we have documents that get sent to multiple people to fill in infoThe document is filled out by our customer service then sent to a customer to sign , it comes back to customer service who then add more internal info( no signature required) and then it is sent to a third employee to add more internal info again no signature required. The customer does not need to see any of the info we add, How can we manage to add info after the document is returned from the customer and not have emails go to each person after the signed document is returned from the customer.we are a recycling service company and often the customers service is changed whether it be equipment on the customers premise or service day changed ect. We generate a form with any change info, it is then sent to the to customer to sign off on the agreed changes. Hello, Is it possible to create a merge mapping field and have the Salesforce line item iterate through it? i.e. Insurance has multiple limits inside of Salesforce, therefore, I would map Limit Item and it would add the limit name multiple times. Limit A = Limit Limit B = Limit Limit C = Limit Limit =Limit ALimit BLimit C I have been looking through Google and cannot seem to find this answer.

Hi, I'm having issues signing a document and then sending it on to an external party for their signature also. 

I keep getting this error when I try to sign in to a corporate employee portal. I a signed in on the app, but the error keeps popping up and it wont let me access the documets that i need to sign. 

I am trying to delete the signature & initials in the Fill & Sign tool and unable to find any instructions on how to do it. Need to remove because the signature is too light!     [Title renamed by the moderator]

I sent an e-signature request to the wrong email address. I canceled the agreement before the receiver reviewed the file. My question is: is the receiver still able to see that file?   

Dear All, We have installed Adobe Sign add-in on Sharepoint online. Now on the site where it is installed users can initiate adobe sign and the signed documents come back to Sharepoint for storage. However, I could not test what happens when someone uses Acrobat, when a sign process ist started there, how can I store the signed document also in Sharepoint? thank youDieter

The sales person sold me 9 licenses of Adobe Sign. However now I was informed that only includes one (Small Business) Then it is more expensive than Adobe PDF DC and contains much less. Why?

Can I create a ready to use template

I received an eSigned document and in validateing the certificate/signature, it is greye'd out under Policy Restrictions. It appears to have an error that says "Invalid policy constraint". Does this mean that the Cert is no longer valid? or that the sender has blocked me from viewing the Cert Policies?

I've made mutlitple pdfs for signature but this one in particular doesn't work for some reason. Additional details: 1 prefiller and 2 signatures.Anyone ever been through this or know how to fix? 

Hello Everyone (New User just wants to use Adobe Sign!) I signed up for the trial (supposedly 90 day trial but my account says 7 days!) I have downloaded and installed the software to my desktop and verified my email address and telephone number. I can get into the program, select Adobe Sign, select a PDF to work with all ok but as soon as I attempt to add the signing to the PDF I get "Access Denied - You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access."I use a standalone Desktop PC running Windows 10 in the United Kingdom. I have only ever had Reader before so can't see this is an issue with a wrong email address. Does anybody have any suggestions to help me before I cancel the trial next week? The court's e-filing system will not accept encrypted PDFs. Can I still gather signatures through Adobe sign without the encryption? Otherwise, the program is not useful.

Hi, I am having issues with recipients replying to echosign@echosign.com. Some people prefer to print and sign their contracts at times and reply to echosign@echosign.com. Problem is that on many occasions this has happened that people reply to this email and we dont get the contract back at all. Where does this email go?  It looks so unprofessional from our side and in fact embarrasing to our organization. We previously used DocuSign but since we allready paying for cloud apps we decided to switch. How do you change the reply email?

I'm sending some documents to a customer to sign, and was hoping to send them all in the same request rather than separate requests.  The problem I'm running into is with the File Attachment field.  I'm asking the customer to attach a file to one of the documents, but then needing them to upload and attach a separate/additional document to one of the other documents within the request.  While I've applied the File Attachment field to the 2 separate documents, it appears to come through as 1 placeholder.  Is there a way to give the two File Attachment placeholders separate identities?

Once a contract has been sent out for approval, is it possible to amend the role that you have given to a recipient before it has reached them? For example, I have sent a document to Tom as a signer, but I now need Tom to be a delegate so that he can send it to Mary who is the correct signer. Many thanks

How do I make it so the PDF saves as a PDF where the signer cannot select text? As it stands they can just cut and paste the text after saving the PDF which for a number of reasons I want to avoid. Perhaps the whole document saves as an image PDF?

How do i download my certificate after completing a course?

Hello, we are sending documents to get esigned via the api. We need to have the signers input some fields (text/radio/checkbox/date/phone etc.). We are attaching the tags in the documents. Most of them work except checkboxes. We have checkboxes in a few places in the document. Some of the checkboxes are working and some are not. I cannot figure out what is causing this. I have attached a document with 2 signers. If you look "Type of loan" section, the checkboxes are appearing correctly. But the checkboxes in "Loan Term" section are appearing as read-only for some reason. Even sometimes they don't appear when i reduce the size of the tags. One more problem is, since the tag names are long, Adobe is putting a lof of unwanted spaces between the check boxes. I need to put them close and all the checkboxes in a section (where placed in a line) should appear with proper distance. But due to the size of the tags, they are appearing very far from each other.
