Hello,I apologize for bringing such an elementary question to the Forum, but I couldn't get support on another channel. When I click on the signature made on a document, I am directed to a page where the authenticity of the signature is verified. Follow a concrete example: https://na2.documents.adobe.com/verifier?tx=CBJCHBCAABAAgIdWV3jae8bo1bBFsBjumDDxx5xoC-VfOn this page, the message "Transaction number XXX is valid" is displayed, where XXX refers to the hex code of that signature.A side frame with a name and a date is also shown. Hello, For my use case, I intend to create a form on a website with fields including the names and email addresses of a number of collaborators. Is it possible to automate the process of sending documents to the signers from Adobe Sign using the names and email addresses from the above mentioned web form? Thanks in advance for your response!

Not able to sign a pdf doc 

I have embedded web forms on my website.  They were working fine until this past weekend. Now the forms will only load on mobile if you are using Safari to open the form.  Otherwise, it just redirects and takes you back to the button to open the form.  The forms work correctly on all web apps on a desktop computer. Any ideas?

I would like to create a sign up sheet with a first come first serve idea.   Basiclly I want my co-workers to sign up for small group walkthroughs, and do not want to deal with the administrative task of mangaing the sign up for the multipy times.  Has anyone tried this before with Adobe cloud or sign?  Was it worth the effort creating the form, posting it online, and having everyone try and sign up for different times? I could also use a few tips and hints on the best way to create the form,  thank you for your time! 

Hi all, I'm new to Adobe Sign. i tried to contact support but i was always being redirected to login. i guess it was due to me having a trial account. I would like to ask if anyone knows what is the blue signed logo on this document.  

Can someone please advice me.I have implemented app which is using V6 EchoSign API that can generate PDF. I send it to API using transientDocument, I create agreement. Fields for signature appear on end of file. I get email, I can sign it, this all works ok.But, I want to put signature fields on exact location inside the PDF. I tried Text Tags, I have tried PUT request for formFields exmples from documentation. Anything I do it is not working for me. Signature fields are always on the end of the PDF file.QuestionIs it possible to define location where signature block should appear inside PDF file sent through API V6? If it is possible please give me some pointers, I'm lost on this for days.

Hi Everyone,I was told that you can directly link a Templatr in Adobe sign to my CRM Dynamics instance but no fields are displaying in Adobe? My API integration has been done but is there a second step im missing?Any help appreciated

We're so confused as when we did the free trial to Adobe Sign, we were under the impression that you could have several users on the one licence, however on purchasing it says "License 1" "Users 1" so does this mean we have to spend a small fortune to get another 4 licences?

I am the administrator of a 4-user Adobe Sign for Business account.  I do not have a reports tab in my Adobe Sign interface. According to everything I read, I should have that. Tech support says I should have it ... then says I shouldn't have it ... then says it's a technical glitch that will resolve itself soon. That seems to be the standard line whenever they can't fix something. I just don't have the 4-5 hours (literally) that it takes every time I contact support about this problem, so I'm hoping maybe someone here has some ideas. Here's my Adobe Sign window ... And here's the document that clearly states Adobe Sign for Business does indeed include the Reports feature.https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/create-reports.html Anyone have any ideas??? thanksmatt

It seems it is not possible to change or amend the signing order on a document once it has been sent out for signtaure. I've read threads as far back as 2015 where this was causing issues for customers - does anyone know if it is part of AdobeSign's roadmap to change this or, what the logic is behind not allowing it at present? ThanksGemma 

I'm using the C# SDK. I've successfully managed to upload a transient document, create and send an agreement and check the agreement status but can't download a document once it's been signed. I have managed to do this using both Postman and "Try It Out" in the documentation. Does anyone have a simple working example of this that I could learn from? I'm trying to use the Combined Document GET method to retrieve the document.

I am trying to send a registration form for signature by customer prior to them attending an activity, but then is there anyway I can access it at a later date to complete part of it and not have it sent to the customer?

Hello, I'd like to get an export of the agreement several users have signed.  I see an audit report on the individual agreements but not a way to export everyone who has signed an agreement.  Is this possible and if so what are the steps to do it?

I'm trying to reactivate my account to sign a document and it  isn't letting me confirm my email through the email that Adobe sent me.

It appears Adobe sign is not operational. I have got the spinning wheel for over 30 minutes just trying to open it.
