I need to create an agreement with participants and form fields using V6 of RESTful APIs of Adobe Sign.The steps that I am following iscreate an transient document firstcreate an agreement in the authoring stateretrieve the participant set id from an API call get/agreements/agreementid/membersupdate the agreement and add form fields with assignee as participant set idThough, when I make an API call to get all the member information, I am not getting back the name and label that I had assigned while creating an agreement in the authoring state. For me, it is very important to get those values back to associate the form fields with the participants.We are going to store the form fields information in our CRM with a name/label of the participant so that we can retrieve those form fields and associate them with the participants. Please advise

I have filled and signed a PDF document, now is not allowing me to modify it because it was signed already, it keeps asking me for the password to give me access to modifications, but I never entered a password and I am the only author in the document, so how can I modify it? or how can i find out the password?

I am trying to request a signature on a document, which I've done numerous times, and after I've uploaded the file and hit send I receive an error message that says "We encountered an error while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please reload the page and try again" I try to reload and I get the same message. I've also tried to log out and log back in. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.Thank you! 

Hello! I've created an Adobe Sign account a couple of days ago and did not use my Adobe ID email address while signing up so, it's totally separate. I accidentally chose the Enterprise  Trial plan and now, I want to permanently delete my Adobe Sign account. However, I couldn't find a way to do it myself, and the support team couldn't help from chat due I created the account as Enterprise Trial. Please delete my account. What should I do?

hi, I am trying to force a user to access a Library Template through use of a Workflow rather that selecting the Template directly form the Library. Will I encounted issues if a User Group has permission to access to a Workflow but that same User Group does not have permmission to access a  Library Template used within the Workflow?

Can each signer make notes/comments on the document before signing and passing on to the next signer. We  have a need for setting up a document which needs to be signed off by various department managers but also give them them the option to enter notes so that they can onforward and then final signed document can be filed with all notes and signatures included.

In Adobe sign, is it possible to send a PDF document for signature and then send it for an additional signature at a different date.  For example: I send a document for Person A's signature and they then review verbally document and I then send to person B for signature.  I don't want it to automatically send to person B right after person A signs, I want to be able to extend it to them seperately.

Fill and Sign is a standard feature of Adobe which is likely being used by several Life Sciences companies in place of hand signatures. Did these companies prepare separate set of documents to justify why Fill and Sign is 21 CFR compliant?

In the May-June timeframe, Adobe is supposed to have added a new option to opt-in to the new domain through their application UI (via the account admins menu). I am trying to test this 'opt-in' option to make sure it does not break our application and cannot to find this option in the account admins menu. I used to receive email alerts whenever i send out a document for signature or there are incoming documents to be signed, but suddenly this email alert stopped and i need to log in physically to check and sign the documents. Anybody experience this before and what is the cause of it? * I am using the trial version right now 

Is it possible to add the trial license to the admin console to then create groups and add users to the group, to see the admin tasks?  I need to make sure that should a user go on holiday the workflow does not stop with them. Perhaps an admin can push the workflow to another user?That we have a global view of the documents for auditing. Is it possible to stop deletion of documents by employees.Thank you

Since upgarding to MacOS Catalina, I can no longer send Acrobat DC Sign documents. It seems to get stuck between "Specifiy where you Sign" and "Send and Track Progress". I can use this function if I log into Adobe on FireFox but not on Chrome. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem as Chrome is my default browser?

Hi Community, I am nearly getting to the end of my form and have managed to "calculate" my way through most things or find really good help within the community. However, I am struggling with something that's probably silly, but it's bugging me. I have found a really easy way of making a field required when a radio button is selected. In the MouseUp action of the relevant button, I have entered the following Java script: this.getField ("field_name").required = event.target.value!="off". In all honestly I have no idea what this says except, that when this field is ticked, then the field called "field name" is showing up as required. Superb, brilliant and great. BUT and that's what I need help with. If someone changes their mind and changes the radio button selection, the field remains required but I don't want it to be. Surely it's possible to make this work with a further little bit onto that script. Anyone able to help? 

Using Enterprise Version of Adobe Pro and not able to sign more than 100 pages on a document which is more than 210 pages.Is there any particular setting which I may need to enable to use the above option?

I am setting up a workflow: Rep (Sender/Signer) --> Customer (Signer) --> Manager or assistant manager (Signer) --> Admin (Acceptor) The document goes to 2 receipients - a manager and assistant manager - for signing but only 1 of the 2 needs to sign, due to their availability.  How can I set this up?Product:  Adobe Sign Enterprise

for the past month, every day I receive legal documents from Bexar County Courts (San Antonio Texas) to fill and sign using echosign powered by Adobe Sign.  I would like to use a set signature (not having to type my name or look through my photos for my signature) and automatically add my personal information each time (rather than having to input it each time) such as my address and Texas Attorney Bar number... there must be a way to do this to save time.  HOW?    

 HiI signed up for a free 90-day free trial for small business several weeks ago and have been using the account for several weeks. When I signed in yesterday to Adobe Sign, I received a message that said that my free trial had expired. However when I click on the my account tab, it says that I have 52 days left on my trial. I am confused as to how my trail can be expired and have 52 days left on my trial.

Hi, I have numbers like 30.500,25 or Kr. 102.300,75 In Adobe Sign I get 30500 and 102300.  They display incorrectly. I figured out there is some tags but I cannot figure out where they should be in the field. Nor I cannot figure out how to display the numbers as noted in the first paragraph when transferred into Adobe Sign.
