how can i edit my e signature i have created in adoby?

Hello Adobe Sign  Support Team, Greetings for the day!This is regarding the Adobe sign process on files uploaded to SharePoint Online. When a file is sent for Signatures, the user will be providing his/her signature on the file. But before sending the signature the "Agreement Status" on the file would be "Out for Signature". And after the file is being signed, the signed file is supposed to be added into the "Signed Agreements" folder, which is not happening in our case. This issue remains till a user refresh the action of a file on the "Agreement Status" page. We are not able to get the signed file in the "Signed Agreements" folder automatically unless we reload the action of Agreement Status.Please find the attached screenshot for more information. Please help us on how to get the signed file automatically. 

Hi there - in my company we use Adobe to put together statements of work/engagement letters to send to our clients for work we complete with them. We have a standard template we use which has open fields which we complete before sending. We now want to use Adobe Sign to ask our clients to sign these engagement letters. However when I follow the steps to sign and send a test email, clients are asked to fill in any empty fields. (There are some fields which don't always need completing) and I would just need to ask clients to complete the signature field. Is there a way I can ensure Adobe Sign only asks clients to complete the signature field and not any of the blank fields.Thanks!

I want to know the difference between adobe e-signature for one user and one plus user.

Hi, I am trying to use Adobe sign and it's so difficult.  I can't find the templates  I have created from the App and on a browser https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ the sign tab just has a blank page. I have cleared the Cookies and Cache and it still doesn't work, I've tried different browsers and it doesn't work. It's not user friendly at all.  I can't even attach a screenshot as it comes up with an error.

Adobe sign gets the document from notes of a Dynamics 365 entity to send it to arecipient, our main issue now is how to generate that PDF file and send it automatically to Notes to allow Adobe gets it automatically. I am analysing an option with CRM addons which creates the document using Word Templates, I want to explore if you could have a workaround to manage this, if you can generate the document from a template, convert to PDF, save in notes or send to the recipient. Regards  

I have an enquiry for you. We have two types of subcontracts one for minor works and other for major ones, major has more fields to be signed. I have two questions here How can I create a copy of the current template in Adobe Sign portal How can I associate the template to be used by Adobe Sign from the agreement created in CRM? I do not see an option which allows me to select the right template to use.   Any clue or ideas will be welcome.

I have a webform set up, however whenever a repsonse to the webform is completed, the title of the completed document is the same (the name of the webform). I am hoping that there is a setting to include the agreement ID in the title of the completed document, so there is some differntiation when exported. Obviously the name can be changed manually, but it would be a time saver..

I have successfully routed and have recieved all required signatures.  The last person which is a "Form Filler" request a missing document that needs to be part of this contract.  What are the instructions to send a document after the fact without re-routing for signatures.

Hi, Since yesterday I am sending documents to be signed to a hotmail account. But the email is not being received in that account. It is not arriving even to spam box or something likethat. The receiver has configured his outlook account to receive messages from echosign and from my email, but it does not work. Anyone knows what to do?

Hello, i want to have the possibility to e-Sign documents via cloud signature on my mobile device.I saw online that I need to enable the digital signature option in the e-signing settings and "digital signatur" should sho up in Fill & Sign beside the handwritten signature and the initials.I activatet everything but I still don´t have the button. Does anyone know, what I did wrong? Thanks

Hello,I congratulate you for this community and I am delighted to use Adobe Sign every day.I tried to find my solution in the previous messages but without success.I'll tell you a simple problem and maybe you'll have a solution for me. I prepare my interactive forms directly in Adobe Indesign.For this, I use option boxes that must be repeated in several pages. For example :1 box Mister1 box Madam These 2 boxes are repeated on 6 pages.Unfortunately, even if I give them the same name, the boxes do not appear early and my clients are forced to repeat the operation on each page.Do you have a solution to facilitate this operation?Many thanks in advance

I am trying to create efficiency for our company shooting documentaries. I am trying to figure out how to create a pdf that can be filled out an unlimited amount of times by different people just by going to a link to it. For example, if I am filming a documentary and I have a couple of dozen people in the background that I want to show their faces in the show and I want a release for can I have them just be texted a link to our general release for so the can fill it out and click submit and it will be sent to our email. I know if you send the form with an email address on adobe sign then the person can fill it out, but I do not want to have to do that on location and ask tons of people to give me email addresses so they can go open the email and fill it out.  I have found that if I send it to an email address, open the link, and then share that link to someone else they are able to fill out the pdf. but then once they do fill it out, the link is no longer active and I h

I have successfully sent out my Mega Sign document but have draft that is no longer needed.  It was never processed and I cannot find a way to delete or hide it.

What are best practices for a dev Adobe Sign environment? I'm going to be using Adobe Sign with Dynamics, and will have a dev, test and production Dynamics environment. Hello,I am somewhat new to Adobe and I am trying to figure out if we can establish some processes for our company.  We would like to distribute and track documents throughout the company via email.  We have tested this out but for some reason we are having issues connecting to Outlook.  If we cannot get it to work through Outlook do we have other options? My next question is, need people to be able to acknowlege they have received the document, approved or rejected it and also leave comments, would it be best to create stamps for this and do we need an add-on?  I have tried a handful of times to make stamps and seem to be missing something and can never get them to work.I appreciate any insight or help you can provide on this, please let me know if I need to clear anything up.ThanksA 

I've uploaded a pdf into Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  The system automatically made some boxes as check boxes and others as radio buttons.  I need to change the check boxes to radio buttons so only one selection can be selected in the rows going across as opposed to the columns going down.

Is there a way to clone my male/female group radio buttons from one page of an Adobe Sign document to another page? In the original pdf the male/female radio buttons were mirrored on a subsequent page but when I brought it into Adobe Sign the radio buttons later in the document were not connected anymore. I have a multipage document and I want the male/female choice on the first page to be automatically populated later in the document.

Has anyone else experienced issues with echo sign accounts no longer being an option and switching to adobe sign? We had a mulitple user account with Echo Sign and now have a small business account with adobe sign. But in order to have mulitple users we must purchase mulitple licenses. Basically asking us to pay 3-4 times the amount we paid with echo sign for the exact same service. We have been on numerous phone calls this week, with mulitple transfers as well as chat sessions, but no one with Adobe can provide the correct answers and feedback. Our other users have since lost the past files and web forms with echo sign. It has been a complete nightmare of a week trying to get things up and running again. Any insight from other users would be helpful. Have you found other product out there that has the same features and is easier to work with than Adobe?
