This has been happening all morning. Chat help with Adobe did not resolve the issue. I requested a callback and haven't heard back yet. Any ideas?
I know for the Adobe Sign Enterprise accounts the transaction limits are pooled even in the per user licensing model, but it isn't clear if it is the same for the "individual" accounts included as part of the Adobe Acrobat DC Pro Enterprise VIP subscription. The transaction limit is listed as 150 per year per user. I'm hoping the transactions are pooled so if we have twenty-five licenses then we have a limit of 3,750 transactions. Is that correct? Or if a single user goes beyond 150 transactions in a subscription year, will we be asked to upgrade to a standalone Adobe Sign Enterprise subscription? Regards,Lawrence
How can one edit the text in the template itself? Its so annoying that once the template is set you can only edit the fields but not the text. Would I need to create separate templates everytime? There are 20 or so field that need to be added each time. I am so frustrated that I am thinking about just cancelling this subscription.
We are having a very difficult time tracking a doument in a centalized location. I wish esign had a better visual manegement tool (like trello) to tell people where a document or payment is. Our Directors are wanting qus to use somethign other than esign's vauge titles and activity drop downs.
Hello, I have been getting this message for a few hours now, on recurrent attempts:Please can you let me know what to do next?Best,Shelley
We've developed an app for the scuba industry -- so we want to offer Signing to diver stores, so their divers can sign their documents. In this instance - how does pricing work? We as the App creator, are not actually signing anything, we'll just use the API to create the features to allow dive stores to send documents to their divers for signing. I'm assuing each dive store that wants to use this service that we'll write, will have to have a subscription to Adobe Sign? Is there a cost for us, as the developers? Many Thanks,
When using Adobe Sign and using a Template that I have used several times before I get this message below when I hit next after entering in the Recipient’s email. It won’t let me proceed and if I do it on a different computer it works fine and a different bowser and it works fine. This issue I have never seen before and only happens when trying to send a document through Adobe Sign.I am useing Google Chrome Browser when it happens. Cannot send the document for signature from Acrobat Pro DC. Acrobat DC includes tools to allow you to work with e-signatures. If you have the latest version, you will see Adobe Sign and Fill & Sign – and Fill & Sign has 2 options: Fill and sign (You) and Request signatures (Others) The options for Adobe Sign & Request signatures (Others) are powered by Adobe Sign Individual (“Sign Pro”) and allow Acrobat users to send documents for signature. If you are not able to send the document for signature when using Acrobat Pro DC and receive the following error message: “Access Denied: You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access.” It may be due to two possible reasons: You are using the Acrobat Pro DC as a part of the End term license agreement provided by your organization. Recently, Adobe Sign individual has been removed from the Acrobat Pro DC in ETLA offers. In this case, we
I sent a document to three employees to e-sign and return, so I could upload and send to the requesting department. Now I'm receiving a notice from the requesting department stating that I need to re-do the document and re-send for signatures as "it should be generating a routing log that shows the details regarding signing, dates, etc." I viewed the signed document on my Adobe account and see the e-signatures, but no routing information. Is this something I failed to do on my end; or is that supposed to be automatically generated when I send the form for signature?
When I have signed documents I cannot see signing date. [PII removed by moderator] And this is important for us. How you can see somhere it is possible. Why I cannot add Date field to my signatures in my profile? Thank you for your answer. Best Regards Ivan.
Anyone have a work-around for this problem? You send a conflict of interest agreement to all staff via Mega Sign. The form offers two fields: "I have no conflicts" and "Yes, I have a conflict and they are....", then they sign.Other than reviewing each and every signed agreement to see which feilds were complete, is there a way to search to see if a particular field was complete? (I only need to review the docs that have the field "Yes, I have a comflict" complete). I realize it may be too late for this one, but also exploring ideas for future sends. Thanks!
Getting 2 seperate error messages when trying to send out a document using Adobe Sign. This error comes up before you can even add an email/document to send. Then if you can get it past that point you get this error when trying to send
One of my favorite features of Docusign is that you can send multiple documents out at one time and receive them all back as both one combined file and separate files. We can't seem to find out how to do this with Adobe Sign and assume it's not yet possible. Has anyone else been able to do this? We'd love to find out how or find out how to submit the idea to become a new feature. I really don't want to send five emails out but we need our estimates, service agreements, and other documents saved separately.
As most of us read many books or articles through pdf or adobe reader, we find some difficult word and we have to search in the net or in another source to find its meaning, it will be good if we have synonym dictionary in pdf, it helps users to get the meaning for the required word their itself rather than navigating to another source to find it, this can be added as an inbuilt option to provide alternative terms.
I am looking at the different plans and I saw this column on their plan table (Signers/ Transaction). Does this limit refer to the amount of people you can have sign a docuemnt that you send out? For example, if your a youtuber who sends out consent and release forms to people allowing you to interview them, you can have hundreds of people you need to sign per year. The highest number I saw in the Signers/ Transaction colum was 25 for buissness and just 10 for indivdual. Does this mean you can only have that many unique people sign a docuemnt u send out per year? [Question moved to the Adobe Sign forum by moderator]
I have been getting error messages all day today. I tried tech support and they were 100% unhelpful. My password works just fine. I can get on the site. I only use Adobe Sign on the web, not via a progam. I have gotten the following two error messages today, consistently (AFTER deleting cache and all cookies from my computer): Error Message #1:We encountered an error while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again. If you continue to encounter this error contact our customer support. Error Message #2:"Draft is not accessible due to updated account settings. click OK to compose a new one". When I click OK, I get the 2nd error message posted above. Again. I was on with tech support for almost 2 hours and they sent me here.
As stated in the post below signature types can be enabed or disabled for documents. However, this is not true for individual users or documents, only applicable on a company-wide basis for someone with administrative access. Non-administrators need the ability to disable signature types for individual documents. This is essential in banking industry where signature cards must be written not typed, but most other documents can use typed signatures. Can this capability be enabled at the individual user level? Hi, I am facing issue while using the REST API for uploading Transient documents. It works well with using POSTMAN tool but not from a web page. I am trying to POST a form data using AJAX/JS/HTML, it throws error one after the other. Errors :Would you please help me out? Is someone facing the same issue. Thanks,Karthic.R
When adding signers I can type their name or even part of it and the email will appear making it easy to add them while others I must type part or all the email address. Why is that? Where are my signers name and email stored if anywhere or where is that look up feature pulling from so I can associate a name with an email? It is so much easier to just type a name (or part of it) and have the email appear.
The server keeps giving me an error message when trying to upload a document for Adobe Sign. I have multiple tempates already and this one won't work. I tried other documents - nothing can be uploaded?

I am seeking information on what happens when a signer in the work flow, forwards the adobe sign email to the next person in the workflow without actually going into the document to sign it? Does forwarding the email result in an automatic signature by that person?
