven't been able to send my documents yet because the product simply doesn't open.  Other tools which were purchased at the same time appear to be working well.  Anyone else having an issue logging into Adobe Sign?  Need to resolve quickly as deadline is quickly approaching for me to get these signatures. Sometimes I'll get a "request entity too large" after I've entered my username and password, but it only happens about 10 percent of the failed logins. Most of the time I enter my password and I just wait on a blank screen.  Thank you!

I am visually impaired and necesito sign PDF documents with my digital certificate using Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader DC, but really can not perform this operation without the help of a person who sees, using only the keyboard of my system. Hi,I'm working in a pharmaceutical company, and we have to produce GMP documents daily. The issue is that I have to implement a new document and procedure, and I would like to use a non-GxP tool to do so. I'd like to use the "Add recipient group" option.My company's IT support told me that one cannot use non-GxP options to produce documents once the account is set to GxP. We need a GxP account to produce GMP documents, we cannot skip it. Is there a way to switch back and forth between GxP and non-GxP formats? Is it allowed? Hi all,  For any Sharepoint integration users, has anyone else been able to enforce "Make document preview and authoring selected by default"? Every other setting/feature for the Sharepoint integrated console seems to work fine, only this is an issue. When our users are sending documents from sharepoint, they will always require previewing before sending. Having the default as "Send" poses a risk of sending documents without signing fields, something potentially damaging to our customers' experience and wasteful of our send quota. The screenshots attached below demo the scenario when "Allow senders to modify preview settings..." is disabled. When this is enabled, the preview option is still Send by defualt, though does allow the user to change as expected. I've raised this with adobe support who have said it's expected functionality, though I'd love to know if any other customers out there are experiencing this issue. Thanks everyone

Hello - I am wondering how to remove a signature saved in the sign yourself area of Adobe.  I have two signatures saved however I need to remove one amd replace it with another.  I cannot seem to do this. THank you 

The adobe document which is saving in notes and attachments of salesforce record is showing as blank page while opening in salesforce one mobile app in ipad and iphone and it is working perfectly in salesforce desktop version and andriod 

I have tried to re-enable Automatic Status Updates in two different sandboxes and are running into credential issues for each. I am using a username specific to the particular sandbox with the correct suffix and correct password and am receiving incorrect username/password errors. Attempting to enable status updates with a production login results in an incorrect organization error. Is there currently an issue with this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
